The light finally returned.

Vitor woke up to Kellyn cuddling him like a teddy bear. Soft murmured beeps filled the air before Vitor got the strength to touch his father's cheek. Kellyn's eyes gently opened before he paused.

"Vitor..." He ran a hand through the twin's hair, letting the small wolf-like ears that his hair hid twitch upon getting attention. "You definitely take after your mother."

"Do not..." Kellyn gave a soft smile as he continued to comb his hand through the male's hair.

"You do... look how clingy you are..." Vitor's eyes dimmed as he purred softly. Natalie's voice danced through the air.

"Morning..." They looked up to see the female twin near them. "Come on. Mom's awake. You guys were out for quite a while." Kellyn blinked as Vitor thought about it. "I know what you're thinking, Vitor. Yes. You two and Ma were admitted to the hospital. Since you guys sorta woke up this morning, they got you two ready for when you really woke up. Now come on."

They followed her, Vitor resting on Kellyn's back, to Lucille's room. The green haired female was gently running a hand through Pluto's hair as he caught her up the best he could. He was currently telling her of his battle against the 8th gym leader when they went in. Vitor smiled before he gently called out just as he was getting ready to shift from the first gym leader to the second.

"Then all of a sudden..." Pluto's train of thought stopped as Natalie snuck behind the small boy and she grasped his shoulders. "Boom! Fight #2 is in session." Pluto jumped a little bit before he smiled.

"You two!" They giggled as Vitor snuggled against Kellyn. "I thought you two were done doing that!"

"Never!" They chimed together before tiredness hit Vitor. Oh no... he wanted to talk to his mom. Lucille caught sight of the tiredness as she spoke in a gentle voice.

"Vitor... come here..." Kellyn got note of the words and helped Vitor over to her side. He snuggled against her hand as Natalie got him a chair. "My dear... it's ok.. We'll talk when you've rested..." Vitor purred his way to sleep.

When he woke up, he felt his mother running a hand through his hair. He yawned a little before she whispered softly.

"What did you do..."

"I don't know..." She giggled as he shoved his face into his crossed arms.

"Alright... come on... Let me help you... we're home." He blinked. He had been moved to his bed and didn't realize it. She helped him out to the living room where she had set up a small lab area. "There... now... let's get you back up..."

"Ma..." She paused as he leaned against her. "What did I miss..." She smiled as he blinked the sleep out of his eyes.

"Other than a lot of recovery... Urayne has been working on healing the family after what happened. Even though we tell it that it's not its fault, Urayne has still been willing to help heal the family. It's right now with Pluto doing something elsewhere." Vitor nodded as she gained his attention. "Now... let's get you back up. Come on..." Vitor smiled as he purred against her gentle hand.

The whole family pitched in to get Vitor back up since he was the one to react to the battle at the league and know what he was doing. Urayne was a big help when needing to go get things and help him test things. Lucille worked on getting a better kit to help him that wouldn't get affected like the other could've been and made sure to also focus on the other two factors as well. Natalie, Pluto and Theo were the main ones to go out and get supplies to help while Kellyn and Cameron stayed with the male twin. Kellyn was with him more than Cameron despite being busier. The two males were cuddling when Urayne went over.

"Kellyn..." The ranger looked up as the Nuclear Legendary placed down some food for Vitor. Kellyn then smiled.

"Thanks Urayne." Vitor shifted as the smell touched his nose. Urayne nodded before going to where Lucille was. Kellyn then shifted to give the small boy food. "There... much better..." Vitor purred as he was able to finish the food. A hum escaped his styler as he sighed. "I have to go... I'll be back, ok?" Vitor purred softly as he was wrapped in a blanket and a kiss touched his nose. After Kellyn left, Urayne went over.

"Vitor... Ma is almost done with the new kit." Vitor smiled at Urayne.

"Ok..." He then trembled before Urayne gently rubbed his back. That's when Lucille walked in.

"Vitor... are you ready?"

The male twin nodded as Urayne helped him sit up and she got beside him. Urayne was a big help when it came to getting the kit on. It fit like a little coat, but wouldn't help much with the cold. He trembled a little as everything was put into place. She paused as she whispered into his ear.

"Do you want your sister here?" He didn't give much of an answer before she sighed. "Ok... here we go..."

She gently turned the machine on before he shuddered. It took a few minutes before he was slowly getting to his feet, less shaking and more strength. He then smiled.

"I..." Urayne stayed at his side as he swayed a little before the smile got bigger. "The numbness is gone..." Lucille smiled as she stood up and took his hands.

"Everything's working?" He nodded as the tiredness faded and eagerness crossed his face. "That's great! It works!" She pressed their foreheads together before she grinned at Urayne. "Perfect idea, Urayne." It gave a happy sound as she glanced at her son. "Why don't you go upstairs, change, and then go surprise your father and sister?" He nodded as he went upstairs.

A little later, she had finished showing him how to use the device that was connected to the machine on him. He smiled as he attached it to his arm brace, the one he had used for many things. He then glanced at his mom.

"Thanks Ma! I best go catch up to the others!" She smiled as she petted his head, letting his hidden ears get some attention. He instantly leaned into the touch as she giggled.

"You are definitely my child. Now go get them." He nodded before he ran out the door. Urayne purred at that as she smiled. "I'll make sure to teach you how to take care of those kids. Ok?" It nodded at that.

He tackled Natalie when he found her. She was alone with no one to find her, so he made his move worth it. He jumped on her, gaining a yelp of surprise before he purred against her neck. Her noise changed instantly as she bit her lip.

"Vitor..." He smiled as he gently nibbled at the skin of her neck, making her squirm a little.

"I missed you sis..."

She trembled as she reached back and rubbed a hidden ear. His tough act dropped as he rested his head on her shoulder and simply purred. She smiled before she adjusted them to where he was resting in her arms and she was petting him.

"I missed you too... but not right now." He whined a little as she helped him up. "C'mon... let's go show Papa your recovery." He nodded before seeing tears stains. He couldn't exactly ask what had happened as she pulled him away from their spot.

Kellyn was amazed once they met eyes.

Their father was struggling to complete a mission to protect Bealbeach from Larkspur's attack with Nuclear pokemon when the twins raged in. They only needed three pokemon to clear the area, so they practically synced the whole fight.

"Dunseraph, Sky Fall! Geigroach, Bug Bite! Electruxo, Thunder!"

The three attacks rammed into the army that Larkspur brought before the twins saw joy cross the Ranger's face. They grinned before Natalie raced forward and slammed her foot into Larkspur's side.

"That is for what you did before-" She then threw him into the ground. "And that's for attacking my father." Vitor led the pokemon through the rest of the battle while his twin kicked Larkspur's butt out of the region. When they cleaned up, they ran over to Kellyn, who was frozen.

"Guys..." Vitor hugged him as the tears raced down his face. "Thank you..." Natalie smiled.

"Just helping our amazing father!" He smiled a little as he pulled away from Vitor.

"So... who wants hot chocolate?" The twins paused at the name. Kellyn smiled as they exchanged excited looks. "Then... the last one to the TRU has to make it for the family." Kellyn bolted as the twins winced.

"NO FAIR!" They charged after him, not ready to lose.

After all was said and done, the family grouped back up together. Cameron and Theo, since they were practically family, joined them as Urayne petted the twins, getting joint purrs. Lucille smiled.

"It's great to be back together." Kellyn nodded as Urayne gave a happy noise. Pluto placed down food for everyone before grinning.

"Time to eat!" They all giggled at his energy before he sat down next to Theo and giggled. Vitor smiled at his brother.

It was great to be back together once more.
