You and Naruto ran towards the bridge leaping from tree to tree. Naruto looked from the tree branch he came off of to your determined calm face.

He didn't seem to understand why. Why you were so calm and never as boisterous or afraid as he was during a battle? You always had a calm facade and Naruto found himself feeling...jealous or even dare he say it...envious towards you and sasuke both.

You both were just so fearless in battle. Especially, the first one. Where he had cowered in a corner after witnessing the supposed death of his sensei. You and Sasuke had faced those bandits as if it was a normal everyday thing.

Naruto mentally sighed and glanced back at you 'I'll prove to (y/n)-Chan that I'm better then Sasuke in everyway. I won't lose her heart to that teme!' Naruto thought with a smirk coming on to his face.

Soon, Naruto and you came to a halt as you neared the battlefield. "So, Kakashi was right." You began looking over towards the area kakashi-sensei was "Zabuza momoichi is still alive".

Naruto looked off towards the fight between his sensei and a black clothed figure. He only smirked and looked back towards you.

You raised a brow at his weird behavior "what?" You asked before Naruto grabbed your wrist.

He jumped down towards the battlefield and you gasped as he rushed down meeting the ground "n-naruto! Wait!" You yelled but, you were to late as his feet met the ground the dust clouding the area.

You heard Sakura gasp and metal clash with metal faintly before the metal came to a screeching halt. You noticed a huge dome towards the side which was covered in...glass?

That's when Naruto started his speech "The day has been saved yet again by Naruto Uzumaki! Now! I'm gonna kill every last one of you losers!"

Everyone sweatdropped and shook their heads before Zabuza mumbled "the stupid little bastard is gonna get himself killed".

That's when Naruto had the brilliant idea once he saw his teammate Sasuke uchiha trapped inside a ice dome. His first reaction was to grab your wrist making you raise a brow before being yanked with him into the ice dome trapping all of you.

Sasuke and You looked back at Naruto as if he was insane or just plain idiotic. Naruto just gave his shit eating grin and said "I'm here to save you Sasuke"

Sasuke sweatdropped and then yelled "you idiot!" Making Naruto frown and a look annoyed "why didn't u just attack him from the outside?! Now were all trapped!"he yelled.

Naruto squinted and had a tight frown "I'm here to save your ass sasuke." He mumbled. You stood off to the side memorizing the craftsmanship of the ice. "Nice structure. A blockade. Formidable" you mumbled looking around at your prison mentioned for now.

That's when sasuke just gave a small smile "oh fuck it. Your here now. Might as well make the most of it." He got up off his knees and Naruto smiled jumping up "that's the spirit! We can beat this guy!"

Sasuke and Naruto looked at you as they saw you shuffling into your side pouch. You took out a scroll and the two boys looked at each other before sasuke said "(Y/n)?"

"Hmm" you answered biting your thumb as you extended your scroll revealing ancient writings.

Sasuke and Naruto paused seeing the inscription and you giggled making them blush for staring "I think I know a weapon that can help us" you state as you swipe your blood across the paper.

It poof and you reach into the puff of smoke tearing out a huge object twice your size. You twirl it by the handle before grunting alittle as you slam the tip into the ground.

You sigh and turn to the gawking boys "this...is hiraikotsu" you state as you run a hand along the weapon smoothly.

Naruto pointed a shaky hand towards the weapon "i-its a boomerang!" He gaped.

You nodded with a chuckle "yep. It's a family heirloom. I never had an actual reason to use it until now".

Sasuke and Naruto watched as you ran a hand on the bone weapon gently with a gentle if not sad smile on your face. You all were then suddenly stunned from your peaceful silence hearing something whizz through the air.

You all spiked and jumped up to avoid the flying objects. Senbon. You were unable to dodge and were hit multiple times along with Naruto.

You looked ahead towards the first mirror you saw and inside was a male with a mask on his green kimono fit loosely around his frame.

His head tilted slightly towards you and you ignored it as you got up grabbing the handle of your weapon as Naruto got up as did sasuke.

Sasuke started his hand signs. Ones you recognized as his family jutsu.

Naruto grinned cockily as he did his hand signs effortlessly. His signature move.

Your eye's narrowed at the man in the mirror and you sneered at the thought of him hurting your friends. You pulled on the weapon dragging it off the ground.

The real battle begins...
