We stared at each other for a little. He was in shock.

«Okay... This was unexpected... I mean, this was the only thing I wasn't waiting to hear. And it's also weird because I remember that always when we had this conversation you were always saying you were with the vampire team so...», I glared at him.

«But, apparently this is not our thing now», he completed. I nodded.

«So, what are we going to do?», he asked.

«I have no idea, I... I panicked!», I responded. My phone ranged. I saw the contact recognition. It was Mr. Barton. I hanged up. I didn't wanna talk to him.

«Ok, my plan is, living a normal life and just stay indoors once a month. What do you think about the full moon night?», I glared at him questionably. «I could tie you down and take care of you if you need me», he said moving his hands away from his body and back on it.

«I wish it was just that... the full moon. But Mr. Barton said something about someone who wanted to kill me for my alpha powers, a treaty, or something like that, it was confusing», I tried to explain. He looked confused.

«Then call him», he suggested.

«Are you insane? He told me that my life was a lie and that I am something apart from human... I don't want this», I told him

«Yeah, but he's the only one who knows anything right?», he said.

«Yes», I said.

«And then only one who can help right?», he asked.

«Yes!», I couldn't regret this neither.

«So, what are we even waiting for?», he asked sarcastically as he took my phone from my hands.

«No, no, Levine! No!», I shouted chasing him all around my room. He entered in my contacts and called Mr. Barton.

«Hey! Mr. B, its Levine. Yeah, we need you at David's room like right now! Yeah it's about that you told him», he said. I hit my head towards the wall.

«Ok I'm coming. Don't let him go there are many things he has to know about himself or more generally», I heard Mr. Barton's steps through the phone. Levine hanged up.

«Why did you do that?», I asked him.

«Well, actually you made me do it. You said he's the only one who could help you. What were you expecting me to do?», he turned the question to me.

«I... I don't know, what to answer», I replied.

«Exactly!», he nodded. I grimaced on him.

After a while Mr. Barton arrived at our house and headed towards us.

«David?», he asked as I glared at him. Then I glanced away. He didn't seem surprised. I didn't actually care.

«Look David, I didn't mean to hurt you. Not at all, but you really have to understand that I had no choice», he tried to apologize. I turned my head to face him.

«Why?», I asked.

«I couldn't», he replied based on what he said before.

«No, I wanna hear the whole story! The whole truth», I grunted.

«Ok, but I gotta know. Does Levine know? Or Emma? Or anyone else apart from me and you?», he asked.

«Just Levine», I responded.

«Good, because anyone who knows is in danger», Levine grimaced.

<<Ok and how the hell is that good? >>, Levine asked. Mr. Barton answered that.

<<Because no one else is in danger, the less the better >>, he said. Technically, he was right.

<<Ok, get it now, continue>>, he pled, as if he was watching a movie.

<<Werewolves weren't always this way. Hiding from their home, their people. Actually you're the only one hiding. The first and we hope the last>>, he started.

<<What happened? >>, I asked.

<<Your mother, Delaia was the Leader. The great alpha, the alpha of the alphas. But that's the reason she had to many enemies. She lost her last fight when you were only a few days old. When she died, everyone started fighting for the lead. They wanted to kill you, the last descendant of the real alphas, so you wouldn't take your place in ruling the wolf world>>, he continued.

<<Fortunately, for every alpha who's born, we create, 20 doppelgangers, which are normal humans, so it'd be impossible for every enemy to recognize the real alpha until the age of 17 when the transformation apart from the full moon becomes possible. If they killed the wrong doppelganger they'd become omegas, because they'd kill someone who hasn't done anything to them. Nobody wants to be an omega so... The betas and the omegas wanting to protect their king from all of them and especially from your presbyter, they took you and your doppelgangers and sent them to other friendly universes with someone trustworthy, waiting till someone of you, the real alpha, grow old enough to come back and reclaim his throne>>, he completed.

<<But, you said, my mother died. Why didn't my father take her place? >>, I asked.

