Following the arrival of the 10th fleet of the empire in the Sol System, the planet Earth began to suffer significant losses.

The remnants of the Earth Federation Defense Fleet were cornered and forced to flee into the atmosphere of the planet.

Only a portion of the Orbital Defense Platforms were successfully taken out, while the rest were compromised and put to use against the planet.

The 10th fleet encircled the whole planet Earth and created a blockade, which effectively severed all lines of communication.

The sight of the formidable military power of the empire standing before them and hovering above them caused widespread panic throughout the world.

All of the Planetary Bases were placed on high alert, and all of the Planetary Defense Emplacements were prepared to respond at any moment.

Heroes were sent out to help put an end to the widespread terror and rioting as they kept an eye on the imperial battleships that were flying over them.

As a result of his fleet's successful hacking of the planetary network, Justin was able to see the pandemonium that was unfolding on Earth from the Legacy.

Justin[Smirk]: Look at them. Their society is already declining to chaos. The 'heroes' are scrambling to stop the panic. They are only delaying the inevitable.

Gar: Your orders, Sir?

Justin: I'm going to broadcast to the world. I know them to know who was responsible for all of this.

Tiber: Are you sure that wise sir?

Justin: Indeed, I do. I want them to know who I am. But I also want them to know who were responsible for my reason for joining the empire.

Gar: I see. Very well sir.

On the Surface of Earth, chaos and disorder ran wild across the major nations of the world, until the TV and radio frequency were all hacked.

Justin: Greetings, Citizens of Earth. I am Justin Vines. 10th Fleet Admiral of the Galactic Empire. And the one responsible for the devastating defeat of the Earth Federation Defenses.

The citizens were listening to the voice of the Imperial Fleet Admiral, as the heroes and government officials trying to block him out, but to no success.

Justin: Currently. Your system is under my control. Your planetary defenses are under my control. All communications with the wider galaxy is severed. Right now, You're all alone against my fleet.

The citizens heard this, they were shocked and even more scared, as they were completely cut off from the wider galaxy, and their defenses were no longer there's.

Justin: Oh. I also wouldn't relay on the strongest hero of the Justice League, and this is why.

For the TV screen, it shows Superman, Cyborg and Martian Manhunter restrained, with imperial stormtroopers around them.

Justin: Yes. I have The Man of Steel. Captured and Restrained. He won't be getting out of those restraints any time soon. Same goes for Cyborg and Martian Manhunter.

This action caused the public to become even more scared of the empire, as the heroes were shocked that three of their own were captured.

Justin: But. I am sure some of you are asking. Why? Why did the empire order the invasion of Earth?

That was indeed the question on their minds, wondering why the Galactic Empire ordered the invasion of Earth.

However, for the directors of the Earth Federation Council, they were scared that Justin was about to expose them.

Justin: The reason for this invasion. Was in response to the Earth Federation Involvement in the rescue of the Criminal Faction known as the rebel Alliance, during the Battle of Scarif.

The news of the Earth Federation Involvement in the Battle of Scarif was a huge shock to the public.

Justin: Because of their Involvement in the Battle of Scarif. Earth was considered a threat to the Empire. And I was sent to deal with the problem before it came too late. But the Earth Federation Council made the Invasion even earlier when they sent a majority of their forces to aid the rebels at Yavin 4.

This part was a massive shock to the general public, knowing that the invasion was easily because of the council decision.

This has also turned some of the shocked citizens angry as they're anger was directed at the Earth Federation Council.

Earth Federation Council were shocked to hear Justin blame them for making the Invasion of Earth easier for him.

Justin: However. Even before that. I wouldn't be here. In the empire. If it wasn't for the actions. Of The Directors of Union Academy.

At that point, the Directors of Union Academy were shocked to hear that it was because of them Justin joined the empire.

Justin: I should be thanking the Directors of Union Academy. If it wasn't for their direction in expelling me for being weak, I wouldn't have been able to become what I am today.

The entire world was shocked by this, even the directors of Union Academy, Justin, thanked them for expelling him so he could join the empire.

This action only angered the general public even more, as the directors were to blame for Justin joining the empire.

Directors of Union Academy were shocked and even angry that Justin was offering people to join the empire.

For the General Public, they were divided, some were loyal to heroes society, but the others were doubting the protection.

With that, the broadcast ceased, and the world was beginning to react differently to it.
