Avatar vs Star Wars, The Next Avatar vs The Son of the Chosen One, which two powerful heroes who fought evil, restored order and upheld the legacy of their predecessor will emerge as the true hero of fiction?

Toomi: Anyone who happens to admire nature and the outdoors knows of the four elements, the forces of nature that occupy our world, these elements can be beautiful, powerful, dangerous and majestic all at the same time.

Megumi: And these heroes possesses pretty sick ability of controlling the elements,

Toomi: Like Avatar Korra, the new avatar prodigy of Aang, the Avatar

Megumi: And Luke Skywalker, the most powerful Jedi of all time.

Toomi: Due to the contrast between Legends and Canon, we will only be using Disney Canon for Luke and grant both Korra and Luke their feats and abilities from the comics.

Megumi: Considering how Luke defeated Abeloth and bested Palpatine who can tear open dimensions with Force Storms, probably a good idea. Anyway, she's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Korra bends the elements into What if Battles

<Cue: Warrior by Avril Lavigne>

Toomi: Earth, fire, air and water. Avatar Aang along with his friends, Katara, Toph, Sokka, Suki and Zuko team up and defeated the Fire Lord, thus ending the one hundred year war.

Megumi: And when Avatar Aang's time in the world came to an end, the cycle of the Avatar began anew.

Korra: I'm the Avatar! You've got to deal with it!

Sachi: Succeeding over Aang, Korra is the waterbending Avatar of her time, mastering three of the elements at a rather young age and being under heavy supervision thus causing her have almost zero knowledge of the outside world

Toomi: You see, the reason for everyone being overprotective over her is because when she was a baby, a cult group called the Red Lotus attempted to capture her only for them to get arrested instead.

Megumi: And after getting a run in with Toph's grumpy daughter, an Earthbending and Firebending brothers and a rather sexy millionaire girl.

Toomi: But Korra's life is full of turmoil, having her bendings stripped away temporarily by Amon, losing her connections to her past lives by Vaatu and Unalaq and having mercury pumped into her body by Zaheer.

Megumi: Sheesh. The fact that she has been traumatized and almost died more times than I could count, she sure went through a hell lot shit than Aang did.

Sachi: But luckily thanks to the help of Aang, Raava, Toph and ironically Zaheer, Korra got over her pain and defeated Kuvira, thus bringing back balance to the world.

Megumi: And thus brings up a big honeymoon with Asami into the Spirit World along with an entanglement with the Triple Triad and saving the Earth Kingdom from tyranny thanks to Kuvira.

Toomi: Unlike her predecessor, Korra possesses great gifts in elements, being able to master Water, Earth and fire at a rather young age, and then mastering air at the teens.

Megumi: She's also super strong, being able to throw around Zaheer while poisoned, threw down a towering Vaatu and even send Amon flying out of the window with a single blast of wind.

Though it is extremely risky, as dying while in the Avatar State ends the cycle of reincarnation permanently.

Megumi: But that Avatar State is certainly powerful as Korra was able to go toe to toe with Vaatu, an evil spirit with the power to consume the entire planet itself in darkness, threw down Zaheer and even bested Kuvira before PTSD hits her right back.

Toomi: Korra has even displayed amazing capabilities of combat, defeating Amon, Tarrlok, Unalaq, Lieutenant, Zaheer, Kuvira and a whole lot of other benders of different range and power.

Sachi: And her Avatar State was even able to bend a Spirit Blast from the Colossus's Spirit Cannon, which created a powerful explosion to not only form a crater in the centre of Republic City but even tore a hole in reality to create a Spirit Portal

Megumi: Ha! For all those people who thinks Korra is a "Mary Sue" or Korra is weak. Well let's see all these people achieve these feats and come and talk about being weak.

Toomi: However, Korra's recklessness, and impulsive nature has lead to her downfall several times, with her even once challenging Amon with empty threats to hide her fear of him.

