It's been three days since I've finally decided to just go with what my pussy wants. And I spent those three days thinking of all the things I needed for this whole new situation I am in.

I am done with the terms and condition of this whole fuck buddy contract. I never imagined myself doing this thing just for a man pero mas okay na yung may written agreement, lalo na't boss ko ang magiging fuck buddy ko ngayon.

Naghintay ulit akong gumabi bago bumalik sa company. Sir Hunter notified me that he'll still be in his office until midnight because he has a lot on his plate to finish before he traveled for business meetings overseas, kaya naman pumunta na ako. Also, wala na rin ang secretary niya, na alam kong nag-iisip na ng mga bagay-bagay tungkol sa akin, kaya naman talagang pumunta na ako.

It's past 9 p.m. when I arrived. Hindi na nagtanong ang guard sa akin kung bakit bumalik ako. Naisip ko na baka nasabihan na siya ni Sir Hunter kaya naman inalis ko na rin 'yon sa isip ko. Dumeretso na ako sa elevator at pinindot ang highest floor, kung nasaan ang opisina niya.

Funny because one of the things I wrote in my terms and conditions with him is to keep it a whole secret; no one should know anything about us, pero sigurado akong alam na ng personal secretary niya, office secretary at nitong guwardiya kung ano ang mayro'n kami.

When I arrived, medyo madilim na sa lobby. No one's around anymore. Siguro, si Sir Hunter na lang talaga ang naiwan sa company. He's so dedicated to his job. He's working overnight most of the time while I can't even imagine myself doing a three-hour long overtime!

Magwawala ako kapag nangyari ulit 'yon. Charot!

Hindi na ako kumatok pa nang nakarating ako sa pinto. Marahan ko na lang 'yon itinulak para buksan. Inside is not bright anymore, like it was during office hours. Kaunting ilaw lang ang nakabukas at sa gawi pa niya 'yon.

"Hi," he greeted, giving me a small smile.

Ngumiti lang ako bago isinarado ang pinto ulit saka naglakad papunta sa kan'ya. "Working overtime?"

He chuckled before closing the clipboard he just signed. "Working overnight," he answered before turning to his laptop. "So, finally done with your t&c's?" he asked.

I nodded before sitting on the long couch. Ibinaba ko ang envelop sa center table. Ilang sandali lang din, tumayo na siya at lumapit sa akin. Napakunot-noo ako.

"You can just finish what you're doing first. I can wait," I said.

He chuckled. "You'll have to stay awake until tomorrow morning if you'll do it."

Napanguso ako bago siya pinanood na maupo sa single couch. Kinuha ko ulit ang envelop saka ito binuksan. Iniabot ko sa kan'ya ang isang copy ng contract at kinuha naman ang isa.

"Let me discuss everything I need in this arrangement, okay?" I said.

Tumango siya bago kinuha ang papel saka binasa. "Uh, huh?"

I gulped, looking away. "So, there. Hindi ko na ipapa-notaryo 'yan. That's just stupid, baka pagtawanan pa ako ng abogado. Let's just sign it if you ever have no problems with it."

"Okay, then."

Tumango ako bago huminga nang malalim. "First, no gifts."

Napakunot-noo siya. "And why?"

Nagkibit-balikat ako. "I may be your fuck buddy but I'm not a sugar baby. I can buy anything I want. I don't want you, giving me extravagant gifts, tapos isusumbat mo sa akin at the end of this. So, strictly no gifts."

Napanguso siya bago nagsalita. "I liked giving gifts. Let's just say we have something to celebrate. Birthdays, monthsary of this fuck buddy thing, Chrsitmas, New Year, Valentine's day, et cetera. I need to give you gifts for days like these."

Napairap ako. "No. I don't need that." I scoffed. "At ang laki naman ng tiwala mong magtatagal itong arrangement na 'to."

Umiling siya. "Revise that terms and condition number one. I don't want that. Revise it and put, except if there are days to celebrate. Then we'll be good to go."

Umirap ako bago isinulat ang sinabi niya. "Okay, next. Number two, I have very awful parents. If they ever found out what we have, and they ask you for help—no matter what help they asked—never ever help them. My family is out of your business. They are out of this agreement. 'Wag na 'wag mong i-e-entertain yung mga pagpapaawa nila sa 'yo, okay?"

Nagbuntonghininga siya habang nakatitig pa rin sa papel. "I wonder why. But, okay. Next?"

Tumango ako bago ch-in-eck ang number two. "Third, I don't want anyone, especially the people here in the company, to know about us."

He chuckled. "There are, at least, three people who know about us already."

I rolled my eyes. "I know!"

