Let's Start This Off Right
What better way is there to kick off my new random book than with some music spam?
Rhetorical question. There is none.
Brainchild of jcdwriter, this tag consists of listing ~ 20 songs you own/listen to, and explaining why.
Welcome to my weird world of music habits.
In no particular order.
1. I first listened to this in the midst of an absolutely debilitating bout of flu in May 2018. I had just posted a chapter of The War two days before and all the enthusiastic comments were brightening my headache-overshadowed day. Mordred was sick, too, and I felt a funny kinship with him because we were both feverish and miserable. And the song was pretty and relaxing, and actually took my mind off the headache for a while.
All those things come back to me whenever I hear this song.
And no. It's not a song with words. But it counts because I wrote all that out and I'm not going to just delete it (I did enough of that with SAS last week)

2. Les Mis. Do I really have to say anything else? (I like to listen to the movie version too, but the accompaniment in this one soothes my brain when I feel a primal urge for metallic vibes)

3. Gwyn/CelticWarriorQueen17 had this as a chapter header and I listened and fell in love and there was no turning back. No, I haven't read/watched THG.

5. I listen to this song for the section in the middle that goes "Eyes that fire and sword have seen, and horror in the halls of stone" because it makes me think of Berethar and my heart shatters into a million pieces every time. That is practically the only reason by this point.