Sachi: And unlike Aang, Korra may be talented in the bending side of the Avatar cycle but was initially weak at the spiritual level, needing to enter the Spirit World in order to connect with the Avatar Cycle.

Megumi: And she had her ass kicked by Kuvira.

Sachi: But ironically, it was her meeting with Zaheer that cured her.

Korra: I made it. You led me here.

Megumi: But the best thing about Korra is that she isn't just powerful, but no matter how many times you knock her down, she will always get back up and become the Avatar we all deserve.

Korra: Well, I'm the old Avatar and my era's not over yet!

Luke Skywalker uses the Force for What if Battles

<Cue: End of Me by Ashes Remain>

Toomi: Watching the setting sun on the desert sands of Tatooine, Luke Skywalker longs to leave the sandy planet in hopes of becoming a pilot.

Megumi: Yeah, good luck when your own uncle and aunt would rather you stay to help them on the farm.

Luke: But I was going to Tosche Station to pick up some Power Converters.

Sachi: After meeting the droids 3PO and R2 D2, Luke was saved by an old Jedi warrior by the name of Ben Kenobi, who revealed himself to be Obi-Wan, a friend of Luke's father, Anakin Skywalker.

Toomi: You see, the reason for him being hidden on Tatooine is because he is the son of Anakin Skywalker, the Chosen One. And after Darth Sidious and his apprentice wiped out most of the Jedi Order and gained control of the empire, Luke was brought to Owen and Beru Lars to be raised up them.

Sachi: Right after Luke lost both his uncle and aunt to the empire, he agreed to go with Ben to Alderaan where they met a scruffy nerd-herder, his wookie co-pilot, and a Rebel Princess who turns out to be his sister.

Megumi: But Luke's life sure wasn't easy after blowing up the first Death Star. By being beaten up by two wanted criminals, almost eaten by a Wampa, and having his hand cut off by Darth Vader who turns out to be his father.

Megumi: Sheesh, that must have sucked. Finding out that the man who sliced his hand off is his own father. Really big twist in movie history.

Toomi: But thanks to the help of Obi-Wan, Yoda, and the redemption of Anakin Skywalker, Darth Sidious was destroyed and thus Luke not only brought Anakin back to the lightside but he has restored balance and peace to the galaxy.

Megumi: Until the events of Disney sequels. With him dealing with his emo nephew and helping Rey kill Darth Sidious once again.

Toomi: Being the son of Anakin Skywalker, Luke Skywalker is an exceptionally powerful Jedi, having quick reflexes, precognition and is also a skilled pilot.

Megumi: He also skilled with a lightsaber, being able to demonstrate multiple forms and even deflect blaster bolts despite starting his training.

Toomi: Being the son of Anakin Skywalker means that Luke's powers is beyond any Jedis ever known, having the power to channel the light and dark side energy to enable him to fight. He can even use it to crush organs, manipulate minds and even lift and throws things telekinetically.

Megumi: But having the Force is more than that. Thanks to George Lucas and Palpatine's acknowledgments, Luke Skywalker scales above many of the past Jedis, Jedis like Yareal Poof who stopped an entire planet from exploding, Yoda who defeated a Force Mountain, Ahsoka who matched and defeated Darth Maul and Obi-Wan who killed General Grievous and defeated Anakin.

Sachi: The same Anakin Skywalker who's Force Powers is so powerful he was able to force the Gods of Mortis down on their knees.

Anakin: On your knees!

Toomi: But Luke's powers with the Force is so strong that he was even able to project a full Force Projection to distract Kylo Ren and the First Order to help him escape.

Megumi: Damn! That must have taken him a lot of power to do so.

Toomi: Unfortunately Megumi, you are correct on that part. The ability to use the Force Projection is so lethal that Kylo Ren even stated that Rey can die if she uses it which was proven true as shortly after Luke used that, he died soon after.

Sachi: And though Luke believed that Darth Vader can turn to the side of good, ironically, he tried to kill his nephew when he sensed darkness in him which brought the downfall of the Jedi, causing him to show great disinterest in teaching Rey.

