Chapter Four: Replacing The Ditcher
"You got suspended?!"
The older Walker brother heard that from outside the house. It sparked his curiosity, which is why he sped up the pace. His hand was on the knob as he opened the door. What he didn't realize what that he was witnessing his little brother being dealt with. He hung up his jacket and joined the two.
"Hey, what's going on?" Mark asked.
His mom turned around, anger plastered on her face.
"Oh nothing. It's just your brother got into a fight when first period didn't even start and now he's suspended." Grace explained.
"What?" Mark questioned surprised.
Ryan glanced at him before looking back at Grace.
"I don't know what the big deal is. Tedd got what was coming to him and I'm in trouble for it?" He inquired.
Grace crossed her arms.
"You threw the first punch. Everybody saw it. You have to take responsibility for that." She told him.
"What so I'm still in trouble for helping my friends and standing up for myself?" Ryan asked.
Grace sighed.
"Ryan, you're in trouble for starting the fight. The punishment was unfair considering your principal put you on the backburner but, you still have to deal with the consequences." She responded.
Her son sighed, not wanting to press anything further. No matter how upset he got, he would never intentionally go too far with his mom. It wouldn't be right and he knew better.
"Fine, whatever. I'm guessing I'm grounded now. I'll be upstairs if you need me." Ryan stated, calming down a bit.
He didn't give his mother a chance to respond as he ran up to his room. The sound of his room door being shut was present. The former jock looked at his mom. She turned around sighed once more. She faced her other kid.
"I'll go talk to him." Mark told her.
Grace nodded. The sixteen year old went up the stairs. She watched him go. Her concern for her youngest son grew. Was he upset about something else? Was he hurting? Why did he fight someone? She wanted to ask her child this so bad, but knew better than to just overload him with questions. Teens don't necessarily do well with being pressured to do or say anything. Whatever it was, she hoped that this was it and that he was okay.

Picking up Grey was a risk. They were going to head to the new robot, but for obvious reasons, she couldn't just join them. Feeling a bit naughty, Leo dropped off the former principal somewhere far away from Bay City. His snow mobile could fly, which made escaping the cold depths of the Arctic much easier. And when Leo "dropped her off", he literally did. Pissed that his brother almost died due to her, the former jock did the honors. He pushed the target out of the machine forcefully. A smirk followed right after that before the team flew away.
After getting up and looking around, the blonde haired traitor took out her cell. She called some people she knew. Not everyone that contributed to total world dominance was from Harper. Some of them actually betrayed him to go with the woman. How wonderful, right? It took a while before someone picked up.
"Grey?" Sebastian asked.
The former principal smiled.
"I need a lift. I'll send you the coordinates." Grey answered.
"Where's Tragear?" Sebastian inquired.
Grey shook her head.
"Don't worry about him. He's no good to me anymore. He's a traitor. Besides, I have a better plan." She told him.
"Alright, I'll get the guys and tell them to go and get you." Sebastian replied.
"Good and hurry. All these bugs are attracted to me." Grey complained a bit.
Sebastian chuckled. The former principal hung up on him.
"With someone like Tragear on the move, I can't do what I want. " Grey spoke to herself.
She looked back at her phone. There was a dot beeping continuously. A smile formed on the woman's face.
"Your not so easy to beat, but you are easy to track." Grey said.
A dotted line was being controlled by the dot. It kept moving forward, picking up speed every few seconds.
"Your not escaping me Tragear. Remember what I said." Grey threatened.