<<This is not the way it actually goes in the wolves' universe. When the alpha of the alphas dies, then, their descendant takes his or her place. If there is no descendant, which hasn't happen till now, the presbyter has to show us the strongest of the other alphas and he'd become the next alpha>>, he said.

<<So, I'm gonna have to go back and take my throne back? >>, I asked.

<<Of course but, it's dangerous. Especially not now, the presbyter and everyone who wants to take your place have already started looking for you>>, he announced.

<<Since tomorrow you're starting training, and also I have to tell you the rules. First: You don't kill anyone, second: full moon you stay in and third and most important: you don't tell anyone what you really are. Not even your bestie>>, he said turning to face Levine.

<<What, he did it! >>, Levine answered.

<<You take care of me bro. Thanks for covering me>>, I said sarcastically.

<<You know I always got your back brother>>, he answered my sarcasm with sarcasm.

<<It's ok, for Levine you didn't know. But no one else>>, he ordered.

<<Ok, I promise, I won't>>, I promised.

<<Good. Take some rest now son. Tomorrow we begin. It'll be hard >>, he promised. He got outta the room.

<<See, nothing bad happened>>, Levine noticed.

<<Remind me to kill you later>>, I joked.

<<We both know you can't do without me. You need me to survive>>, he reminded me.

<<Kinda true>>, I answered. We laughed.

<<Wanna invite Emma and watch a movie, like we did before the...Awwwooooo>>, he howled like a wolf and I laughed.

<<I guess I'm gonna accept a lot of stupid jokes about werewolves right? >>, I asked him "annoyed".

<<Wolf, yeah>>, he replied.

«Stop that!», I said and both of us were laughing.

We went to the orphanage and climbed to Emma's room. She was writing again. She surprised when we entered and hided the letter behind her. Levine raised his eyebrows, he moved next to her, and grabbed it.

<<Levine! Give it back! >>, she said laughing with him and I also laughed with him, and her reaction.

<<Dear Roselyn, I miss you soooooooo much! >>, he started "reading" it.

<<Enough reading for one day! >>, she said grabbing it from his hands. She took a position which made her seem ready to fight.

<<Hey, I'm innocent! We came here peacefully! >>, he grabbed the white flag next to her bed he raised it and started moving it all around. We smiled.

<<We are about to watch something, and we wanted you to join us if you want to>>, I asked her

<<Sure. What are we going to watch? >>, she asked.

<<We left this decision for you to make. Also, can I have some water? >>, I announced- asked.

<<Of course, here>>, she gave me a glass of water.

<<Alright. Mind if it's not a movie but a TV series? >>, she asked.

<<No, it's ok>>, I asked ignorant. I started drinking.

<<Ok, I'm in the mood to watch... How about teen wolf? >>, she asked. I got shocked and spat out the water I had in my mouth.

<<Yeah! Sounds like a good idea to me. What do you think David? >>, he said sarcastically. I glared at him.

<<Um, sure! I can't see why not>>, I replied wanting to kill Levine when he said that.

<<Great! I'm gonna put it on>>, she told us excited.

<<Season 1 please, the best! >>, Levine pled her.

<<What? No! Season 3 is the best SES I've ever seen! >>, she complained.

<<Actually, it is, but let's start with season 1 and leave ses 3 for tomorrow>>, he smiled.

<<Great! >>, she shouted.

<<What the hell Levine? I thought you were covering me! >>, I whispered complaining. He moved his eyes up and down as if he was calling me "dumbass".

<<Exactly why I did it! For first: we love teen wolf and second: That is how I train you! It's just a werewolf TV series, and what is gonna happen to you while watching? It's just a TV series! You'll get over it! >>, he answered whispering.

<<You're welcome>>, he completed whispering this comment to me. Theoretically seemed easy. Technically it was pretty hard. I was getting angry with some of the characters. We stayed there for the night. We fell asleep in the end of the sixth episode.

