Catherine's POV

"Walking around in my banana shoes. Walking around in my banana shoes. Goin' squish squish squish in my-" 

"Hello?" I said as I woke up from my nap.Geez, why did I set that as Jemma's ringtone? "Hey, where are you!" Crap! I forgot me and Jemma were playing tonight. "Give me a second I'll be right there." I said as I got off the small couch in my apartment living area. "What are we playing this time?" I asked as I went to my room and booted up my laptop. "Well I thought we would try a new game today." She said. "Well what is it?" "It's called Garry's mod." "What on earth is that? It sounds ridiculous!" "That's why we're playing it!" she yelled. She was right. I mean some of the games we play are kind of crazy. " Ok I'll be there soon." "Hurry!"

I bought the game on Steam and logged in. We had already set up Skype and made our accounts. "What do you want to play?" "What about this Trouble in Terrorist Town?" "Ok fine with me." I said. I was right, this is weird. We both selected a game and logged on. There was at least 5 other people on. Their names were crazy. We had Terminator, Megaman, TheTruth, Zips, and some guy called Bob. Mine was just Catherine. I mean I didn't want anything weird. 

We played for about an hour. By that time I had been the traitor for most of the rounds and I was getting good at it. I had killed everybody on the server multiple times and I kind of actually liked this game. Jemma was pretty good too. She wasn't the traitor as much. Although when she was she would go silent. At one point I actually checked the Skype to make sure she was still there. 

We decided to take a break. She she logged off Skype and I saw that Alex was on. I thought to call him and see what he was doing while I grabbed a soda out of the fridge. I called him and he picked up fairly quickly.

"Hey, what's up?" he asked. He was still looking at his computer. It looked like he was playing a video game. "Not much, just got done with round one of me and Jemma's gameathon. Hey what are you playing?" " Hmm?" he said as he looked at me again. "What are you playing?" I asked with a smile. " How do you know I'm playing anything?" "I know what playing a game looks like." I said. He gave me a smirk. " You wouldn't know it." he said. "Try me." I said. Did he really think so little of my gaming knowledge? "It's called Garry's mod." "Okay, me and you need to stop playing the same games." I said. Why is it that we keep playing these games together? "No! You don't play this do you?" He said with utter shock. "I do as of an hour ago." "Well then you'll be a noob at this won't you?" "You do doubt me, don't you?" I said. "It takes skill, this game!" he said. As if! I mastered it in an hour. "Well let's play then. You, me, and Jemma. Chris can play it too, if you want." I said making a baby face to him. "Well how bout you two join my game? Me and a couple of friends are playing now." He said. "Fine, but be warned, I'm anything but a noob." 

We exchanged info. I got all his friends Skype's and the server password. Jemma and I logged on and were greeted by Alsmiffy, Djh3max, Trottimus, Lewis, Sips, and Turps. "Hey." Alex said. "Ok so this is Catherine and her friend Jemma." he said. "Hello everyone." Me and Jemma said in unison. " That was weird. I'm Turps." Turps said. "Hey, um so are we gonna play or what?" One of them said. "Fine Sips, we can play." Chris said. "Ya, I'm gonna win this time." Lewis said. "Hey didn't I run into you on the street?" I asked him. He was the one I gave my number to, I believe. " Were you the girl that gave me the number for Alex?" he asked. "Ya!" I said. "Oh, well sorry about your job." he said. "It's fine," I said. "Ok well on that happy note let's kill each other!" Ross said.

We played for a good hour. In that time I proved that I was good at Trouble in Terrorist Town. At one point both me and Alex spawned in the same room. " If I go silent it's because of Alex." I said. A couple seconds later were both Traitors. I had an idea so I screamed to show I died. I didn't really die though. "Well Alex is a Traitor." Chris said. "Am not!" he said. "Just beca-" he stopped mid sentence to show he died. Me and him began to sneak around the map. Alex had a really good sniping point while I was on foot with a special Traitor gun. I saw Ross and Jemma around a corner and started toward them. I shot Ross in the head and Alex got Jemma and she didn't even scream. Alex shot Lewis and Turps in the head. I saw Sips behind the corner and lined him up. He managed to sigh before he died. "Well there goes Sips." Chris said. "So who's still alive?" he asked. No one answered. "Well then I'm alone. Is there still both traitors?" He said. No answer. "I'll take it as a yes. Challenge accepted!" he said Me and Alex were both on foot trying to find him. I saw him come up from behind Alex and shoot him. Alex died and as soon as he did, I shot Chris and won the game. "Teamwork!" I shouted. "Catherine you are really good at this! My God!" Sips said.

I was starting to doze off so I decided to say goodnight and leave. "Night!" They all said. " Call you tomorrow!" Alex said. "Ooh!" was the last thing I heard before I logged out.