He laughed again before crossing his legs. "What should I do? They need to know so you won't be antagonized and be tagged as someone you are not."

Napakunot-noo ako. "Someone I am not?"

Nagkibit-balikat siya. "My office secretary thought, at first, that you were the one who's flirting with me." Mabilis na nagpanting ang tainga ko nang dahil do'n. "But, don't worry. I made it clear to her that I am the one who always calls for you here. I am the one who wanted something from you. Besides, she has no rights to meddle with my life. You don't have to worry about that."

Nagbuntonghininga na lang ako. "Make sure that they will be the last person. I'm going to kill you."

He laughed. "I'd be happy to be killed by you, don't worry."

Inirapan ko na lang siya bago ko binasa ang susunod. "Next, if someone you know sees us together somewhere, don't tell them anything about us. Deny if needed. Just tell them that I am your employee. That's it. Okay?"

He chuckled. "That's weird. What if they saw us kissing. Can I still tell them that you're my employee? That would be bad for my reputation."

I rolled my eyes. "Mag-isip ka ng iba! Just not your fuck buddy."

Nagkibit-balikat. "Okay, then. Noted on that."

Tumango ako bago binasa ang mga sumunod pa. Walang naging problema sa kan'ya ang mga 'yon dahil hindi naman siya big deal para tanggihan niya. Pero ang mga sumunod, hindi ko alam kung bakit ako yung nakaramdam ng kung ano.

"Next, if there's anyone else that who you want to fuck, tell me immediately. I don't like sharing my man."

His lip rose but for a quick second only. Feeling ko tuloy, namalik-mata ako. "Why would I fuck someone else when I already have you?" Hindi ako nakasagot do'n dahil parang umurong ang dila ko sa hindi ko maipaliwanag na dahilan. "Okay, next?" He chuckled. "You have a lot to make sure of, huh?"

I smirked. "Of course. You're one hell of a dangerous man. I needed a lot of things to take care of." I flipped the page before reading the next condition. "Next, no sex during working hours."

He grinned. "Aren't you curious how office romance works?"

Napalunok ako nang makita kung paano siya nakatitig sa akin habang sinasabi ang mga 'yon. "W-Why would I be curious?"

Nagkibit-balikat siya. "I am." He chuckled. "Rephrase that and put sex during office hours are allowed as long as the job is not compromised, instead."

I rolled my eyes. "May point ka naman."

He chuckled. I wrote what he said since I'm kinda curious about it too, and the feeling of doing it in secret while working is turning me on, actually.

"Next one is very important," I said.

Tumango-tango siya, binabasa na rin ang nandoon. "Uh, huh . . ."

I gulped. "I have trust issues, kahit sa contraceptives. So, if ever I get pregnant, this whole arrangement will immediately end." He didn't talk and continued staring on that part of the paper. "And you have no say on how I'll decide about the fetus."

He chuckled slightly. "You literally called the baby a fetus, huh?"

I scoffed. "They're just blood at those moments. They're not babies yet, so . . . fetus."

Tumango siya. "So, what do you mean you'll decide?"

I shrugged, trying to say how stupid he sounded. "It's either I'll take care of that fetus until I deliver it to the world or abort it." I slightly smiled. "But I will most like abort it, and you will never have a say on that. My body, my choice."

Tumango-tango siya. "Okay, then."

I was kind of surprised at how quickly he agreed on that. Buong akala ko, magkakaroon kami ng diskusyon kaya sinabi kong he has no say, pero mukhang wala talaga siyang say. Siguro, hindi niya rin bet magkaanak.

Well, sino ba naman ang gusto ng panghabang-buhay na responsibilidad?

"Okay, this is the last . . ." I said, taking a deep breath. "I know I will sound overconfident on this one but . . . don't you ever fall in love with me."

He immediately laughed after I read that. "You shouldn't even have put it in here. That's just a waste of ink." Napairap ako dahil tuwang-tuwa talaga siya! "Anyway, rest assured that this won't ever happen."

Tumango-tango ako. "Mabuti na yung sigurado." I put the contract down on the table and crossed my legs. "So, those are my terms and conditions. Nakasaad din sa last part ng contract na, kahit isa lang ang ma-break mo d'yan sa terms and conditions ko, this whole arrangement will come to an end."

He sighed. "You're too uptight. Loosen up a bit! We're just humans. What if both you and I made mistakes?"

Nagkibit-balikat ako bago humalukipkip. "Let's just see." I sighed. "So, where's your terms and conditions?"

Nagkibit-balikat siya bago kinuha ang ballpen na nasa pocket tees. "I only want three things from you."

Tumango ako habang pinanonood siyang magsulat sa likod ng copy ng contract na ibinigay ko sa kan'ya.

