Scarlet had to get held back by Joel as Sage was carried to the Infirmary. Lapis didn't leave his side as he gave a gentle noise. Joel gulped as he glanced at them.

"Lapis may be next." Scarlet paused.

"What?"

"There was a group of us that had this problem. If Sage got hit, then the rest of us are at risk as well." She hummed as Sage woke up and hung onto Lapis. It wasn't the vice grip from before, so the duo were able to hold each other close without hurting each other. The Medic checked him while Lapis calmed him down.

"Do we know anything else?"

"No. We need to figure it out, though. I'll get in contact with some people. One moment-" Joel stepped out as Sage snuggled against Lapis and the bluenette let him rest in his arms. Scarlet smiled before she called out.

"Lapis? Can you please help him to his room?" Lapis paused before nodding and helping Sage up to his room. Scarlet then sighed. "Let the fun begin."
