Today you were going to start gathering walnuts and picking apples. Since you and Ulaz had picked all of the other fruit and the vegetables out of the garden you wouldn't need to worry about any of it going to waste.
You had grabbed a couple of baskets for the apples and walnuts. Since your parents were out working and you were done with your school work he could help you. First you both started gathering some walnuts.

"Y/n, why are we gathering walnuts?" Ulaz asked you.

"I sometimes like to bake things with them and what I don't use I give to my friends." You replied.

After you and Ulaz gathered a basket full of walnuts you both went to your apple tree to pick apples.

"So, these apples, they're ready to eat?" Ulaz asked you.

"Yes, they are." You replied.

"It's amazing that one tree could produce so much." Ulaz said.

"I know, but that's a good thing." You said.

"How so?" Asked Ulaz.

"Well, I like eating them and my mom makes apple pies and Caramel and Storm like to eat them too." You said.

Ulaz then picked an apple, looked at it and bit into it. Pretty soon Ulaz had eaten the apple, exept the middle.

"You've already eaten an entire apple?" You asked Ulaz.

"Yes, it was quite juicy." Ulaz replied.

You and Ulaz finished picking apples after a while and you both went inside to get warm after spending time outside.
