Within Aldera Highschool, Jason walked through the halls, avoiding his brother like the plague.

Jackal was doing everything he could to try and talk with his brother, but Jason wouldn't get him a chance.

Until finally, he was cornered by his friends of the research club, including Rias.

Rias: Jason. What is wrong with you? Why are you avoiding your brother? He just want to spend time with you.

Jason: Rias. Stay out of this. And I want nothing to do with that Future Ultraman.

Akeno: Please Jason. Just talk to him.

Jason: Hell no. I refuse to talk to him. End of Discussion.

Jason started to walk away, only for Issei to be an idiot and grabbed Jason's arm.

Issei: Hey! You're going to...

Issei and to everyone else surprise, Jason pulled out his personal built firearm and aimed at Issei's forehead.

Jason: First off, Let go of my arm unless you want me to shoot it off?

Issei quickly released Jason and ran behind Rias as she was even scared that Jason pulled a gun on them.

Jason: Secondly. Don't talk to me. Don't speak to me. You and your so-called president means nothing to me. Everyone else is a different story. Now, if you excuse me. I have some "Important" things to do.

Jason then walked away as Jackal finally arrived too late to even talk with Jason.

Jackal took Rias and the research club members away as Rias explained the entire situation.

Xenovia: Hey President. I think I might know what's wrong with Jason.

Rias: What?

Xenovia: Jason developed feelings for you when you were in middle school. And the other day, he was supposed to confess to you. Did you reject him?

Rias: No. I never saw him. Jackal confessed to me through.

Jackal: And honestly. I don't believe that it's just that. Jason has been ignoring me for years now. And the way he talked about me being Ultraman proof enough.

Akeno: And the fact that he pointed a gun in Issei's face even proven that Jason has more hatred than Jealousy.

Kiba: Agreed. This is a rather concerning issue.

Koneko: I just hope whatever this is end soon.

Jackal: Same.

Announcement: Will Jason and Jackal Lynch. Please report to the Principal Office.

Jackal then left as he walked and saw Jason heading in the same direction, but Jackal continued to be ignored.

The Lynch Brothers arrived at the Principal Office and entered the office, coming face to face with Ozpin alongside All Might.

AM: HELLO THERE, YOUNG LYNCH! WE ARE HERE TO GIVE YOU BOTH INVITATIONS TO JOIN UNION ACADEMY!

Jackal: You mean that school where all the famous heroes and huntsmen goes? Yes! Sigh me Up!

Jason: Yeah. No. I'll pass.

Everyone was completely silent as they all looked at him surprised.

Ozpin: Jason. Why would you refuse such a great offer? Our school can make you into a hero. Isn't that what you want?

Jason[Glares]: Tch. Your so-called heroes and huntsmen who only care about fame and money. You don't care about the people that actually needed you the most. To me, you're all no better than the Anti-Union. And quite honestly, I trust them more than I trust you. I will become a hero, in my own way, with my own 2 hands. I don't need you. Nor want you. So, take that offer and shove it.

Jason then walked out and slammed the door shut.

AM: YOUNG LYNCH. DO YOU KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR BROTHER?

Jackal[Sigh]: he's been like this ever since we were kids. Our parents only gave me so much attention to the point he was neglected. The only family that talks to him is Uncle Ban and Aunty Merlin. Not to Mention, I confessed my feeling to Rias Gremory. The Girl that he loved as well. My only guess that he has become bitter and hatred towards me.

Ozpin: Then please. Explain this.

Ozpin then showed a video on his scroll, revealing Jason taken on multiple Grimms with Nano-Bots around him.

Jackal: That's I'm not quite sure of. The only thing that I know about Jason is that he has the power of the Ultimate Gamer.

AM: THE ULTIMATE GAMER?

Jackal: Yes. Oh, Professor Ozpin. Could you send that to me. I want to send it to my father.

Ozpin: Don't worry. I already have. I hope that he can actually convince your brother to join our school.

Jackal nods before leaving, as All Might turned to Ozpin with a face of concern.

AM: OZPIN. ARE YOU SURE WE COULD GET HIM TO JOIN US? WHAT IF THE VILLAINS ALREADY GOTTEN TO HIM?

Ozpin: Don't worry All Might. He'll join us.

Jason gets home late when he opens the door, the lights turned on their own, seeing his family and a few of his friends.

Everyone: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Heather: Come on! Make a wish!

Heather brought over the cake before Jason, who looked at them unimpressed and even a look of disgust as he started walking upstairs, much to their surprise.

Heather: Jason? Sweety?

