Yes, is was infatuation, but infatuation just ends into deviation.
It is a short lived love.
I say short because it is only a "kind of"
Till it is over.
They separate not daring to look over their shoulder.
Then you reach this bolder,
That you cannot make budge.
Wallowing turns into a grudge
against life.
Wondering if you got it right.
But what now?
Do you sleep till the the evening shows its depression.
You think you have learned your lesson.
The lesson says that it is not worth trying again.
That you have your heart to defend.
Now you confirm it, that you do not deserve it, it is not worth it!
That you're not worth it...
But that is wrong,
Because the most haunted hours are the ones you must stay strong.
To overcome them is how you move on.
It was all just infatuation anyways.
Even if it was more than that, it is a new day.
And remember...it is okay to be sad.
