This cruise was waiting for the Oberoi and Birla families as the apple of their eyes was going to meet on this cruise. Everyone was happy and excited about the decision Samaira and Aditya had taken, except two people who were also business rivals, Vikrant and Akhil. While Vikrant was unhappy about his niece getting married to his rival's son, Akhil did not want his only son to marry the niece of his father's rival.

Vikrant and Akhil had to give their approval for this marriage but they were not happy, after all they were rivals since college days. They never thought that they will become a part of each other's family and neither did they want to be. Maybe there was something going on in their minds which hardly anyone knew about. Even after knowing that Samaira and Aditya loved each other very much, Vikrant and Akhil were refusing to believe that they could be the perfect match for each other. Only because they both were so in love with their egos.

One by one everyone started boarding the cruise. Finally Ranveer's eyes fell on a scared and innocent girl. He extended his hand towards her and assured her that he would take care of her. Seeing him succumbing to his fear, the girl thought why not give her hand in his, but the touch of Ranveer's hand made her feel a sense of belonging. Ranveer was in the same situation. Just then the sound of the cruise's anchor being pulled was heard and the girl fell on Ranveer. With this the captain announced the departure of the cruise.

Ranveer and the girl fall on the surface of the cruise, due to which the girl feels uncomfortable still hiding her head on Ranveer's chest. Sensing this, Ranveer moves the girl's hair aside, the girl is none other than Suhani, whom Ranveer had seen after many years, due to which he is unable to recognize her.

Suhani tries to get up from the surface, but when Ranveer moves her hair aside, she gets scared. Ranveer notices this, and tries to get up by removing his hand, but the flow of water causes him to fall again. His eyes meet Suhani's, which look familiar to her. Suhani swallows the saliva in her throat, because she feels nothing but fear in Ranveer's eyes.

Ranveer tries to get up very slowly, and this time he succeeds. Extending his hand towards Suhani, he asks, "May I?", to which Suhani remembers her father's instructions. She closes her eyes and tries unsuccessfully to get up. Eventually she has to give her hand to Ranveer who helps her up.

Due to not meeting each other for many years, both of them are unable to recognize each other, and try to leave by turning their backs to each other, when they see Aditya in front of Ranveer and Samaira in front of Suhani. Due to which both of them get shocked for a moment, but Samaira says, "So finally the childhood 'dushmans' met!", hearing this Ranveer looks at Samaira with surprise and says, "What are you saying?", and frowns.

Samaira starts laughing loudly and says, "Brother, you always used to say that people can recognize this flirt even in their sleep, now you are awake," and with this, her laughter becomes unstoppable.

Hearing this, both Suhani and Ranveer recognize each other and are left speechless. Suhani closes her eyes tightly and ignoring Ranveer, tells Samaira, "I need to rest", and leaves from there.

To which Ranveer smirks and thinks, "It is my habit to run away from situations, so why is she leaving? Anyway! The responsibility that mother has given me, I will fulfill it with full dedication, after all she has told me first for anything," with which a smile unknowingly comes on his lips.

Suhaani was gasping heard reaching to her room, when she was witnessing Ranveer's face again and again. She closed her eyes tight after hearing a knock on her gate, "I am sure, ye Ranveer hi hai," with which she started blabbering, "I don't want to meet you. Papa has restricted me to meet any boy, Ranveer. I can't meet you. Tum jaao yaha se," and saying this she immediately turned back at which she witnessed Samaira opening her mouth in a perfect O shape.