I woke up in the small front yard of my house. How the hell did I get there? I didn't even know. I heard some weird steps from behind me. It seemed like I was protecting something. I turned back slowly turning to a werewolf my hands were full of blood, my eyes were red. I could only see shadows, didn't seem good.

I heard a screaming from behind me and I turned back to see Emma's dead body. I grunted and attacked the shadows. But they stopped me somehow without touching me. One of them pointed my hand with his finger. The blood... it wasn't mine. It was Emma's. I grunted.

<<Hey! Dude! Its ok, its ok>>, Levine said next to me holding my hand, as I was threating to uproot his throat with my claws. Then I realized that I was transformed.

<<Where is she? Where's Emma? >>, I asked.

<<Don't you worry lucky dumbass. She went to the bathroom, to get ready for school. Now, if you don't mind could you get these things off of my face? >>, he said as he caught my hand. I put my claws back in and transformed back to human

<<I'm... I'm so sorry! Levine! I... I panicked. I had a... a weird dream which was about>>, he interrupted me.

<<Let me guess... about the other you and Emma... >>, he replied. I wasn't in shock.

<<Not just that I... I saw shadows they told me I killed her. They were right. It was me>>, I told him. I heard Emma's heartbeat coming from the bathroom.

<<Will you guys get ready? >>, Emma said. Levine showed her that we were already wearing our clothes. She nodded raising her eyebrows and went back to the bathroom.

<<How, did you put on my shirt? >>, I asked him.

<<I didn't. We slept in here, remember? >>, he shrugged. I got ready, as Emma ordered us. We were waiting or her.

<<Guys! >>, she whispered in surprise when she got down the stairs and saw us. We turned to face her.

<<They're coming to take me for breakfast, remember? >>, she reminded us.

<<Yeah, but... >>, Levine tried to save it, but he didn't make it.

<<Boys>>, she said calmly to get our attention. We looked at her. <<Leave! >>, she ordered.

We listened to her, as always, and left from the window.

<<Emma! The breakfast is served. Come on, or your "brothers" won't leave anything for you>>, I heard Mrs. Marceleia telling Emma, as she touched her shoulder and drove her into the café.

<<Dude com' on! >>, Levine said I nodded and turned to run into the woods.

I was running so fast I still couldn't use to it. It was the only amazing thing that happened to me since I became a werewolf.

When I arrived back home I realized that I forgot Levine, who I couldn't see inside the woods, I forgot that humans were slower than me. I turned back to take him.

When I found him he was puffed, standing down a tree.

<<Dude, what happened? >>, I asked him.

<<First of all: WOW! Second: did you forget me? And third: what the hell is that? >>, he asked as he pointed to the bush behind me. The red eyes again. They seemed better than the first time. And actually they weren't red. They were orange.

<<Levine? >>, I said.

«Ye, buddy?», he replied.

<<RUN! >>, I said but I didn't take my eyes away from the eyes. I grunted. They were just staring at my eyes, and I made them red. It was ready to attack me but it got back, when it saw the color of my eyes. It disappeared.

I run after Levine. He was at my house when I reached him. We turned around to watch out for the... thing.

<<What was that? >>, Levine asked.

<<I don't know. I wasn't able to see anything, but its' eyes. I think it was like me>>, I said.

<<You know that it's been a lot of distance of difference in between what you think and what it really is right? >>, he asked. This was correct. It was a huge distance between those two thoughts.

<<How about staying home tonight? >>, he asked.

<<Wouldn't be a bad idea>>, I said, but didn't take my eyes of the woods while stepping backwards to my house. Levine nodded.

<<But, what if the... thing will hurt other people? >>, I asked him, wanting so badly to know what he'd do then.

<<I didn't even think about that. Especially, when it tried to kill us first! >>, he commented.

<<We don't know if it was really trying to kill us>>, I reminded him.

<<Also we don't know if it'll try to hurt other people>>, he answered moving his head from the one shoulder to the other.

<<Ok, so, we stay home for tonight. But just tonight! >>, I stressed my last words.

<<Ok fine! >>, he replied.
