I watched as she walked around the corner and out of sigh laughing menacingly cadling my pretty much broken hand.

Yeah like she scares me.

'she does scare you' my wolf said smugly but I can still feel he's in pain and angry by what Violet just said. I thought I sensed fear from him but tha'll be impossible.

'no she doesn't.' I growled at him.

'then why are you still shaking?' 

I'm confused, I looked down and sure enough my hands were shaking one of them healing. I immidiatly stopped shaking, I'm supposed to be an alpha and I got scared by a pathetic girl.

'we both know its not true, she's changed' my wolf whimpered.

I know but I would never admit it. 'you know I'm in your mind right' my wolf muttered.

I just ignored him.

ever since Violet came back I didn't really know what to feel.

Happy my mate has returned. yeah I kind of regretted my decision, you would too if you were bound to her sister. I also knew she would be more submitive but that went out the window.

angry for what she's done years ago before she left. I mean she slept with three guys pretty much right after the rejection just to cause me pain.

lust, you got to admit  she has a nice body that feeling is inevetable.

disgust? I mean she's a slut she even has a new boy toy hanging around her.

Derek, who does he think he is touching what's mine........as my wolf said.

'riigghtt' he rolled his eyes.

Violet has changed yeah, I've noticed its hard not to. How many people do you see with emotionless blank eyes, sure she always has a blank face with occasional scowls and smirks yeah her smirks bring chills down my back.

oh right, peoples eyes are the window to their soul sure they could be blank and guarded but hers look like a void not any sign of emotions well except when she was speaking to me.

I shivered thinking about it her eyes held hate, anger, disgust and that was the first time she showed any emotion since she came here. her voice was that was blank and emotionless was hinted with hate anger disgust it was so chilling and it was all directed at my pack and-

'stop it' my wolf whimpered.

I snapped out of it and noticed that my hands were shaking once again and my hand finally healed.

How did she hurt me? she was strong too strong. she doesn't have a wolf how can she be that strong probably stronger than me.

does it have something to do with how both packs were able to speak in one mind link? we didn't even create a bond yet. Why were Violet and Alayna the only two in front as if they were leading the meeting.

'those are all good thoughts but you're hurting my head' my wolf groaned.

'you mean our head' he was about to answer but I blocked him out before he could.

I walked outside to see the packs mingling althought it seemed hat the Light and Dark moon pack were tense around the Tritan pack. no surprise there.

I walked towards my group my looking around until my eyes landed on Violet. She looked beautiful tonight too bad she was a whore I could see Derek behind her touching her. He seems to be attached to her like a leech.

as if sensing my gaze Violet made eyecontact with me and smirked an evil smirk that didn't seem to reach her eyes or the rest of her expression for they were a void of nothingless once again, that made it much more chilling. I looked away shivering.

"hey baby" a pitchy voice purred as I approached my group. Paige.

"hey" I sat down next to her but she had other plans, she sat on me straddling my lap and kissed me full on. trying to hide my disgust I just went with it.

"hey its almost time for the bonding" Luke told me thankfully seperating us.

"alright" I got up ignoring Paige's whining.  that girl can be so clingy.

anyway this bondfire was also part of the bonding ceromony where the allied packs create a temporary bond and members get to know each other better. after the ceromony the real party begins.

I walked up to then stage to see alpha Jake, his mate and alpha alpha Damon and his mate  along with the others come up. Violet too?

'she's the beta duffus' my wolf rolled his eyes. right still got to get my head wrapped around that. never know maby she slept with the alpha or beta to even get that position.

why is that Derek guy following her? last I check he didn't have a ranking 'and he's holding on to my mate' my wolf growled.

I just ignored him and took my place on stage along with the dark and Light moon pack. I clapped my hands getting all three packs attention.

"First of all I would like to welcome the Light Moon pack and the Dark Moon pack into our territory" I began.

"As you know a new threat is arrising and every pack around the world have been allied in the expance of the Oceanic pack" I continued.

"I hope that we can all get along, respect and protect each other as we face this threat." I swear I heard a couple of scoffs at that but I ignored them and went on.

"Anything you would like to add?" I asked the two alphas behind me.

"nope you've said everything that was needed to be said" Alpha Jake muttered.

"alright then let the ceromony commmence" as I said that Luke brought a glass bowl and placed it on a small table that was put in the middle of the stage.

We all surrounded it and I took out my knife. I cut my palm and let my blood drip into the bowl before it healed passing the knife around, all Alpha's beta's and Delta's cut their palms and let their blood drip into the bowl while their mates watched.

I must say Violet's blood smells just like her scent, roses but stronger, why am I thinking about this again?

'you love her' my wolf stated. as if.

I got my attention back towards the ceremony.

"with all our blood united, Alpha, Beta and Delta, we wish to create a temporary bond between our packs" we all recited.

soon the blood evaporated and I could feel the bond forming. Pack members thoughts entered my mind before I blocked them out, but I could have sworn someone said too bad I didn't die of bloodlost.

I'm imagining things, unless the thought was from Violet.

"well now that thats finished mingle and-"

"partey!"Jake's third in command cut alpha Damon off. Damon glared while Josh shrugged.

We all went our seperate ways the party in full swing.

"I dont get why I couldn't go up there with you babe" Paige complained as I sat back down. 'because you're not our real luna you shank' my wolf said in disgust as she hugged me.

"I mean I wear your mark dont I" She pouted showing a mark on the shoulder, my mark. 'regretting it now?' my wolf taunted.

'no now shut up.' I growled at him blocking him out. geez my wolf is being so annoying its driving me nuts.

