Romeo's POV;

It felt so good to be with her again, we hugged for so long, her body embraced against mine, it felt like a dream, a big dream. I've always had a crush on Renae and my feelings never left for her, i still have them now.

i go to sit up in bed, crawling on the bed, patting the side for her to sit with me. ''I never had a best friend after i left,'' she says with a straight face, ''why?'' our backs are the back of the bed, she turns around and pats my back for me to turn around, '' because i was too heart broken'' i turn around, she then turns around, picks my hand up and puts my hand on her stomach. We fell into a deep slumber with me spooning her.

Renae's POV

I woke up, the window was lit up by the shining rays of the sun and turned around to see Romeo Laying in the same position we were in last night, his arm was wrapped around my waist, our legs were knotted together, he looked so peaceful when he was sleeping, he then flicked his eyes open and pressed his lips against mine, it was like Heaven struck me on the lips.

I remember once when we were in primary school in year 2, we were hiding up a tree, and i fell out of it, Romeo jumped down and pecked my lips with his, he then shouted for the teacher. That was my first kiss.

I pulled Romeo closer to me and stroked his hair, it was way softer than i thought it would be, it looks so hard and straw-ish.

Romeos POV

Renae looks at me and bats her eyes three times as if ajusting to the light. i knew my feelings were true, i was still in love with Renae Lane. '' Renae?'' she looks at me with those big brown eyes and said, ''yes, my Romeo?'' she laughs softly, ''I've always loved you''.

Renae's POV

I lay there for seconds before i blurt out the words that would change my life, forever.

''I love you, Romeo!'' Agghhh! Shit! why did i just say that, i blush into a deep scarlet , he just looks at me and then pulls me up. we sit on the end of the bed, i face palm into my hands and sigh. ''We cant do this,'' i exclaim, ''I love you, but your my best friend, what if something happened, our friendship would be ruined.''

''I'm willing to give it a try, I would go to the edge of the earth for you''
