Y A S M I N

Okay i know i told Marwan not to talk to me but i was just joking and he took it serious. He's giving me silent treatment since morning and having my pride i won't talk you too.

There is not much to do back in the office, so i came back early after picking up Amir from his school, I'm supposed to go back home but i stopped by Aunt house. The moment Amir spot Aunt he ran towards her. The kid must be getting along with aunt.

"Did you come together with the driver. " Aunt asked now carrying Amir on her arms.

"No, actually there wasn't much to do in the office so picked him up by myself and we decided to stop by." her lips form an 'o'

That's nice of you, you know I'm getting attached to Amir and tomorrow is Saturday which means he won't be coming here. " aunt said letting out a sigh.

"Don't worry we will come together and spend the weekend with you. " i said stretching my legs on the center table.

Alright let me go and prepare something for you guys. " and she ventured to the kitchen with Amir on her arms.

We spent the remaining three hours in Aunt house before we decided to call it a day, promising to visit on Sunday.

"Goodnight my child. " Aunt said patting Amir's back a little, whose head is laid on my chest.

"Goodnight Aunt. "

The drive back home was filled with silence. It didn't take long for us to arrive as Aunt house is not that far from Our own house.

By entering the living room, i was greeted with a pacing Marwan. Upon noticing me, he glared at me. I walked pass him remembering his silent treatment this morning.

"Why didn't you pick up my calls?" i heard him say. Ignoring him, i continue walking towards the stairs.

"Yasmin. " he called again and i stopped in my tracks hearing him call my name, not the usual voice he used to call it with.

"Excuse me are you talking to me?" i point at myself. I clearly knew he's talking to me. I'm just been ignorant.

"Of course who else will i talk to." he said sarcastically.

"Oh is that so, last time i checked you were not talking to me this morning so what has changed" something flashed across his face, a look of surprise before he masked it up with a smirk.

"So you're been ignorant just because i didn't talk to you this morning " he said moving closer to where i stood with Amir on my arms. Ya Allah my arms are killing me.

"Stay where you are. " i whispered yelled seeing him moving more close.

"You said it yourself yesterday that i shouldn't talk to you, that's why i kept silence and now you're angry because i didn't talk to you throughout," a chuckle escape his lips. "Seriously Yasmin you're funny. "

"So now you think it was my fault, i was just joking and you took it seriously. " I pouted adjusting Amir more to my body.

"I know you're just joking but i decided to tease you a little. " he said the smirk back to his face.

"Whatever. " it's better to get out of here before i lose my sanity.

"Freshen up and come down, i will make dinner. " he said now in a serious voice. "I will make it up to the silent treatment. " he added. if it's food then I'm okay. I rolled my eyes in return but in reality I'm getting excited to eat his food, it's been a while now since i tasted his food.

After freshening up and prayed my Namaz, i descended downstairs. Amir is not yet asleep so i buckled him up on his chair so that he won't roam around and made him one of his favorite cereal, he knows how to feed himself now.

"So what's for dinner?" i asked sitting down on the dinning chair.

"Pasta with green chilli vermicelli and salad" "and then pina colada " he explained.

"Wow you made this all by yourself?" i find myself asking.

"Ofcourse." my stomach grumble just before i could start testing the food.

"Go on." Marwan offered pushing the place filled with the delicious in front of me. I started by testing the pina colada, my eyes widen in surprise by the sweetness of it.

"How is it?" he asked raising one of his brow.

Ya Allah

This is tasty.

"Marwan this is so good how did you do it?" i moved to the pasta with green chilli vermicelli or what is it called. I didn't even utter any word, i just kept munching on the food moaning every now and then.

"Is the food that delicious that made you moan like this." i didn't even pay attention to him, continuing eating my food.

"Yasmin will you stop that, you're making my mind having some thought. "

"What thought?" i asked still not looking his way.

"Dirty thoughts of course. " and that is when i stopped chewing my food and looked his way. "Pervert"

I ate everything on my plate and even drank Marwan's pina colada. "Seriously you need to teach me this pina colada." i said wiping off my lips.

"So now you admit it's better than your raspberry juice right." this is ten times better. I kept quite which made him laugh.

"You're really funny Yasmin, don't worry i will teach you but there is something you have to do in return."

It was weekend meaning no work, no stress. I woke up feeling happy. Maybe it's because we're getting more closer to Marwan. I've even started liking him. We've come to an agreement that he will be cooking dinner every night, while i cook breakfast and no need for lunch since we're both not at home.

I wore a simple baggy shirt with a jeans and let my hair open. I want Marwan to see me simple, no need to cover my hair beside he's my husband.

"What is making you happy this early morning. " i heard some voice said behind me which caught me off guard.

"Ya Allah you scared me. " i placed my palms on my racing heart.

"I didn't do anything. " he shrugged his shoulder in return.

"You know this is the third time right. " he stared at me not saying anything.

"What?" i asked checking my surrounding.

"You look beautiful with your hair open." he answered tight lipped. A blush made it way to my cheek. "Thank You." seriously Marwan is getting more kinder day by day. Maybe he's not what i think he is.

"Get ready we're going out. "
