That was one rough night out. Instead of a party and some smirk of happiness it was a one sided battle and you were severely beaten. With Koneko's strength she picked you up from the concrete and teleported you back to the manor. Rias and Asia were in your room as you were placed on the bed unconscious. Asia started the healing process as Rias shook her head.

"So Koneko, what happened?"

"Two people I believe to be his brother and sister."

Rias sighed. "So, how much do you know?"

"Rias, does he... belong to a dog family?" Koneko saddened.

"Wolf. Yes. It's clear he's albino. His white hair and red eyes that seem attractive to some of the girls at school he believes is his curse."

Asia stepped away. "He's tired. I'll check on him in an hour."

"Thank you Asia. We shall join everyone in a moment."

Asia closed the door as Rias crossed her arms and took a seat at your desk chair. "So what's your take on this situation. You look hurt." She crossed her legs.

Koneko looked over at you as you laid resting. Then downward. "This is so much to take in. I was right. He is a dog. That hurt him didn't it?" She frowned.

"A curse. Something he hates. He likes his new life. It's not about survival every aspect of life. Girls find him attractive but no one put up with his past. They don't like the negativity. But he's been doing his best. The fact someone comes onto Devil territory and demands someone disowned to have a curfew should die a thousand deaths." She stood up from the chair. "Then we have you. Lost, heartbroken, and scared of your powers as well. I haven't told you about him just like I have not discussed what you are to him. Same to Asia, Akeno, and the boys that night. I am well aware that you aren't ready to take on such a burden by telling him. Neither of you are. I'm just being considerate of my two Rooks as a proper Master should. I can't say I know from experience. But I know the two of you should pretend like this night didn't happen."

"Agreed. Thank you Rias." She hugged right into her chest. Holding back her tears as she is taking this hard. She's right. I'm looking in a mirror.

"There there now. I'm here. Let's grab something to eat and let him rest. Asia is checking in on him. And I'll have Akeno wake him up tomorrow as a precaution."

Hmmmm. About that...

Koneko first thought about some sort of cake. But then thought about Akeno in a seductive manner putting whipped cream on a slice of cake. "Any chance you can do it?" She thought out loud.

"Something the matter?" Questioned Rias.

"Woken up by Akeno? She going to have clothes on?"

"She should be dressed when she wakes him up. Why?"

"Didn't he say he's bad with women?"

"Ahhh. Well... I will instruct her."

"Please do." She sweatdropped.

You feel a light shake as you open your eyes. A little sore as you lift your head up. An unexpected surprise came your way. "Akeno?" You ask as you stretch.

"You feeling okay?" She asked.

"Koneko and Asia helped me I guess after last night? I know it wasn't a dream."

"That's correct. Rias had me check on you. She has been overseeing this of course. So lay down and I will see how you feel." Akeno sat on the bed.

This necessary? "What for?"

"You could have died last night. Let your maiden get to work." She felt up your chest area. "Well your heart is pounding. Do I make you nervous?" She leaned over to you.

Don't look. Don't look. "Kind of."

"Am I too strong for you? Do you like bosoms?"

"I... Don't have preference." You look away.

"I might be coming off strong. They do make good hugs. So can I make sure you're okay before you shower off and get dressed?" Her eyes glisten.

"I'm not used to beautiful women taking care of me. It's a little crazy. Let alone touch. Sorry if I seem scared. I know you and everyone mean well. And I'll have a shower after my workout."

Akeno shook her head. "Rias also ordered you a break. Asia cannot help stamina." She laid on the bed and felt your shoulders. Gave you a quick massage trying to feel any swelling or knots. "See? Feel that?"

You cringe from the sensitive area. "Yup."

"Relax today. Hot water will help." Her eyes read sincere with sorrow.

"Sure thing. Next question. Is Koneko okay?" You sat up.

She hugged behind you. "Well she didn't get hurt. In fact she was concerned about you."

"Does she!?"

Akeno shook her head. "No. She doesn't know about it. She called Rias and that's that. Worried is the word. I mean she is tough as well as shy. You are a friend to her. Very surprised. All these years she has had trouble."

"Can't wait to see how she's doing. She deserves that much."

She squeezed the hug more. "Live happy. Be confident. Live your dreams. You aren't much from having it all." Leaning you back into her grasp. We're here. I know a little bit of what it's like. Don't be afraid. You can fight through this and win."

You didn't notice because of those warm words but the door quietly opened. "You're right. I can do this. Thanks for taking real good care of me."

Koneko looked down. She felt hurt. "Sorry for interrupting." She slammed the door shut.

"Huh? What's going on? Does she... think that!?" You started to sweat.

Akeno giggled. "My my. I didn't tend to mean anything. If I wanted to you would know it."

"But her. I..."

"No way." She smiled. Then smirked with evil intent. "I would never guess."

"Guess what?"

"Those likings." She winked.

"What?"

"I see those feelings. I feel bad I think I interfered. Not to worry I'll back off and not say a word."

"I still don't get by what you mean by feelings."

"Hit the shower and I will talk to her. Better you than me right now. Kay?" She released the hug.

"Alright. So... I wash up?"

"Or chase after her you dog you."

"Ummmm... I don't know what to say about that. Just how do I just walk up a girl that just saw me get attention from one and tell her that I like her? How does anyone know I like her For crying out loud?"

Akeno put a hand on your shoulder. "You just told me. That conclusive enough?"

"Well I... You see... Shit..."

Busted. Weeeeeeeeee! Koa the bat impersonating. Anyways after a rough nice it is welcomed to a soft morning. And some complications. How do you go about this one? Getting to know Koneko more than without having her know. Playing Tsudere will get you punched. Acting without precautions will get her upset. Time to think.
