Denise: It-- the
Daryl: What?
Denise: Forget it.
(gears grinding)
Daryl: No, what?
Denise: I think maybe you're disengaging it too soon. I've been driving stick since I was 15, usually beat-up trucks like this. I mean, before-- you know, before I left home. My brother taught me, so I just know.
(gears grinding)
Alice: Daryl
Daryl: Yep. Stay here.
Alice: I got it.
(walker growling)
Denise: This happened fast. Tree rotted out. It wasn't people.
(growling stops)
Alice: Come on, it's clear.
Daryl: What'd you find?
Denise: Bottles of booze any takers?
Daryl: No, thanks.
Denise: For later.
Alice: I'm not bringing these to the pantry I'm good.
Denise: They were kind of my parent's thing. Which is why they aren't mine.
Daryl: That truck ain't gonna make it past this tree Come on, let's walk.
They walked until they saw some train tracks
Denise: Hold up Looks like a straight shot if we follow the tracks.
Daryl: No. No tracks. We'll take the road.
Alice: That's twice as far.
Daryl: Go whichever way you like. I ain't taking no tracks.
Denise: We should stick together.
Then Denise follows Daryl
