What was that thing? It was like Malice, but like something new entirely.

Mist: Hey lets get going. The authorities will take care of the thugs.

Me: Okay. Wait. What about Miss Brew and everyone else on the higher levels.

Mist: Before coming down here I told Miss Brew to contact everyone on the upper floors. They went on a full lockdown so they'll be fine.

Me: (Sigh) Then that's that...

Mist started to escort me to the exit as the police moved in to put the unconscious crooks in cuffs. Walking beside her I put a hand on the back of my neck.

Me: Uh thanks for saving my life. For the billionth time I'm pretty sure. I mean I know it's like your "job" and everything. But truly thanks.

Mist: Oh it's nothing you need to thank me for, but I... Appreciate it.

She said holding her hands behind her back as we stepped outside. News reporters instantly started to rush to us. Probably after Mist.

Me: Oh Boy. I think that's your queue.

Mist: (Sigh) Yep. So do us both a favor. Stay out of trouble.

She said patting my shoulder before she disappeared. The reporters sighed and huffed as they went back to bother the authorities with questions. I then heard hurried footsteps and heavy breathing approaching me as I looked to my left seeing Amanda. Who instantly put her hands on both my shoulders.

Amanda: Are you alright? Did they hurt you? Who gave you that bruise on your head!? Who was it!? I will fu-!

Me: WOAH hold the tongue! Amanda calm down. I'm fine. Mist and this other thing saved me.

Amanda: Mist huh?

She said with a raised brow before shaking it off.

Amanda: Come on we're going home.

Me: But I-

Amanda: I don't believe I was asking.

Me: (Gulps) Yes ma'am.

Can she not be intimidating for one second!? As I was basically getting dragged home by Amanda for my "safety". Eventually she let me walk on my own. Putting her hands in her pockets she looked at me worried.

Amanda: Are you sure you're okay?

Me: Yes of course. Amanda I'm fine.

Amanda: I'm sorry it's just... When I saw you on the TV. It was terrifying. You and Lisanna are the best thing to happen to me (Y/N). The thought of losing either one of you...

Me: But I'm still here aren't I? Plus it'll take more than a bullet to kill me.

Amanda: I would rather not test that theory of yours.

Me: Oh wow and here I thought you had confidence in me.

She giggled before lightly punching me in the arm as I smiled in response.

Amanda: Jerk.

Me: Like you can talk.

Amanda: Oh whatever.

Me: So how did your meeting go?

Amanda: Oh lords. It was torture. "Find a way to release yourself and all of your problems will go away!"

She said twiddling her fingers everywhere making me giggle a bit.

Me: You'll get used to it.

Amanda: If I'm brainwashed maybe.

Me: I got the job by the way.

Amanda: Really!? (Y/N) that's awesome! You've been wanting that since forever right?

Me: Yep and I got approved directly by Ms. Brew!

Amanda: I bet you're happy.

Me: You bet I am. I never thought I'd get this far.

Amanda: Maybe because you're a shortie.

She said messing up my hair.

Lisanna POV

Coming in through the window of my home I went to my room. Taking my mask off and pulling my hood back as I huffed as I entered my room feeling slightly overwhelmed.

Me: What a day.

?: No shit.

I stopped at the door frame to my room as I looked at the woman on my bed... Oh Gods she's here.

Me: Miss Ire... What are you doing here?

Ire: Oh nothing. Just here for a visit.

She said standing up from my bed as I noticed she held a piece of paper in her hand.

Ire: But can you explain to me what in the hell is this!?

She holding up the tablet she held up to my face. It was the monster that saved (Y/N) earlier. How does she already have a picture? Of course she already has a picture. In case it wasn't obvious Ire is the Head or Leader M.H.P.S.. They deal with the more unusual or supernatural category worldwide.

Ire: Care to tell me why there's already a god damn web page about this thing?!

Me: I didn't know it was there until this morning. All we know is that it was a piece of Mandy taking its own form.

Ire: Oh that's great I guess everything is just okay then. Let's not mind the giant white ass symbiote that's in who knows god where in the city!

Me: Look me and the other two are trying okay? It's hard when we're the only three actually fighting against everything in the city.

She crossed her arms as she leaned to the side a bit.

Me: We have countless villains locked up, and they just keep coming. Now we got Snake. Even I can't keep doing this.

Ire: I know. I know. Plus you still have that boy around. How's he doing?

She asked walking past me and down the hall. I followed her taking off my cloak and folding it along the way.

Me: He's safe, but he'll be a problem. He's probably already asking questions about that symbiote to himself.

I mumbled as we eventually reached the backyard as she opened the door and I leaned on the door frame.

Ire: We will take care of the symbiote. You make sure he stays out of it. If you need to contact me please do.

Me: Will do... So why are we in my backyard?

Ire: Why else?

