Chapter 8

i'm sorry for the late update. as you read this, you must know that i'll try my best to write fight scene.

The guardians gather at Namimori Mountain as they promised with Tsuna. They just have to wait for Tsuna to show himself.

“Chrome, you stay with Lambo. Let’s us fight Tsuna,” said Mukuro as he pats Chrome’s shoulder.

“Lambo wants to fight too,” protests Lambo.

“What if you gets hurt, Lambo?” asked Yamamoto.

“Lambo is a big boy now. Lambo wants to free Tsuna,” yelled Lambo but at that moment Chrome spins his head, facing her.

“Lambo, please obey. Don’t make things harder than it already has. This world Boss is different from our Boss. He could kill you without hesitation. Remember Boss’s word, we all protect each other,” said Chrome, trying to reason with Lambo. Lambo looks at Chrome’s eye and slightly nods. His face looks sullen. Suddenly, Gokudera ruffle his hair.

“Don’t worry. We will find a way to return home,” said Gokudera, slightly smiles.

“That brings tears to my eyes,” a voice sound between their conversation. The voice belongs to someone that they recognized so much. They diverted their eyes only to see Tsuna standing farther opposite from them, with his hand crossed against his chest. His face as usual, void of emotion. But something is absence, Ken and Chikusa.

“Where’s Ken and Chikusa?” asked Chrome nervously. She tightly hugs Lambo, almost suffocating him.

“Owh, them. They at the grocery buying snack. It been a while since I get engaged in the fight,” Tsuna said while smiling his icy smile.

“1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Only five of you will fight? I was so agitated to fight 7 of you. But anyways, it doesn’t matter. After I finished you, I finished them as well,” said Tsuna as he enters the battle ground, later follows by the guardians.

“Glad I make it in time,” exclaims Ken as he huffing for air. Chikusa is then arrived bringing a whole bag of candies, chips and various other snacks.

“I’m glad you make it in time,” Tsuna smile at Ken and Chikusa and both of them nods before taking their seat. The guardians only watch Tsuna interaction with Ken and Chikusa. When he smiles at them, it is different smile he gave to them.

“Let’s start, herbivore,” threatens Hibari, enough to bring the guardian and Tsuna to their original purpose.

“You’ll come first,” said Tsuna.

Gladly hear that Hibari is the first to attack. He swipes his tonfa at Tsuna head but Tsuna successfully evade it and prepare to punch him. Hibari sees that coming use one of his tonfa to protect his gut. But at that time he sees Tsuna smirk and Tsuna’s changes his direction of punch to uppercut his jaws. Hibari drew back and spits blood to the ground. He roughly wipes the blood on his chin.

“We must fight together, Hibari,” exclaims Yamamoto only caused Hibari to glare at him, threatening them if they bother his fight, he’ll make them pay.

“Too slow,”said Tsuna before disappear from his previous position only to reappear in front of Hibari and throwing punch right at his chest. Hibari backed away while holding his chest. Chest has always been his problem since he always suffers asthma during his childhood.

But Tsuna didn’t finish just like that. He continues to strike Hibari and some of them hearing cracking sound as Tsuna punches Hibari. Before he able to give his last strike that maybe end Hibari’s life, his strike is stopped by bamboo sword. Tsuna could see how Yamamoto glares at him before he kicks Hibari away, landing near to Chrome and Lambo.

Yamamoto in his serious mode turns the bamboo sword into real katana. ‘Shigure shouen Ryu, huh? This gonna be fun,” whispers Tsuna in his heart. He catches up his breath before preparing his position to attack Yamamoto.

Meanwhile…

“I already said I don’t need your help,” growled Hibari in anger. Despite his pain, he want to get back into the fight. But his movement stops when he sees how tightly Lambo grabs his hand.

“Shut up, Kyoya-nii. Please, I beg you to rest. Takeshi-nii save you, can’t you see? Tsuna-nii won’t be happy if we return home in injury,” Lambo looks at Kyoya’s eye. His snot is dripping while his tears threatening to spill. It looks like he had been holding his tears right now.

 Hibari tugs his hand off before he slightly pats Lambo’s hair.

“I’ll challenge four of you,” said Tsuna while huffing for air. Uneasy feelings that he got last two days cause him unable to focus on his fight.

“Tsuna?” exclaims Ken worriedly.

“Calm down, Ken. Tsuna can handle it,” said Chikusa monotously. He is also worried because lately Tsuna hasn’t been the usual him.

“But, you know that he hadn’t been himself lately,” argue Ken.

“I know. But I want to believe in him,” Chikusa said confidently, continue to watch the match.

“ Shigure Soen Ryu: Shajiku no Ame,” Yamamoto thrusts his sword forward and Tsuna know he didn’t have enough time to evade it, he defend his body with his arm and red is staining Yamamoto’s blade.

“Tsuna,” said Yamamoto, seeing how Tsuna’s blood spilled because of him leave him petrified there. He drops his sword because of the shock and Tsuna using his uninjured hand as a base of his body on the ground and make a 360o turn and kick back of Yamamoto’s head, knock him out.

“Shit,” cursed Tsuna while ripping his clothes and wrapped around his wound. Right after that, he sense the incoming fist and bend backward when the fist just about to make contact with his face. His swipe his feet at Ryohei feet and cause him to lose his footing. Before he could give the final blow, his body in restricted by lotus vine erupted from the ground and then a pillar of fire erupted from where he standing, burning him. He screamed in pain.

“Tsuna!!” shouts Ken while struggle to free from Chikusa’s grip.

