I have been underground almost all my life. I live underground at underground headquarters were almost all undergrounders live. Sometimes when us undergrounders grow up, we can choose to live in the grounders world and help by staying in communication with headquarters and spying on a certain criminals or intelligent creatures. Sometimes we may even get sent on missions that involve us having to stay in the grounders world for a while. I have gone outside before like most people but not often, and there are some classes in school that teach us about outside world and skills we need to have. Our classes are mostly the same thing as classes that grounder's school teaches. Such as history, Language, a little math(not the boring hard stuff we don't need to know), some science, and pe. We also have electives or specials, whatever the grounders call it but ours are slightly different. For example, our PE is basically training. We all usually start training at very young ages. I'll get more in depth about our training. I'm sort of talking to the reader here, don't know if I should or want to change that. We also have classes about creatures(monsters)and the outside world, the normal's world, the grounders world, the world above, whatever you want to call it. Those classes also explain our job, that we do, why we are here, and so on.

   I said I would explain more about training and electives. Like I said most of us start training at a young age, we train using weapons, martial arts, jujitsu, karate, and taekwondo skills. Training consists of practice and running, building up our physical strength and stamina and so on. These are just broad subjects and there are more things within these subjects. There are more categories and branches within training for people that have certain skills and should focus more on those skills. We all try a bunch of different styles to see which ones we like, prefer, and are best at. Some people are better with a bow than a sword, or daggers, or close ranged fighting, blending in and hiding skills, martial arts area, flexibility, tools and gadgets we use. Don't know if I should add powers like Percy Jackson. Within training there are some days that we focus more on the best ways to kill certain creatures, the best way to capture criminals, ways on how to survive in the normals world, fighting, different strategies and techniques, and so on.

   Our electives are not like normals electives such as art ,music, tech, cooking, digital media, and so on. But more like special talents or areas we want to be more informed about or skills we want. There's electives for learning more about the normals world and how they live, for blending in skills, spying (watching to make sure everything in their world is going ok and if anything suspicious is going on), more information on the tools that we use to help us survive, agriculture, bets ways to kill creatures, how to capture criminals and knock them out with smells, and pressure points or other ways to knock them out they don't find any way into headquarters, you name it. We have free time and in our free time we are allowed to try things such as instruments and art and hanging out with our friends like normals do.

    Missions. We get sent on missions once we have gained most of the skills we need to know or have trained for a while. Most of us aren't aloud to go on a mission till we are older, around the age of 16. But there are some of us that are lucky and allowed to go earlier if we progress fast enough or if we have very special skills. Sometimes we train the younger ones so that they can help us get more information by going to school with grounders. If that's the case then we focus on training them about blending in, or we just teach them about grounders current events and how normal kids their age act and what they like to do and the gadgets to use to contact us. Some families that live in the grounders world have kids and then have them go to school, the kids know that they are non grounders and that they are to inform their parents and headquarters about what happened that day and on what the kids are like. They also report if there are any creatures disguised as humans that are going to school and make trouble or if they sense any kids developing criminal traits early on in life. That is one of the main sources on how we get our information on the normals world and what the kids are like. Then again sometimes it's hard because kids are just kids and they are not used and not really supposed to be note takers and informing us about what kids are doing and what they are like. So if we have some people with special abilities to shape shift or change their age then they change to the age of the kids in school to help inform us on what is going on in the schools and what kids are like and so on. We also have people that live in the grounders world and have jobs as news people to help us know what's going on in the world, but we don't really need that anymore because with all the technology that we have now, we can just watch the news channels and there are people whose jobs are to watch the news and research about current events and the normals world. There are just so many different things that we do and jobs that we can have, not just doing missions but controlling headquarters, teachers for kids and teaching about the real world, teaching why we are here and what are job is, teaching in certain areas because there are so many different areas and styles and techniques that are to be taught.

So this is a little information about our world and jobs and such, now let's get to the story.