"I hope you suffer with the guild thats eating at you and I hope you suffer with your wolf heartbroken and going insane because I will never forgive you or become your mate."  I recalled Violet's words. I shuddered thinking about it.

"hey you alright?" Luke asked snapping me out of my thoughts.

"uumm yeah" I looked at him but he wasn't looking at me, I turned looked in the direction he was looking at to see Violet.

"she's changed hasn't she?" he asked still staring at Violet who looked like she was listennig to what one of her friends was saying.

I couldn't tell her face was blank but I think I saw a hint of smile her eyes still a void. I shivered, oh she changed alright she's threatenning this whole pack for revenge and all.

"yeah" I answered him still staring I couldn't keep my eyes of of her.

Suddenly Alayna came behind her and hit her on the back of her head before she started speaking. It looks like she was lecturing her and soon enough Violet's face broke into a smile that didn't seem to reach her void eyes but you got to admit it looked realistic.

Alayna smiled in victory before telling her something and dragged her mate to the dance floor.

I dont get those two, I cant help but think they look alike, similar eyes and face different hair like twins but that could just be a coincidence, The Robinson's never had another kid. anyway, not only that but they wear similar dress and at their 'meeting' the two of them were in front of the crowd. oh this is so confiusing.

I wonder how Violet even met them. sure were all in the same state but the Dark Moon pack is pretty far from the Tritan's pack and Violet doesn't have a wolf and she was weak.

"do you regret it?"

"huh" I tore my gaze from violet to Luke.

"do you ever regret it, treating her like that, rejecting her?" he said with sadness in his eyes. Luke regretted what he did to Violet years ago even if he doesn't show it, that was until I knocked some sense into him but he still feels the guilt once in while.

I do too until I remember she slept with three guys after the rejection to cause me pain.

"no, she deserved every bit of it with what she did." I said harshly remembering the pain, it was excruciating. my wolf whimpered at the memory.

"can we stop talking about that low life" Paige said in disgust "she disrespected me when she came back here" she whined.

I just sighed and turned back to where Violet was. I saw her holding a red cup twirling it around and taking a sip once in a while. looks like she drinks now.

I looked around and saw none of her friends were with her, she was just lounging on her chair face blank looking around.

She met my gaze before she looked away and towards two people coming towards her. a girl and a guy, I think that guy is in my pack. I watched curiously as they walked up to her, the girl clearly nervous.

she exchanged a couple of words with Violet  before they both turned towards the guy. Violet narrowed her eyes and said something to the guy making him pale. I wish I could hear their conversation but with this noise its impossible to distinguish it.

Violet said something to the girl and shooed her and the guy making the girl grabbed he guy dragging him to the dancefloor looking happy and relieved?

and thats how the night went everytime I glanced at Violet I either see her speaking to two people one from my pack and the other from the Light or Dark moon pack, before they walk away happy and relieved.

It was then when I saw the effection they were showing each other that they were mates. Why were they going to her thought? oh well, other times Derek was with her talking and laughing even touching her.

'jalous' My wolf teased, 'no' I snapped at him. or she was with her friends.

I was about to look away when I saw Paige and her 'friends' going up towards her.

Violet

I approved of another pair of mates. curse Alayna for making me take care of it for both our packs.

"I'm not the one who needs to know who's mate is who so she won't kill them" her words not mine I dont trust them.......or like them.

I sighed as Derek massaged my shoulders, he's been doing that alot since I came to the bond fire. He refuses to have fun or drink because and I quote "I dont want to not be able to stop you when you lash out because I'm drunk you just have fun" and drink I did but its hard to get me drunk but I'll wake up with a headache nonetherless.

He's been giving me massagess since I was so stiff and annoyed, I needed to calm down especially after my little talk with Trent.

I was just spacing out twirling my drink in my cup that Derek refilled for me as I finished approving another pair of mates. there has to like ten mates from the Tritan pack.

I sighed trying to relax. "I give up trying to relax you " Derek sighed exaggerating. we both know he was doing that to rill Trent up also.

he sat by me taking my drink. "hey-"

"why are you even back here?" a squeeky voice came. I turned around to see Paige and her crew in front of me. oh great.

"oh trust me I didn't even want to come back here" I sighed.

"no surprise, you're still the same patethic and useless girl. you have nothing to come back here for" She snorted.

I was about to answer when she just continued and by now we had an audience.

"I mean our parents dont want you here, Luke doesn't I defenitely dont, not even your mate wants you here or even wants you" she smirked. 'oh the mate part was a low blow and the biggest mistake of her life' my wolf growled coming to the surface.

I closed my eyes not wanting anyone to see it turning red. 'calm down we dont want them knowing about us do we, I'll handle this' I told her.

'fine but we are torturing someone today' she grumbled 'deal' I agreed and felt her return back into my mind.

 "whats wrong? truth hurts" I heard PAige ask in a bittersweet voice.

I opened my eyes knowing their back to normal.

"no not really" I shrugged. I would smirk at her confused face but I'm not exactly in a good mood.

"I mean, I could care less about my so call mother and father" especially since they aren't my mother and father. I would say that but they would just ask questions and find out about me and my pack sooner. "actually I dont remember having a mother and father" I shrugged again.

"you ungtrateful brat after everything we've done for you" I heard my 'mother's voice screech out.

"oh the beatings, the insults, starving me, yup you've done so much" I said sarcastically.

"dont you speak to your mother like that" My 'father' growled out. how did they get in this conversation anyway?

"I can talk to anyone however I want if they speak to me the same way so shut it old man" I rolled my eyes at him.

"why you-" he started shaking close to shifting. wow talk about bad temper.

"stand down" Damon growled at him.

"you do not order my pack members without my consent" Trent growled out.

great another argument.

cant wait to see how this night will end.