Megumi: And is no one gonna mention that Luke kissed his own sister?

Sachi: But with Yoda's guidance, Luke eventually saw what he did was wrong and even after death, he stood alongside Rey to destroy Darth Sidious, thus ending the reign of the Sith

Luke: Rey, the Force is strong with you, always.

Megumi: But the best thing about Luke is that he is not just powerful, but he is willing to learn from his mistakes to become the greatest Jedi to have ever lived.

Luke Skywalker: I'm a Jedi, like my father before me.

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Sachi: Don't forget to vote, comment what you think of the fight.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

Anch-To

On the deserted island of Anch-To, Korra leaps through the forest, finding herself gazing at a rather large tree.

Korra: Whoa, what is that?

Curious, Korra steps towards the tree, climbing into the hole before noticing a dusty old shelf lying in the corner.

Korra: What's this?

Korra picks up one of the books, flipping through the pages as she mutters out several words from the book.

Korra: Obi-Wan...Yoda...Anakin Skywalker...who in the world are these guys?

However, before Korra could read any further, she heard a voice shouting at her.

???: You!

Korra: YEEEP!!!

Startled, Korra turns around, finding herself staring at a young man with short blonde hair cladded in a black grab.

The man is Luke Skywalker, the Grandmaster of the New Jedi Order.

Luke asks Korra.

Luke: What do you think you are doing?

Lacking any other options, Korra simply answers with her most typical excuse.

Korra: I'm just...looking for the bathroom

Not believing her, Luke shouts.

Luke: This place is sacred, I want you to leave! Right now!

Angered at the tone Luke is speaking to her, Korra waves her hand, lifting up a sphere of water with her bending before launching it at Luke, splashing it all over his body.

SPLASH!!!

Although angered, Luke sighs out in exasperation, waving his hand while saying.

Luke: You are going to leave, quietly.

But to his horror, not only is his Jedi Mind Trick ineffective, but Korra even questions.

Korra: Uh I don't know what you are doing mister but whatever it is, it won't work on the Avatar!

Luke: This is your last chance, leave or die.

Korra: Come and get me!

Korra challenges Luke as she gets into a fighting stance.

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: La La La Shiawase No Uta by C-ute>

FWOOSH!!!

Korra thrusts her hand out, launching a powerful blast of fire right at Luke, forcing the Jedi to swerve his body to the side, dodging the flame.

Korra then raises her arms up, causing the ground beneath Luke to shake.

RUMBLE!!!

As several large rocks began erecting from the ground, Luke jumps up, swinging his lightsaber across one of them.

VROOM!!!

After slicing the rock, Luke thrusts his hand out, using the force to send the rock flying towards Korra.

WHOOM!!!

However, Korra swings her leg out, sending the rock flying back at Luke.

CRACK!!!

The rock flies back at Luke, crashing right into him.

CRASH!!!

Luke: ARGHHHHH!!!

Korra: Try and keep up!

Korra swirls her hand around, summoning a wave of water before thrusting her hand out, sending the water splashing right onto Luke.

SPLASH!!!

Luke: YAAAHHHH!!!

SHING!!!

Almost immediately, the water freezes around Luke's body, encasing him in ice.

Korra stops in front of him, smirking proudly as she remarks.

Korra: Wow, what a fine looking ice sculpture

However, Luke simply closes his eyes, channeling the Force around his body before swinging his arms out, sending chunks of ice flying everywhere.

CRACK!!!

Luke then thrusts his hand out, sending Korra flying with a single Force push.

WHOOM!!!

CRACK!!!

As Korra crashes backfirst into a boulder, Luke waves his arm around, slamming Korra repeatly against the ground.

CRACK!!! CRACK!!! CRACK!!!

Luke then jumps up, throwing a single kick right into her gut.

WHAM!!!

Korra: WWWHHHOOOAAA!!!

Korra screams out as she was sent crashing into a nearby X-Wing fighter.

CRASH!!!

