FADE TO:

EXT. HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION - MORNING

The principal is giving a speech on the small stage while the graduates sit in front of him. Parents and teachers take up the rest of the seats.

There are two empty seats right by each other, obvious in the sea of taken ones.

FADE TO:

INT. ALEXIS' CAR

The girls are driving down the highway. The radio is playing quietly. Georgia is napping against the window of the passenger seat, looking content.

Alexis looks over at her best friend fondly, a small smile playing with her lips. The smile stretches into a full-blown grin and she turns back to the road.

She turns up the radio and begins tapping on the steering wheel in time to the beat.

EXT. HIGHWAY

The car drives down the highway towards the rising sun.
