There is the sound of fist meeting bone and consequent sobbing echoes through the house. Georgia squeezes her eyes shut and a tear trickles down her cheek.

INT. SHOPPING MALL - DAY

The mall is as crowded as usual, filled with screaming children, packs of teenagers, and young couples on early dates.

Georgia is trailing in Alexis' wake as they window shop.

ALEXIS
Georgia, what do you think of this one?

She points to a garish dress and they both laugh.

GEORGIA
I dare you to try it on.

ALEXIS
Absolutely not. I'm not letting that abomination anywhere near me.

They continue chuckling, walking on.