As Luke runs out, to his horror, Korra raises up her hand, removing chunks of metal from the ship's plating before chucking it forward.

VREEESSSHHH!!!

Luke brandishes his lightsaber, slicing through the chunks of metal only for a large tidal wave of water to splash right on top of him.

SPLASH!!!

As Luke stood there dripping wet, he turns to his lightsaber, grumbling out as the water damaged the weapon, causing it's blade to spark out.

Using this to her advantage, Korra jumps forward, throwing multiple strikes across Luke's body.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

With a thrust of her palm, Korra unleashes a powerful torrent of wind right into Luke, sending him flying.

WHOOSH!!!

Luke: WHOOAAA!!!

Luke then falls right down into the grass, pushing himself up as Korra jeers.

Korra: What's wrong? Too tough for you? You should know better than to mess with the Avatar.

Luke: Amazing. Everything you just said, is wrong.

Luke then thrusts his hand out, pushing Korra back with a Force Push.

WHOOM!!!

Korra: WHOOOAAA!!!

As Korra is sent flying, Luke runs forward at blinding speed, saying.

Luke: I sense...fear in you. Self-doubt. Trauma.

Without warning, flashes of Zaheer flash right through Korra's mind, causing her to gasp out.

Using that to his advantage, Luke clenches his fist, using the Force to crush the rib bone of Korra.

CRACK!!!

Korra: AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!

As Korra winces in pain, Luke dashes forward, preparing to finish her off.

Korra: Oh...no you don't!

However, right at that moment, Korra's eyes flashes bright blue, causing a powerful surge of energy to envelop around her.

BUUUSSSHHHH!!!

Luke: What?!

Luke stares back in horror, watching as Korra flies up into the air, waves of air, fire, earth and water rotating like a halo around the Avatar.

Korra has tapped into the Avatar State.

Shocked, Luke remarks out in amazement.

Luke: Incredible. What kind of power is this?

But before Luke could even know what happen, Korra thrusts her hand out, sending blasts of air, water, earth and fire right at Luke.

CRASH!!! FWOOM!!! SLASH!!! FWOOSH!!!

Luke swerves across the floor, dodging all of them only to be struck by a blast of fire.

FWOOM!!!

Luke: ARGGGHHHH!!!

Ignoring the pain, Luke brandishes his lightsaber, activating it.

VRRSSHSOOOMM!!!

WHOOSH!!!

Korra grits her teeth, launching herself downwards right into Luke.

Luke and Korra swings their arms out, lightsaber clashing right into a mixture of spiritual energy, fire and air.

VSSSSHHHH!!!

Luke then launches himself back into the air, using the Force to send Korra flying back.

WHOOM!!!

Screeching across the ground, Korra's eyes glows blue as she unleashes a powerful burst of fire right at Luke.

FWOOSH!!!

However, Luke simply quells the fire with a swing of his lightsaber before closing in onto Korra.

VSSSHHHH!!!

Korra: ARRRGGGHHHH!!!

Korra screams out in agony as she felt the scorching heat of the lightsaber cut through her skin.

Before Luke can land onto the ground, Korra unleashes a powerful blast of fire down onto Luke, causing him to scream out in agony.

FWOOSH!!!

Luke: YYYAAAHHHHH!!!

As Luke rolls across the floor, he leaps up into the air, landing feet first onto the ground before facing Korra.

Korra: This is the end for you!

Korra declares out. Luke then retorts.

Luke: Your overconfidence is your weakness.

Korra: YYYAAAHHHH!!!

WHOOM!!!

Korra then launches herself forward, full power in her Avatar State, she closes in onto Luke as the Jedi whispers.

Luke: May the Force guide me.

Holding up his lightsaber, Luke launches himself across, a loud sound of an energy blade cutting through flesh slices right through the air.

VSSSHHH!!!

Both Luke and Korra stood facing the opposite directions, neither of them moving.

Until Korra felt her vision blurring, the Avatar State energy draining from her body as she wavers, groaning out in agony.

