REN POV

We sat in silence with only the sound of our breaths in the air. It soon started to get colder with every gush of wind that passed by. I crossed my arms around myself for warmth but it barely worked.

I looked into the distance and started to notice something strange. I took a closer look and saw little white flurries. I reached out my hand and a few landed on my hand. I gasped in cheerfulness and quickly got up. I started laughing and jumping in the snow.

Kim looked at me confusingly but got up. He started looking around and smiling with me. Without thinking I grabbed both of his hands and pulled him closer to me. He giggled and started to jump around with me. I let go and lifted my arms into the air.

I stuck out my tongue and let some of the snowflakes land on my face and mouth. He looked at me and giggled again but did the same thing with his tongue. I laughed slightly and watched as the snow fell. I sighed and smiled closing my eyes.

I could feel Kim's gaze on me as I stayed silent. I opened my eyes and looked back at him. He was looking at me with an interesting expression. We looked at each other while the snow fell around us. He took some steps close to me and I started to blush.

We were at least just a few inches away from each other when he stopped. He lifted his hand slowly and cupped my cheek. He started leaning his face closer to mine. My breath hitched but still let him come closer. He closed his eyes and softly kissed my lips.

I closed mine as well and enjoyed the softness of his lips on mine. I felt something holding my waist and realized it was his hand. He pulled me close to him and I held his hair. We pulled away from each other breathing hard. He had a small tint of red on his cheeks and I guessed that my whole face would be crimson.

"Ren." He whispered

"Yes Kim?" I whispered back

"I know this is really soon but, I really, really like you probably to the extent to where....I may love you."

My breathing stopped due to shock.

"S-so do I K-kim." I managed to breath out.

He kissed me again and pulled me closer to him. I tangled my fingers in his hair as he shared his love with me. We pulled away again and giggled with each other. We looked up and watched as the snow fell. Afterwards we leaned our foreheads together and smiled.

We decided to walk balk to my place and make hot chocolate to warm ourselves up. When we were walking the snow was falling more intensely. We made sure to hurry before we would get covered by snow. Once we reached my place we shook the snow off of our bodies.

I walked to the kitchen after taking off my jacket. I got everything ready to make hot chocolate. I made sure to add candy canes when I was done. After everything was done I brought two mugs filled with the warm drink to the living room. I passed Kim his mug and sat down next to him.

He placed his arm around me and I leaned into him. I took a sip of my drink before speaking.

"Kim?"

"Hmm."

"Does this mean we're in a relationship now?"

"Well I was hoping to ask you to be in a relationship with me earlier but I was too nervous."

"Oh."

"But, do you want to be in one?"

I stayed silent for a moment but gave him an answer.

"Yes."

He kissed me and smiled which I returned. We stayed snuggled up together in the couch. After a while I started to feel sleepy and drifted off into the darkness.