“Hold down, Ken,”

“Shut up, Kakipi. Tsuna is hurt,”

“Take a closer look at him,”

Ken looks and sees a ball of flame is protecting Tsuna from getting burn. Tsuna use his flame as a thrust to escape from the pillar of fire even after numerous pillars appear after that. Tsuna has entered his HDW mode. The guardians shock to see the colour of the sky flame. It is orange almost turning to red and also there are some spot of black in that orange flame. This is nowhere near the pure colour of their Tsuna’s sky flame.

“Rocket Bomb,” shout Gokudera while throwing dynamite at Tsuna and it explode on Tsuna’s backside. Then, Mukuro used the Realm of Demon and attacks Tsuna. Tsuna falls to the ground and before he could get up Ryohei give him straight punch at his abdomen. The impact had cause crater on the ground. Ryohei backs away, adjusting his stance in defense as well as the other two guardians.

Tsuna rise up slowly, holding his abdomen while spitting blood on the ground and looks at their solemn face and he smirk, thinking of a chance. If he can’t defeat them physically, he will defeat them through psychological way.

“I see. Your fighting ability enhance because you want to return to your world. You want to return to the other me. But ask yourself. Did the other me want you to return?” asks Tsuna sarcastically.

“What are you implying?” hiss Mukuro in anger.

“Because all of you are nothing but bunch of idiot, let I do a favor to you,” Tsuna shoots a ball of sky flame and it floating mid air, forming a projectile of a scene. Their eyes widen in shock, seeing the scene unfold in front of them.

  “Huh, I already tired be his right hand man. After all this year, I only support a coward, good for nothing boy,”

“I really hate to say this, but I have to force my smile while looking at him is just too much. If I honest with my feeling, I would like to say he is the person I hate the most,”

“Sawada is a terrible liar. He said he protects us all, but look what happen to Kyoko and her husband? They were killed just because I joined this cruelsome Mafia,”

“If only I never arrived to that house 5 years ago, I don’t have to bear the promises to protect Mama, Ipin and Futa. I just too tired and even I need rest,”

“If I know he existed earlier before he enter my school, I be the first to kill him,”

“No, birdie. I have to kill him first. After all I had been killing people even since I was 9 years old.”

“Maybe, our lives would be better if we never meet Boss. We can live our life like a normal person. If only he never existed, if only Nana-san don’t give birth to a monster, we would never be dragged into his world. But, wishing for he to never be existed is just too cruel,”

“If there is wish that come true, I would like to return to the time we first met Tsuna, so that I can change that day and never meet him, never become friend with him. It will be the best,” Yamamoto rubbed his temple. The others just nodded slightly, agree with Yamamoto. If there is one wish, that is the only wish they wants.

Meanwhile for Tsuna, his tears streaming like no end. He put his hand in front of his mouth, to muffle his cries, afraid they know his presence right there, hearing every word that comes out from their mouth.

The flame disappears along with the scene. For the guardians, leaving them shock, they turn to look at Tsuna’s cold face. They looks like they in disbelieve state. Tsuna inwardly laugh on how he able to crush the guardians state of mind.

“Can’t you see how much pain you all give to him? How much tears he shed because of your word? How much scar have you carved on his heart? And you still think he will welcome you home after all you did to him,” said Tsuna and no reply coming from the guardians.

“The hurt he feel, I feel it. The pain he feel, I feel it. The betray he feel, I feel it. You think he will accept you after all of this. He is human, have feelings and heart. Even you, when someone hurt you, you can’t bring yourself to forgive them for what they did. And you expect him to forgive you like nothing happen? You made me laugh,”

“A…aaaahhhh!!” screams Gokudera as he fell on his knee and slams his head on the ground and cried. How could he say something like that when he the one chose to follow Tsuna? If meaning going home only to see those brown colored eyes to look at him in hatred, he didn’t want to return. He rather dies than return.

Ryohei fell on his bottom and fist up his knuckle while punching the ground, bite his lips. Blood drips from his lip to the ground, along with his tears.

Yamamoto, Mukuro, Chrome, Lambo and Hibari are as still as statues.

“Would it be better if you all just die?” asks Tsuna, corrupted the guardians’ mind more.

“Kill me,” whispers Gokudera subconsciously. His heart is broken and he bet his beloved Juudaime’s heart is more broken than he is.

“With pleasure,” just Tsuna about to strike Gokudera’s heart to end his life, “Stop it, Tsuna. Mama would definitely be sad,” shouts Lambo bravely, stopping Tsuna hand that already an inch away from Gokudera’s chest. He stepped away from Gokudera, approaching Lambo.

He harshly grabs Lambo on the neck and lifts him mid air, cause the youngest boy to struggle to breathe.

“What do you know about my Mama?” said Tsuna harshly. While still strangle Lambo, he walks to the edge of the field, extend his hand, the one holding Lambo, prepare to drop the boy 25 feet down to the ground.

“What. Do. You. Know. About. My. Mama?” shout Tsuna, tightening his knuckle.

“I knew her. She still… the same as Mama… from our world. If she watching… you… right now… she must be sad…and crying,” said Lambo between his breaths. Suddenly, a whip wrapped around Tsuna’s hand and his hand is tugged backward cause him to let go of Lambo. Chrome quickly grabs Lambo, bringing him far from Tsuna.

Tsuna forcefully tugs his hand back even the other end struggle to keep him from fight. He recognizes the whip. The same whip who his father used to torture him with. He feels disgusted how the same whip touches his body after a long time. He clicked his tongue in annoyance before turn to look at the uninvited guest and he sees Basil on the other end holding the whip.

Ken and Chikusa, tried to rush to Tsuna and taking him away from here, but they were stops by Squalo and Xanxus.

But, amongst all that present, there are three people he didn’t want to meet ever.

“Y…Yuni,” Tsuna stutter in shaken voice. His once dull eye right now show another emotion: fear.