Korra: UUGHHHHH!!!

The energy of the lightsaber cauterizing her wound, Korra's upper body crumples down onto the floor before her foot follows suit.

THUMP!!!

VSSSHHH!!!

Deactivating his lightsaber, Luke turns around and he looks down, saying to the now severed body of Korra.

Luke: See you around kid.

KO!

<Cue: Forever In My Dreams by Really Slow Motion>

Megumi: Looks Like Korra can bend air but she can never be a Sky-Walker.

Toomi: Korra's versatility and strength is certainly able to keep Luke on his toes but the Jedi's arsenal is far more powerful and versatile than you might think.

Sachi: Indeed, the Classical elements that you see in Avatar is proposed to explain the nature and complexity of all matter in terms of simpler substances wheareas the Force is an energy field that connected everything in the universe, which is way more complex and larger than the Earthly elements.

Megumi: And though the elements needs a natural source in order for benders to bend the elements but the Force, it's literally everywhere. Luke can never really run out of it.

Toomi: UnaVaatu's planet darkness feat is surprisingly comparable to Palapatine's Sith Lightning feat in the Rise of the Skywalker, but Luke defeated Darth Vader in combat who is way way stronger than the other two.

Megumi: I mean cyborg or not, Darth Vader is Anakin Skywalker, the Chosen One. The most powerful Force User in the galaxy.

Sachi: Not only that but other Jedis have achieved feats higher than any Avatar have ever did. Like Yareal Poof who stopped a planet from exploding, Yoda who took down a Force Mountain and Mace Windu who literally soloed an entire Droid battalion own his own. And since Luke is already considered to be the strongest Jedi to have ever lived, who's to say he can't achieve those feats himself.

Toomi: I know it does sound strange to hear about Jedis being this powerful and all.

Megumi: Yeah, I mean I've seen the movies and Jedis don't really show that level of power.

Sachi: But to be fair Megumi, other forms of media has portrayed a way different level of power scaling to the Jedi's powers.

Toomi: Indeed but think about it this way, part of the reason why the Jedi code is so strict is because of that immense power, they need these rules to keep these Jedis...well civilized.

Megumi: But since Luke's own Jedi order is way different from the old one, throw those old rules out cause there's nothing stopping Luke from using the Force to crush Korra's organs. Shit, don't ever mess with the Jedi.

Sachi: However, the biggest challenge in this fight is the Avatar State. Due to being more aggressive than Aang, Korra no doubt will be throwing everything down onto Luke, forcing the Jedi master back.

Toomi: While Korra's raw power is certainly strong, however, Luke's precognition and shatterpoint is what enables him to predict her next move and allows him to react fast enough to counter everything she throws at him.

Sachi: And though Luke canonically has never defeated Godly beings like Abeloth, his ability to scale above his father who forced the Son and Daughter to their knees, the literal Gods of Evil and Good just proves that Luke is just way stronger. I mean Vaatu himself is not even the same level of power as the Ones who literally control the Force all across the Universe.

Toomi: Korra may have impressive power, techniques, strength and abilities but Luke's brilliant speed, overwhelming Force, and greater level of power won this bout.

Megumi: It doesn't take much to Luke that he just split her right in the Kor-ra

Sachi: The winner is Luke Skywalker

Luke: Let's go. And don't forget the droids.

* The connections between Korra and Luke Skywalker is that both combatants are powerful heroes who are successors to a previous generation, with Korra being a successor of Aang and Luke being the son of Anakin Skywalker. The two are skilled with the powers of an elemental nature, Korra with her elements and Luke with the Force. The two are also strong in their connection of a spiritual level with Korra being able to communicate with spirits and her past lives and Luke communicating with Jedi Force Ghosts before becoming one himself.

* The two have also defeated a mix range of enemies ranging from mercenaries, dictators, spiritual beings and entities of pure evil. The two have also restored a fallen order and brought back peace to the world with Korra's actions bringing back the Air Nomads and Luke restarting a new Jedi Order
