The homeworld ships attacked every person they came across and destroyed almost every building. The Crystal Gems stood there is anger, while Steven was standing back a bit farther in fear.

The last time homeworld came, the gems got an adventure in space, and Steven almost died. He didn't like to remember it, though, as it made him feel unsafe.

Pearl and Garnet just looked at each other and nodded.

Both their gems glowed bright as they started moving toward each other in a dance-like motion. They then met each other and phased into someone new.

Sardonyx.

Steven's eyes turned to stars as the fusion summoned her hammer. "Tonight, we will be battling against homeworld!" She said with a chuckle as she knocked down one of the ships. "Aw, looks like this one's going off-air!" She then crushed the ship with her hammer.

Steven just gasped. He didn't expect for Sardonyx to do that, it was very unlike her.

A ship came from behind Sardonyx, making Steven gasp. "Watch out!" He shouted as loud as he should.

Sardonyx quickly turned around, only to be shot by the ship, making her split up. Pearl and Garnet were lying there when two homeworld soldiers came up and grabbed them tightly.

"Pearl! Garnet!" Steven whined.

Amethyst was also held by a soldier. "You're coming with us." One of them said, putting them onto a ship. "Pearl! Garnet! Amethyst!" Tears filled Steven's eyes.

He didn't know what to do.

"Steven!" All three of them shouted before being pushed into the ship that soon took off.

Steven started to tremble, the sight of watching his friends get taken away right in front of him was horrific to watch. He started to cry.

"Now I'm alone..." He whimpered as the scene replayed in his mind, over, and over, and over again.
