Tests were done and (FN) walked out of the last classroom at the final bell to meet someone at what was now low-key the usual spot. (FN) sat on the bench and waited for Miku to show up. When she finally saw him, her eyes just lite right up.

"Hey Babe." She smiled.

"Tea for two?" He raised up a can of green tea for her.

"Don't mind at all." She took the offering and cracked it open. "Even though we don't have long, what are you doing when you get home?" These conversations had to be quicker for her to make time to the limo. Since Ebata was keeping track.

"Assignments quick, help if you need it, shower, game time. What do you think?" He asked.

"Perfect. And that way I get my shower first." 

"Right. I got my own and my father has one connected to his bedroom. But I can imagine five girls sharing a bathroom is hard. One sink or two?"

"Two, still hard though. I've done it in the kitchen sink before." She giggled. "Mirror using my phone."

He chuckled. "Ouchy. Haha. So, how long before departure?"

"Well, probably should get going." She leaned over to give him a kiss. "Call me at six Valor."

"You got it Kiri. Six o'clock. Then we will see if we can raid after our daily stuff." He took a sip of tea and gave her another kiss. "Talk to you soon." He watched her walk away and off to the limo with her sisters. Knowing that the two of people she is close to are against them. Meanwhile the stepmother is bound to be gone and the father has stepped up into his and been better. It's funny how cute she is but doubt she knows it.

Miku was just getting into some pajamas and drying her hair. Sitting on the bed while her headphones were charging on the desk. It wasn't going to be long before her boyfriend call was due. As she used the towel to dry herself off and slowly get dressed she thought back on the conversation they all had when they all first got home.

"We can freely talk now. So what's happening with you and the guy?" Asked Nino.

"Homework, shower, we're gaming together tonight. Tomorrow might stay at the school. The day after that I have work. But it's going much better than you would think."

"So you're game partners?" Asked Yotsuba.

"That and I told you what happened with his step mother right? She's in a hotel until the court hearing. They're getting divorced."

"WHAT!?" They gasped.

"Yeah. Then after he kicked her out he picked up Valor and brought him to sushi for the night. That was the same night Father came to scream at me."

"So, does that mean you're invited over there?" Asked Itsuki.

"Well, that part is complicated. Yes but at the same time no. But his father is a good guy from what I hear. (FN)'s grandfather used to sound pretty mean from what I heard. But now, he turned it all around and things are looking up. (FN)'s Dad is a little distant because he's busy, but leaves the door open for him to help him on whatever path he wants to take."

"So do you know where he's going to school in a few months? Like, at all?" Asked Ichika.

"Ohhh. I don't. But," She seemed frazzled now. "I have to bring it up sometime."

Now Miku was in a t-shirt and some pajama bottoms before unplugging her headphones and logging onto the game. Then she called up (FN). 

"Hey Babe? You free?"

< You know it. Just putting on- uhhhh, I mean logging in right now and waiting for the home screen. You? >

"Checking my daily routine and where are we meeting?"

< The pub to talk to the guy at the counter. >

It know goes in game time. The two known as Valor and Raikiri in game are now at the pub. Talking to a man in a brown cloak drinking a beer. Minding his own business and keeping to himself.  

"Are you the guy they call Jamison?" Asked Valor.

The man lifted the hood of his cloak and turned around his barstool. "Who's asking?"

"Name's Valor. This is Raikiri. We want the job. I'm also sure you need all the help you can get. So what's it gonna be?"

He nodded. "If you're man enough. If she is willingly to do so. The beast is in the meadow pillars. Past that place you'll find a cottage right outside of Norr where I man will give payment. Collect it before he skips town. Everyone is fine with free services. And rich guys are cheap as well. It's called taxes."

"Anything else? Or are you the rich man undercover?" Valor glared at him. 

"I grew the beard." He winked at him. "Tell you what? Ask the barman for Jamo and you will find out more when you return." The man left his mug of beer half full at the bar and got up from his stool. Putting his hood up and walking out. 

"Think there is more to it? Or is it a red herring?" Asked Raikiri.

"I don't know Kiri. You got teleport crystals?" Valor asked her. 

"I do. What do you have in mind?" She asked.

"I'll go into town and you come back here after we're done. We collect for two and worst case we collect half. Sound good? Because he is so hard to read."

"Think it's collect one of the other?" She proposed.

"Could be. I think we both go to one reach and then share. But that's just me. What are you on board with?"

"Let's beat the beast and you head out there? Then after we collect we can meet at the guild and go from there. Hopefully not too late at night." Kiri was itching for time, but some of these raids can be long. Some aren't worth it. 

The two of them were checking their stock. Potions of different kinds, food, weapons examined, and were both set. They looked at each other and nodded as they were heading over towards the beast. This was going to be a first for both of them. Gaming together as partners at the guild to IRL boyfriend and girlfriend. As they walked to the wide open plains, they could see the pillars that everyone wondered how they got there in the first place. The game characters said it was created by the Gods. 

When everyone was getting ready to suit up and go for it they noticed a cyclopes in the middle of the pillars. But there was something weird about it. Something level 50 and it was a boss raid? Something wasn't right. The green being's head could be seen over the pillars. It roared and the start time began. Players were being allowed to enter what was going to be the battle area. Though as everyone felt confident that this was going to be a cakewalk, there was something they weren't in for. 

"No way..." Gasped another player.

"Dude, how!?" Cried another.

That beast was covered in armor from the neck down to his feet. That fact that someone, something made this beast shoes. Heck, a whole suit of armor. Level or 50 or near 100 this was not going to be an easy task. The armor was going to make this a field day for them. Good against physical attacks and just enough magic defense to him annoying. 

A girl drew her bow and shot at the targets chest. All everyone could hear was a ding. Similar to a baseball hitting a metal pole. Everyone watched the arrow hit the beast and hit the ground. Damage points, 24. Remaining HP, 49,976.

Kiri stepped up. Trying a magic arrow with a purple tip. This was a signal that is was poisonous. Another ding as it bounced off the inner shoulder. Resist. 37 damage.

Valor shook his head. "Crap. How many arrows you got?"

"300. Ish."

"Going to be a long night." He had drawn his sword. "Wish me luck." Time to go get us some good payout and see what quest is related to this armored giant. This just seems sus.
