Thanks to the twins getting back together, Ella was hardly a problem.

"Fire!"

Their teams, after getting a chance to work on them, crashed through Ella's pathetic team and grunts. Natalie smiled as Vitor twitched a little. She had noticed he was doing that a lot... she went over and placed a hand on his shoulder as he paused.

"What's wrong?" He blinked before silently tilting his head. "You've been twitching a lot." He hummed.

"I guess... I'm not sure... some others have noticed that as well..." He twitched again before sighing. "I'll... figure it out..." She hummed as they went in the direction of their brother and friend.

Vitor actually passed out before they reached Venesi City. Natalie panicked when he went down and was at his side instantly.

"Vitor!?"

He let a soft groan out as he unconsciously rested against her. She bit her lip. Carrying him was anything but the problem. He was way lighter than her and she was a hell of a lot stronger than him. What made her pause was an attack. If an attack hits them... she wasn't sure how she would defend them. Vitor let out another soft noise as he snuggled up to her arm. She sighed as she picked him up and continued.

Kellyn was the savior of them. They were attacked just outside the city and Natalie panicked. Vitor gave no response as she tried to pull a plan together.

That's when Kellyn swooped in.

He had his partner, Empirilla, quickly deal with the attackers while he got to their side. He pulled the twins into a hug as the attackers to their chances and ran. Natalie trembled as Kellyn gulped.

"Are you two ok?" She couldn't answer as tears formed and coated her face. He pulled away to look at her before his thumb wiped away a tear that had started making its way down. "Shh shh shh... I'm here, darling... I'll keep you safe..." She trembled before having to free her hands and pulled the ranger into a tight hug. He paused for a moment before he returned it. "Nat..." Vitor made a soft noise as Natalie finally spoke.

"Thank you..." The father paused. Natalie was never emotional. Hell, Vitor had cried more than even Pluto did in the past. So this was a first.

"It's ok... I'm here..." She trembled before pulling back and wiping her face. Kellyn picked Vitor up as he winced a little.

"Ok..." He smiled as he stood up and she joined him.

"Better?"

"Yeah..."

"What's wrong with Vitor?"

"Not sure..." She glanced at her twin, who limply laid in his father's arms. "He had been tense for a while and collapsed a little while ago." Kellyn frowned.

"I can sense a lot on him... what has he gone through?" Vitor trembled as they went to the center. He was laid down as Pluto and Theo ran over.

"Is he ok?" Natalie shrugged as Vitor gave a little murmur. Kellyn sighed.

"Keep an eye on him. I gotta..." He couldn't finish as he disappeared. Natalie sighed at that.

Vitor sorta woke up after. He was very sluggish and couldn't keep himself together. He actually brought out his kit to do tests. Natalie helped him out with the shakiness he was dealing with.

"Are you sure about this?" He nodded as he gently put the stuff in something and paused as it hummed.

"Hopefully this'll work..." He gripped his head and twitched a little. Natalie rested his head on her shoulder as he relaxed, listening to the small machine murmur soft beeps.

Natalie had to wake her dear twin to the results. And just his expression said it all.

"What's it say?" Her bad understanding of his coded stuff made her sound stupid. His eyes glanced at her before he sighed.

"Three things have been sucking at my system. The radiation from my small visit has been at 20%. It can't trace the other two as they are hiding under that." She hummed.

"Wanna rest here while I look around town? Maybe you'll get more with the silence." He hummed as she went out.

"Fuck you, Larkspur!"

She hissed as she glared at the 'professor' that was walking away. Apparently Mr. 'I worked with you mom' was also not a very nice person and upon learning she was Lucille's daughter, he was somehow able to cage her. Of course, he was also able to make sure she couldn't escape. She let a weaker hiss out this time before collapsing on the ground. She had nothing left and was already too tired to keep going. Whatever that man, Larkspur, used was powerful. She yawned before feeling her phone buzz. That took the rest of her strength to look at it. Vitor. She answered with a huff.

"Hey beautiful."

"Where are you?!" It actually surprised her to hear her twin panic.

"Lil' occupied..."

"You've been gone for a few hours! And the boys haven't seen you at all when they looked around!" Oh yeah... this started just after noon. Her eyes drooped a little as she tried to keep going.

"Just tired..." Could she hint that she was captured? Oh yes. "Had a little problem from some bug trainers... they used sleep powder a lot... still trying to snap out of it..." Her voice was giving in. Thankfully, Vitor picked up on that as she heard tapping.

"Where are you?" She didn't process the question as her head was already drifting off. "Nat! Stay with me!"

"Huh...?" She murmured as her hand let the phone slip. There was another noise from the phone, but she was already gone.

"Nat!"

Vitor was panicking. He never thought this could happen, especially with Natalie. His whole head was spinning and he couldn't figure out what to do. Natalie was normally the stable grounds for him and vice versa. He tried to get another response, only to be met by her resting noises. He needed her.

"Nat! Please answer!"

Nothing. She was out cold. He could feel the heat rising as he scanned the screen. Theo said something on his left while Pluto was trying to get his attention. Finally he heard something on the other end.

"Ah.... finally."

Everything fell into place right there and then upon that voice. He hung up and closed everything down in seconds before racing out the door. He thought he heard Pluto say something, but nothing else mattered.

Natalie let a soft noise out as she drifted in and out of her subconscious. It wasn't helping to know that she couldn't fight back. She trembled before something hit the air and her vision went dark.

Larkspur was not ready for what hit him.

Vitor, with an aura that could wipe out a few towns, gave off a dangerous growl as he neared the scientist. Natalie was asleep on a table, but that wouldn't last. Larkspur gulped.

"Vitor! My dear boy! You've grown so much! I promise nothing-"

"Fuck you."

Something slammed him into a wall almost instantly after that. Vitor's eyes touched Natalie as he went over and nuzzled against her. She woke up to the action and paused.

"Vitor?"

He didn't give much of an answer as he grabbed her arm. She used his strength to steady herself before dropping onto his back. He took note of the signal and helped her out.

He wouldn't leave her side, mostly because he was waiting for her to regain herself before he released some energy. He cuddled up to her as she rested.

It wasn't long before she was back up and recharged. She was currently running a soft hand through his hair as he calmed his aura down. His pressure never moved, but that was next.

"My dear twin's a hero..." He purred a little, trying to not pounce. Normally she'd be ready by now, but damn Larkspur got to her. She smiled as she stretched. "Ok... I think I'm ready..."

He almost instantly, since his restraint was already snapping, sat up and the rant went out. He had three mini lectures planned out and went for it after she gave the signal. He normally had full blown lectures, but most of them were merged by the wait. She didn't stop him until he actually started slowing down and his words gently threaded together. That's when she grabbed his shoulder.

"Vitor..." He paused as she laid his head on his shoulder. "That's good for now... let's rest since we're both lost." He gave a weak nod before they faded off. Theo and Pluto went over to them before they smiled.
