I didn't notice myself gritting my teeth when Jinhae was having so much fun with him. I leant against the glass doors with concerned eyes when Jinhae was panting and slightly coughing.

I almost opened the doors when I saw the pain she was in. My eyes widened as she fainted. I couldn't see the rest when the guy covered my view with his back. I sighed before leaning against the cement wall, away from the doors.

Lightly glancing to my side, I saw the guy's troubles so I opened the door, "Uh, thank you for opening the door!" He blurted out while showing me a bright smile.

I nodded at his statement, "Jinhae?" I said, looking a little bit at her sleeping face. "How did you know it was her?.." he furrowed his eyerows as he took a few steps back, getting over-protective.

"I know her." I showed him my smile. "You're going to her apartment right?" I glanced at her bag that was slang around his shoulders.

"It's on the seventh floor. Let me help you." I quickly added before taking Jinhae from his arms and into mine before turning around and walking off.

I felt him grab me by my shoulder and harshly turning me around, "Who are you and how do you know these facts?" He narrowed his eyes at me.

"Just remember me by the name, 'V'. And I know because I know." I showed my signature boxy smile.

I skipped my way to the elevators. Looking at the 'up' button, I quickly thought of a way to press it without having too much troubles. I aimed my head at the button before trying to press it with my head.

As I was about to hit the right spot, the guy shoved my head away before pressing it himself.

Rude.

We went in the cold and empty elevator. Damn AC.

I cursed at the AC for bringing out such cold air. Then my mind lingered off, how does AC's work? Do they have magic or something? Like, you need power and magic and cold air will pop out of nowhere? But, electricity has heat..

I shook my head before looking at the guy. He had features that could kill girls. Yeah- don't ask me how I knew that, I have my ways. Who am I even talking to? I have a dimensional mind indeed. He was staring at Jinhae's face. Totally not creepy.

I shifted my view at the ceiling, the shiny mirror always blinding me. (Are mirrors even shiny?) I looked at my reflection, I could be one of the most biased idol in the kpop industry. I grinned at the thought. I only need to finish a few more months of my training as a trainee in BigHit.

Hearing the familiar 'ding!' of the elevator ruining my thoughts, we both headed out the elevator as we headed off at the right side, totally not looking at the signs because right is always right.

As we were walking, "721" He said out loudly as I stroll along the hallways. "721?" I stopped my strolling. "Yeah?" He tilted his head, his face asking 'so what if it's 721?'.

"This hallway is for rooms 700 to 720.." I pointed out, dragging out the last syllable.

"So it means we'll go.. all the way over there to get to the place again?" He looked at the opposite direction as he sat down on the floor, glancing at the dead-end wall behind us.

"Hey! Why are you so tired when I was the one who was carrying Jinhae!" I exclaimed as fixed her in my arms as she was slipping off.

"Well, you were the one who took her from me." He shrugged as he stood up before walking off without me.

"HEY" I shouted before jogging to catch up to him.

I heard him say something under his breathe that I think was meant for me.

"What was that?" I tilted my head.

"Oh, nothing." He gave a closed-eye smile.

I only nodded as I thought I was hallucinating.

[]

"So this is her room?" I asked as I looked at the metal plate on the wall next to the door, 721.

He too, looked at it as he nodded, "Seems like it." He then digged through her bag. Bringing out the keys, he looked at it.

"Yeah, good luck to you." I grin as I slowly sat down, careful that I won't harm Jinhae or something.

"Yah! Help me here!" He complains, shaking the bunch of what seems like, a million of keys infront of my face.

"This is what, my friend, is called karma." I smirked as I put my hands behind my head. I closed my eyes as I hear him say incoherent words under his breath making me let out a small chuckle.

(This scene reminded me of this clip from SEVENTEEN. If you want to watch a small clip, its up there ^^ )

"Dang it, just open beech." He harshly and forcefully turn the last key into the keyhole. He was kneeling on the floor from standing up for too long.

I watched his dismay with a bored face as I let out a yawn. He kept turning and turning the poor key before such miracle happened before our eyes.

We heard the 'click' from the door. He looked at me with widened eyes, "WOOHH" He celebrated as he quickly stood up as he jumped up and down, hands in the air while he threw the keys on the floor. "YEAH- SCREW YOU KEYS!" He grinned.

I also stood up, feeling my arms turn numb from carrying Jinhae for around an hour now. "WOOOHH~" I let out a laugh. Also, thanking the owner of the apartments to have the walls soundproof so they won't hear our victory screeches.

He picked up the bag and the keys before opening the door to her apartment.

He went in first so I closed the door with my back. I looked around her apartment.

Cozy and simple.

Just like any of the other apartment rooms and just like mine. It's really cozy and simple. Different and various designs that brings out the uniqueness of every apartment rooms. People get to customize the designs of their room as long as nothing goes over-budget. Pretty cool if I do say so myself, I thought, mentally chuckling a little.

Her apartment lay-out looks exactly like mine to be honest, just different furnitures and such.

"I'm not familiar with this lay-out. My apartment is smaller," He stated, looking around being amazed at how awesome it looked, you know, acting like as if you're going to move into here any second. "But I'm about to move out soon." He added, looking at me with a slight smile.

"Really?" I asked, eyebrows furrowing. Why would he though? This place is really affordable and really comfy if I do say so myself.

"I'm on my way in becoming of what I dreamt of." He chuckles a little, acting like a little kid who got what he wanted for awhile.

I looked at him in awe. "Good for you, I still have a long way." I stated, looking slightly dissapointed.

"Hey, bud! You'll reach it! Don't worry!" He cheered me up in an instant with that bright smile of his.

I only smiled at him in reply before bringing Jinhae with him to her room. He helped me tuck her in her sheets as we both wished her sweet dreams.

Feeling tired all of a sudden, I sat at the small bean bag that was located near the bed, "I'll stay for a bit.". The other guy nodded in agreement then sat at the carpeted floor.

"Floor?"
"Yeah, floor."
"Name?"
"Sorry, Hope."
"Ah, Hope?"
"A nickname."
"Hm."

We both communicated in short sentences but seemed to understand each other. It's not like we could form sentences in this state.
