Wanted
What is the definition of wanted?
Want: Have a desire to possess or do.
Ex.: I want an apple. I want to go to the beach.
So what is the point of feeling wanted?
Tell me, I'd really like to know.
Because after three years, I've not felt wanted once, except for the one time I had to save a friends life.
So...
What is the big deal?
I'm not wanted, nor do I really want to be.
Ya know, people make a point when they said the want to be wanted, they want to have a need.
But...why?
I'm needed all the time for ordinary tasks.
I'm wanted then, right?
The thing is, we create bonds with an expectation on how much we need to be wanted.
Those bonds aren't so easily broken.
You have to realize, you aren't always going to be wanted.
I'm never wanted by my classmates, who are so oblivious and immature that they are blinded from their morals. My morals are steady.
But then again, I'm not morally ambiguous like most of my classmates.
So why do I stand out among the others?
I really don't know.
I'm morally the best person to talk to with a problem standing in front of them.
But why?
So yet, as I am never wanted, I am always wanted.
There are two kinds of wanteds.
One, that's everlasting. It is always there no matter what.
Two, that gives you fake happiness. It's always blunt, and right in front of your eyes so you are blind to the world.
So tell me. Which one do you want?
Because being wanted isn't defined by what others think of you. It's what you think of yourself.
So if you have that expectation, please lower it.
That expectation is only going to hurt you.