She said pulling out some car keys as her sports car uncloaked... You gotta be kidding me.

Me: You parked your car in my backyard!?

Ire: Yes. Yes I did.

She said as she hopped into the front seat and her car wheels turned sideways and her car started to float. She then took off as I groaned looking at the grass. Which was now ruined... I literally just mowed yesterday. Closing the door and feeling tired I decided to just order pizza for tonight. Waiting for the order Amanda and (Y/N) arrived a little bit before the food. We sat in the living room just watching TV together as usual.

(Y/N): Well wasn't today eventful...

Me: Sounds like it.

(Y/N): Imma head to bed. I'm going to school and then the lab after tomorrow. Goodnight.

Me and Amanda: Goodnight.

He waved as he left the room heading to bed yawning. Amanda then coughed as I turned to her as Mandy also flowed out giving me a smug look.

Me: What?

Mandy: Oh don't give me that. How much did you show off?

Me: I don't know what you're talking about.

Amanda: You where obviously showing off to (Y/N) back at Hex. He kept commenting about your moves on the way back here.

Mandy: Lot's of evaporating too.

Me: Only like twice...

I said looking to the side as they kept staring at me as I drew circles on the couch with my finger.

Me: Maybe a bit more than two.

Mandy: Knew it. I knew you couldn't resist miss goodie two shoes.

Me: Oh like you two didn't do the same when you fought Ox last month when you three went to the museum.

Amanda: Fair enough... So another symbiote huh?

Me: Yeah. It was the opposite when it comes to color. White and Black. Red eyes. Although I'm grateful it saved (Y/N). We need to assume it's still dangerous.

Amanda: Especially since it came from Mandy.

Mandy: Oh jeez thanks.

Me: Ire came by earlier. She said she'll take care of it. Just watch (Y/N). You know how he is.

Amanda: Agreed.

As we finished Mandy sat up with a concerned expression. Something that really isn't common with her.

Me: What's with you?

Mandy: I... Look before you smack me with a table. I'm trying to be serious. He smelled... Different.

Amanda: Smelled different?

Mandy: Us Symbiotes have a different smell than you guy's do. It's determined by your blood, age, skin, and yada yada you get the point. But when (Y/N) came home. He didn't smell the same.

Amanda: You don't think... That the other symbiote did this right?

Me: No the white Symbiote didn't lay a finger on him. Just keep a close eye on him. I'm sure he'll be fine.

Mandy POV

Lisanna: Anyways. I'm heading to bed. I need to make plans for what I'm doing tomorrow. Goodnight you two.

Me and Amanda: Goodnight.

She got up and went upstairs as I put my hands together. I looked at Amanda as had a small smile on my face.

Me: Can I... "See him" again tonight?

Amanda: Of course.

We went upstairs as well as we went to (Y/N)'s room. Amanda opened the door slowly as I stepped through. I walked over to his bedside as he slept their peacefully facing towards me. I smiled as I sat on my knees and held one of his hands. So warm... Like always...

Me: Is it bad that I want him to wake up right now? Is that selfish?

Amanda: Not at all Mandy... Not at all... We should go.

Me: Just for one more minute? Please?

Amanda: Fine... But not a second longer.

Me: Thank you.

Your POV

Am I dreaming?... I'm back at Hexcorp. In my lab? Why am I dreaming this? I looked out the still broken window as I put a hand on the back of my head... Wait why can I feel that? I poked myself and then pinch making me slightly hiss.

Me: This is real?

My own voice echoed ringing in my ears. What is this?

?: Like... Me.

Another voice echoed as I turned around meeting the white thing that saved me at Hex Corp.

Me: It's you...

?: You have... Part of... Me.

It said putting a finger on my chest. It then sat on its knees before leaning forward. Putting our eyes on a even level.

Me: What are you?

?: You are we. I am we.

Me: I'm sorry I don't understand.

?: Find... We.

And just like that... Everything faded away. It was just me in the dark.

Me: ... It wants me? But why?

In Cell Block S on the MHPS Helicarrier

Snake POV

Me: They don't understand... I was helping people evolve. We can all be equal. No one has to separated from the rest...

I was mumbling to myself sitting in the back of my cell coiled up. The only thing keeping me in is an advanced element of metal made only from MHPS. I then looked up hearing some commotion outside my cell.

Guard: Who are you? Don't move!

Guard 2: Get on your kne-

He was cut off as I see him fly past my cell. Frost then started forming on my window.

Guard: This is Mack Ceral on block S! I need back-!

A loud thud was heard as I hear footsteps approaching my door. It then started to slide open as my rooms floor was immediately filled with snow. A boy then stepped into my room and bowed.

?: Miss Jessica. I've come to get you out of here. You have work that has been left undone.

Me: Who are you?

?: Questions for later. You must leave. I need to free the others.
