Levi didn't sleep that night. He usually didn't. When he did though, he would lay on the ground, and stick to all the rock and minerals. He didn't do it much though. He liked being awake.

After everyone had went to go to bed, he had just climbed onto a random house, and layed down on the roof, starring up at the stars. They blinked, brightened, and dimmed once in a while, but usually were the same. He just starred up at them. Sometimes, it almost felt like they starred back.

Hearing the whistle of Katherine's dad, he stood up, and quietly jumped off the roof. Running over, he waved at him. "Ready to go?", he asked.

He just shook his head. "Did you stay up all night Levi? Even you need brakes eventually."

This time it was Levi's turn to shake his head. "I don't sleep. Also, I wanted to be ready as soon as possible."

Olivia walked over, wearing a brown jacket, her bow resting on her back. "Good job staying up all night," she said sleepily, punching Levi in the shoulder lightly. Rubbing the sleep in her eyes, she yawned. "So, are we all ready to go?"

Her father nodded. "Everyone is here on time. The gate's already open, so let's go."

Not wanting any distractions, they didn't give any goodbyes, immediately leaving the town behind for the moment. The sun hadn't risen yet, but the it's faint orange glow had started to creep up into the sky.

Walking by the road, none of the three said a thing for a while. The only sound was the birds just waking up, and the frogs singing.

They turned, going down a different path. Soon, the forest thickened, covering the path, but they moved on.

"How long do you think it'll take to find other people?", Olivia asked, looking up at the leaves covering the sky, which glowed a dim emerald color.

"I doubt we're the only humans on the continent. It could take a few days, to a few months though," her father said.

Olivia shuddered. "Ya, I don't think I'll be able to handle a few months away."

"We'll go back eventually," Levi said. "I don't trust John. Even if he is part angel, the demon in him stands out like a candle in a dark room. If he does one bad thing, he's dead."

They were all silent for a little longer. Soon, the forest thinned out, giving way to a small stream. Olivia sat down on a rocky ledge, using one of her arrows as a spear, and starred down into the water, while her father put large bag on the ground, and sat down, starring up into the trees. Levi just stood still, starring off into space.

After a while, Olivia ran off somewhere by the stream, bringing all her arrows with her. Levi climbed up a tree, and reaching the top, looked off into the distance with his glowing blue eyes. The trees went on for a while, but far off, he thought he saw something. A wall maybe?

His thoughts were interrupted as Olivia crashed through the bushes, holding all her arrows in both hands, each one having a fish impaled into it. Levi slid down the tree, knocking on it to wake up Olivia's sleeping father. He silently got out a metal pan, and placed some dry grass underneath it. Using a peace of glass, some smoke appeared, and when he softly blowed on it, a flame began. Water was dumped into the pan, and it quickly boiled.

Olivia's family was full of survivors. She had caught twenty fish, and now her father and herself were eating them all, while they were still on the arrows. Seeing him starring, she held up one of the "fishkabobs". "Want one?"

Levi shook his head. "I don't eat."

Olivia broke out into uncontrollable laughter. "Okay, okay, I dare you, to tell me everything you don't, or don't have to do."

"Breathing, blinking, sleeping, eating, walking, talking, hearing, smelling, tasting, seeing,-" Levi went on for about on hour, and by then, Olivia and her father had finished eating. "There's a wall up ahead," Levi said, standing up.

"Dang we're lucky," Olivia said, stretching, and then yawning. "We could have found a lazy Golem."