"First, don't let any guy inside your unit."

Napakunot-noo ako. "But Leonard's not just any guy! He's been my best friend for ten years!"

"And his eyes shows just how much he wants to fuck you, too. So, no. No more boy best friends inside your unit."

I sighed in disbelief. "You can't do this to me! We've been so comfortable to be with each other, to sleep beside each other, for so many years. You can't just take it away from us."

Tumingin siya nang seryoso sa akin. "Would you like to see another woman sleeping beside me if I were you?" Napaawang ang bibig ko dahil do'n. "I mean, I know we're just fuck buddies. But aren't our egos gonna hurt, Areeya?"

Hindi ako nakasagot. I know, he has a point. Imagining him sleeping with another girl beside him, I might kill him! Isa pa, tama naman siya. We make this arrangement for the both of us, yes, pero hindi ibig sabihin n'on, hindi na maaapektuhan yung ibang tao sa paligid namin.

Maybe, it's just right.

"Okay."

Tumango siya bago nagsulat ng ikalawang condition niya. "Okay, second, you're not going to fuck any other men aside from me."

I scoffed. "You don't even have to write that one. Nasa conditions ko rin 'yan."

He sighed. "I know. It's just that, I viewed you as a very adventurous person. You liked trying new things, but as long as this agreement goes on, you're not going to fuck anyone aside from me. If you want to experience new things in bed, I'll do it for you. Don't let any man to take you to their place and fuck you the way you want to. I'll be the one to do that, okay?"

I sighed in annoyance. "Okay, okay. Sir Hunter, I'm not a sex maniac, okay? I know I'm kinda flirt but if I have a fuck buddy already, I don't fuck other men anymore."

He sighed, slightly grinning. "Nadagdagan ng isa ang terms and conditions ko."

Napakunot-noo ako. "What?"

Nagsulat siya ng kasunod. "Third, don't call me sir or Sir Hunter anymore if we're alone. I don't care if it's office hours or not. Just call me Hunter kapag tayong dalawa lang ang magkasama."

Umirap ako sa kan'ya. "Okay, Hunter."

"For every sir nang tayo lang ang magkasama, you'll be punished in bed."

I smirked. "Punished, you say?"

He smirked. "You know how I punished someone who did me wrong. I can do more than that, Areeya."

Napalunok ako kasabay ng pag-iwas ng tingin nang maalala kung paano niya ako itinali noon, pati pinagmakaawa just to fuck me. Damn, as much as that was a good experience, the embarrassment I felt is scarred in my life forever and I don't want to experience that ever again!

"Lastly, I know that this is already in your terms and conditions, but this is important to me as well."

When he said that, my mouth went dry. I know that he's talking about the pregnancy but hearing it from him kinda gave me a weird feeling.

"I don't want a child, either. If you ever get pregnant, and you want to keep it, you can do that. I can support you financially but I cannot marry you to be the father of the child. I am not planning on settling down or building a new family, so, if you decide to keep the baby, I will support you financially—regularly."

I looked away, listening intently to everything he said. It kinda makes my heart feel like it's being squeezed. I wonder, did he even feel the same way earlier when I talked about that?

Baka hindi. Tutal, lalaki siya. Natural lang naman sa lalaki ang ayaw sa responsibilidad, so baka natuwa pa siya noong sinabi ko 'yon.

"If you decide to abort it, then I will find the best doctor for you to receive the best treatment for that. You won't even spend a penny. That would be all on me. I just . . . can't take the responsibility physically, Areeya. I hope you'll understand."

I forced a smile on my lips. "That's just the best condition you've ever written there, Hunter." Kinuha ko na ang mga papel sa table, pati ang kopya niya na may sulat ng conditions niya, saka ibinalik sa loob ng envelop. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to revise the contract tonight so you can sign it tomorrow."

Tumango siya pero hindi ako mabigyan ng mga ngiting ibinigay niya sa akin kanina.

"Uuwi na ako, Hunter. Thank you."

Tumayo na rin siya at maglalakad na sana para pagbuksan ako ng pinto pero pinigilan ko siya. "D'yan ka na lang, kaya kong buksan ang pinto."

He gulped. "Uhm, I'll ask my secretary to take—"

I put my index finger on his lips to shut him off. "I can drive for myself. I took my car with me." I smiled, tiptoed, then kissed him softly on the cheek. "Good night."

After that, I walked away from him.

Just like I thought, he's also a douchebag who doesn't like to take responsibility for the result of what they did. Mabuti na lang, nalaman ko kaagad. At least, my expectation for him fell. I no longer see him as a better man than what I thought he was. He's no better than all of the guys who I had sex with.

My heart is safe with him. I won't fall in love.
