On July 18th, my account will look deactivated, due to rumors of the site 4Chan hacking wattpad, tumblr, and Instagram. I am doing this because if it is true I am very triggered easily, (do NOT make fun of me for it, or anyone else for that matter.) and they will be posting triggering things. Things you will notice are:
My profile picture will be black
My book covers will be black with discontinued on them. (I won't be deleting chapters, and they are NOT actually discontinued.)
my bio will be deleted
my name will simply be 'discontinued'

I advise everyone to change their password and so the same, especially if you have 200+ followers. If you have over 200 followers, you are a main target. I fortunately don't have Instagram, but if you do I would simply delete your bio and say you are discontinued. Also go private, and change your password. Tumblr delete your bios and if you are comfortable delete your pictures. If you are doing this, please inform your followers that way this is spread around, and they don't think you have deactivated. Please don't post ANY face reveals.

This possible hacking will be on July 20th. So basically stay off through 19-22 from what I've heard.

If you are interested in knowing what will be posted if you are hacked, read below. If easily triggered (I am, but I'm going to do this anyway because people need to know.) do not read, but simply follow the instructions listed above. Stay safe.

If hacked, on your page they will post pornography, self-harming, and gore. If you do a face reveal, they will cut and paste it onto pornography. If this happens to you and you are a minor, PLEASE report to authorities. On tumblr and Instagram, they will be raiding hashtags and tags. (Another reason to avoid those types of social media.) I have also heard suicide hotlines will be invaded with videos of people harming / killing themselves.

I am not going to say this is 100% real, because no one is exactly sure. But, 8 out of 10 raids have been real, so there is a pretty big chance of this. This is a comment from another post I've read this same situation from in another person's book. It seemed important.

Once again, I am not saying this is 100% real, but I still think people should do this just in case. If you are brave enough, go on social media during those days to find out if it's true or not. I would NEVER joke about something as serious as this. I know I've talked about this a lot, especially in this book, but it needs to be shared.