Jason then stopped and he then turned around as he looked with a face of under disgust that everyone could clearly see.

Jason: I don't want that cake. I don't want those presents. Just give them all to Jackal. I simply don't care.

Tai: Hey! They're trying to celebrate your birthday! So be grateful!

Jason then glanced at Tai, who felt a shiver down his spine.

Jason: Ok then. How about this?

Jason then grabbed the cake, before blowing out the candles.

Jason: I wish that I had an actual family that actually cared about me.

Jason then tilted the plate to the side as the cake fell and dropped on the floor, as everyone was shocked by this.

Carlos: Jason Lynch! That's no way to treat your elders! Especially on your birthday!

Jason then glanced at Carlos, who also felt a shiver down his spine, as Jason was showing no emotion at him and treating his own father like he was a stranger.

Jason: You have some nerve saying that. Saying that when you and Heather has been neglecting me for years! Much as your concern, Jason Lynch never existed! I meant nothing to you at all!

Carlos was hurt by this and realized that Jason was right, not once that he ever looked at Jason with love or compassion, he pretended that he didn't exist.

Jason: You know something? I always believed that could become like you. Ever since I unlocked these powers of the gamer. But after all this time, I finally seen such foolish dreams were useless.

Jackal: Jason. Please.

Jason[Gif]:

Jason: Don't you talk to me, Ultraman!

Rias: Jackal!

Koneko: What was that for?!

Jason: For getting on my nerves!

Ruby: Jason! Please! Calm down!

Izumi: Please! Just Calm Down!

Jason: Maybe he should get out of my life!

Carlo: Jason! Apologize to you brother! Now!

Jason: Make me, Old Man!

Jackal: Jason! Why do you hate me so much?! Is it Jealousy?!

Jason: Jealousy?! You think I'm fucking jealous?! Of fucking what?! I never jealous of you at all! I am just done with your ass!

Jackal: Then! Why did you reject Union offer to join?!

Jason: I refuse to join the same school that screw mankind over and over again! Mankind has suffered under the False Protection of Union Academy! Union Academy is a School of Traitors and I want no part of that crap!

Jason then stormed off to his room, as he left everyone else in complete shock before Merlin shocked everyone again by slapping Heather in the face.

Merlin: You deserve that for neglecting Jason. You never shocked any compassion for him. He idolized the both of you and instead, you decided to play favorites.

Ban: I could see why the courts went in our favor.

Merlin then dropped a letter into the ground in front of Heather as she has a look of shock as tears runs down her face.

Carlo: Ban! Merlin! What do you mean about the courts?!

Merlin: Simple. As of this moment, Jason is now legally under my care after he showed me the scar on his face. Unlike you, I took him to the hospital, where he explained everything. I eventually gotten custody of him since neither one of you showed up to court yesterday. Automatically making me win the case.

Everyone was shocked as Jason came back down the stairs with a suitcase and a big duffle bag.

Jackal: You're not leaving this house, brother! We'll treat you better! Please stay!

Jason then punched Jackal in the stomach, causing him to cough up blood, then grabbed his shirt and threw him towards Carlos, causing both to collide and fall to the ground.

Jason: We may share the same blood. And last name. but we are not my family. I wished I never met you at all.

Jason then walked up with his stuff as Merlin and Ban who look one last look at the Lynch Family, glaring at them.

Merlin: You're not family of heroes. You're nothing but monsters.

Ban: Agreed. I hope we never have to see you again.

Heather started crying, as she walked out to the door, seeing her own son leave as he, Ban and Merlin gets into the car, then Ban turned to look at them, with a sluggish smile on his face.

Ban: Hey Jason. You'll be happy to know that we enrolled you into a school you might like. You heard of Unity Academy?

Jason: Yeah. It was actually the school I always wanted to go to. Does this mean I'm a student there?

Merlin: Not Yet. Vacation is about to start. But next year, you'll be a student there. You'll truly be taught there.

Jason smiled for the 1st time in a long time, before the car started and drove off, leaving his parents to run out and cries out Jason's name.

Summer: So. I guess the party over then.

Tai: Yeah Honey. It seems so. Let's go home.

We switched to Ozpin, who been looking through the rosters of students for Union Academy, before receiving a text from Carlos.

Carlos[Text]: We're too late. Merlin and Ban took Jason from us. He's being enrolled into Unity.

Ozpin eyes widened, placing his coffee cup down and looked outside with a look of anger on his face.

Ozpin: Damn it. Damn you, Unity. Just you wait. We'll show you that Union Academy is the only school that the world needs.
