I walked down the stairs after waking up early and getting ready. I had to get up when I was still dark, and would be that way for a while. I needed morning blooms for Lady Alphys. She's ill and Undyne said she would ex court me into the forest and protect me so I could pick the flower at the right moment to make a cure for her friend. "Even though I'm sure they're dating" I thought sighing and dragging my feet down the last step, just as Undyne knocked. I reached over and opened the creaky wooden door. "Morning" Undyne greeted sadly. She's been like this sense Alphys got sick. "Don't worry, on my watch, she will be just fine" I said reaching up and patting her head lightly. She sighed hanging her head, then raising it with a smile. "I know".

            She lead me outside and lifted me onto a horse, before hopping on herself. Then quickly brought the horse to a run and darted it into the forest. I held on tightly to the saddle praying to every god to not let me fall off. "So how far in do you need to go?" Undyne asked keeping her eyes on the road ahead. "Pretty far, another minutes or so, then we can stop and look" I said, wishing we could just get off be there. I lost track of time as I watched trees fly by, barely noticing that we were slowing down. "Will here be far enough?" she asked once we came to a full stop. "Y-yes, this should be far enough" I said as she got off and helped me down. She tied the horse to a branch and let me lead her into the woods.

              After around ten minutes of walking in utter awkward silents, we made it to a small clearing. Spotting light green plants lightly glistening, i turned to Undyne. "We're here" I whispered quietly, the sound loud and unnatural in my ears. She nodded looking around. I walked over to the plant I needed. "So, how do you make this 'cure'"? Undyne askes watching the woods. "Just boil the plant in hot water, then let her drink it". "No time limits?" "If you burn it it's bitter, it's also bitter if you don't boil it long enough. But it gives the same effects, just tastes bad", I said feeling a petal. We sat in silents for a bit. "WATCH OUT!!" Undyne suddenly yelled. I jumped up, only to be pulled into a rough hold but an unknown, strong force. Undyne pulled her gun out, and pointed it at him. He put a knife to my neck. "Don't" He said to her. "What do you want?!" she yelled. "Easy, pick one". Undynes face twisted into one of confusion. "What?" she snapped out. "The girl, or the plant". She took a step back, she knew she couldn't win this figh, she had to pick one. "Pick the flowers!" I yelled at her. "I'll be fine! But Alphys won't be if you don't make her the brew!" I said sternly. "W-What?! Leave you with that!" She screamed at me. "Yes!" I cried out, "We don't have time, as soon as it blooms rush it back to Alphys! She can't wait any longer, it's much worse then I made it seem!" I said. I watched her eyes fill with hatred. "So she was so bad and you were just going to let her suffer!?". "W-wha-". "I take back what I said!" the sun came out as the man holding me backed into the shadows. "I will leave you with that beast! I hope it kills you!" she yelled out screaming, she grabbed the flowers as the bloomed and run off in the direction of the horse. "Well, well. What an outcome" the man behind me chuckled. "Indeed". I quietly said, trying to wiggly out of his grasp.

He pulled me back to him and held me tighter. Your the towns healer if I'm not mistaken. Yes and no, tori is the healer, I'm an understudy. I know more about healing creatures rather than people. "Perfect" he said. "Huh?" I said turning my head trying to see his face. "My son is ill, your gonna heal him" he said. "Wha-!" Was all I could get out before it all went black. I woke up on a comfy bed, with a very soft marun blanket covering me. I small pain in my head bounced around, ignoring it, I got out of the bed. Only to be hit with a wave of cold wind. I was about to reach for the blanket when the door opened. Revealing a black boned skeleton, the way he dressed and his stance showed me he was a men, or monster of power. "Good your awake. Now hurry this way", he said reaching out a hand for me to take. The memories of just before passing out came rushing back. By the voice, this was the man back at the woods, and he needed me to heal his ill son. "Okay", I said taking his hand as he quickly lead me down the hall. At the very end were two large doors, he opened them to reveal a huge room. Maids and butlers scattered across the room. In the bed lay a skeleton looking like, who I suppose is his father, leading me. Next the the bed in tears, was a white boned skeleton in fancy clothes and had black designs on his limbs. "He was whisper crying something to the boy. Everyone in the room was in tears. The skeleton with my hand lead me next to the bed. The boy was deathly ill, he was shaking, sweaty, and seemed in a large amount of pain. "Help him" the skeleton behind me demanded. I reached out to touch his forehead. I glance back first, before I touched him, the father quickly nodded me to do what I needed. I gently placed my hand on his head. High fever. I didn't think vampires could get sick. I looked at the crying skeleton sitting in the other side of the bed, was that his mom? They don't look like a vampire. That must be it. "I wonder..." I thought looking back at the boy in the bed. I reached into my side purse and pulled out a clonly flower.( it's made up) it's very poisonous it humans, it helps monsters get stronger, and for vampires, it relieves curses. However it takes time to do this things and he will need to be watched. "Where did you get that!? How can you be near it, it will kill you!" The skeleton behind me ranted. "1- my parents. 2- my parents" I said as I slowly lifted the boys head up, having him sit up. His eyes fluttered open. "Open up your mouth" I said. He did as I commanded. I slowly fed him. After he finished two flowers he looked much better.
He leaned over closer to me, carefully lifting his fingers to signal me closer to him. I leaned closer thinking he was gonna say something.

He wrapped his arm around my shoulders and pulled me against his teeth. I jumped. He was kissing me!!! He then pulled back.
"Thank you"
He whispered weakly before falling asleep.
