I dropped to my knees at Ian’s side. Alexis teleported to Ian’s other side. She cheeked his pulse and said, “He’s alive, barely.” I sighed in relief, but he was still close to death. “Alexis, can you move him with your magics?” I asked quickly. She nodded and he started to levitate off the ground. We went as fast as we could go. We made it back to the kingdom walls. “Dawn, go get Seto!” I instructed. She ran off as we made it to my house. “His pulse is slowing!” Alexis yelled. It was too risky to try to take him to Seto’s office.

        We sat him down on an extra bed that I had placed in my living room. Seto came in just then, with Dawn on his heels. “Ty, Jason, Dawn, please leave, now!” Seto said as he came to Ian’s side. They ran out, but stayed at the entrance to my house.

        I stood back as Seto and Alexis tried to save Ian. First, Seto gave him a healing potion. That helped a little bit, but not a lot. Then, Ian was given another healing potion. Alexis cheek his pulse and said in a relieved voice, “His pulse has steadied.” I sighed and slumped down onto my couch. He was still passed out, but alive. Alexis and Seto left me so when Ian woke up, I would be right there at his side.

        Night came all too quickly, and Ian still hadn’t woken up yet. I was now pacing the floor. The voice came in my head and said, “I told you to take him with you.”

        “Oh, shut up!” I whispered.

        Dawn came in and saw me pacing. “I’ll be in bed,” she whispered. I gave her the slightest of nods, still deep in thought. The night was long. I heard a screech from a bat and I nearly jumped out of my skin. When the sun rose, someone came inside my house. I looked up and saw Seto at the door. “He isn’t awake yet, I see,” he commented.

        Then, a cough came from Ian’s mouth. I ran to his side as his eyes slowly opened. He looked around and realized that he didn’t know where he was. He tried to get up, but I gently pushed him back down. “Take it easy, buddy,” I said to him. He looked at me and asked, “What happened?” I looked at Seto and he understood that I wanted to talk to Ian alone. Once again, I was alone with Ian, but this time, I had saved his life. “Herobrine burnt your house down,” I said quietly. “You are now in my kingdom.”

        “Whoa, whoa, whoa! You mean to tell me that Herobrine came to kill me, failed, and you saved me? And now I’m in your kingdom?” he asked. I nodded slowly as I looked down at the floor. The night before, I had explained to him that I was the Budder King and that I had a kingdom with my Sky Army. “I believe you,” I hear Ian say. I look up and see him resting on his elbow. I helped him up and led him outside. I almost run right into Dawn, who in running away from something. She hides behind me and whispers, “They’re after me!” At first, I thought she was talking about the squids, but I saw the smile on her face. An army of little kids come running towards me. I moved aside and let them tackle Dawn. “Okay, kids, get off of her,” I said, pulling a little girl off her. They all got up and run off to go play.

        “Thanks a lot, honey,” Dawn said sarcastically.  I smiled and said, “Dawn, I would like you to meet Ian. Ian, this is my wife, Dawn.”

        “It is a pleasure to meet you, miss,” Ian said, holding out his hand. Instead of a handshake, Ian got a hug. He looked at me surprisingly. I just smiled and shrugged. “The pleasure is all mine,” Dawn said after she was done with her hug. Dawn skipped off happily. “Don’t ask,” I say before Ian can ask anything. I take him on a small tour of my kingdom, introducing him to my friends as we meet them. But, I have to admit, the funniest introduction had to be with Jerome.

        We walked into the forest and I brought him to the lake with the bench. I saw a shadow jump from tree to tree, but Ian hadn’t noticed yet. I knew what Jerome was about to do when I saw his shadow crouch on top of a tree. Ian and I were talking peacefully on the bench. I saw Jerome grab his axe that he kept on his back for easy accessibility. Finally, Jerome jump down right in front of Ian and yelled, “I’M AN AXE MURDERING BACCA, FOOL!!” Ian screamed in fear and climbed the bench. He began to shake behind me. Jerome put Betty away and began to laugh at my friend’s reaction. I practically died laughing. Ian punched me in the arm, but that only made me laugh even harder. When me and Jerome were done laughing I said, “Okay, Ian, this is my crazy axe murdering bacca friend, Jerome. Jerome, this is Ian.” Jerome bowed to Ian. “You told me he was crazy, but not this crazy!” was all that Ian said.

        When the day ended, I took Ian back to my house so he could rest up. “Thanks for saving my life,” he said to me before I left him on his bed in the living room. I nodded and said, “Good night.”

        “Good night!” Ian called back.

        Dawn was already in bed, fast asleep. I snuggled in next to her and wrapped my arms around her. I fell asleep with happiness and joy in my heart.
