Today Ulaz was fixing some of the electrical wiring in the bathroom because a mouse had chewed through some of the wires for the lights. While you were out feeding Caramel, Storm and the chickens Ulaz was keeping an eye on your kids, or so he thought. When he was done fixing the wires he turned around and saw that none of your kids were in sight and he realized that they had snuck away. He then decided to go look for them before you came back inside and realized that he had lost your kids. He looked in your bedroom, and he looked in your kid's bedroom, and he looked in the spare bedroom and spare bathroom but he didn't see them anywhere so he started looking in other parts of the house.

"Ulaz, what are you looking for?" You asked Ulaz when you saw him looking for something in the coat closet.

"Have you seen our kits?" Ulaz asked you as he turned to face you.

"Did you lose our kids?" You asked him.

"I could have sworn that they were behind me when I was fixing the wires in our bathroom." He told you.

"You did, didn't you?" You asked him as you sighed.

"I- yes, I did, they're very good at sneaking around." He said as you walked over to him.

"Well, we better find them before they hurt themselves." You said as you both went into the living room.

"I didn't mean to lose them, I should have been paying more attention to them so that they wouldn't have wandered off." Ulaz said.

It's okay, kids tend to wander off." You reassured him.

You both then went to look around in the main bathroom, and your parent's bedroom, and the cleaning closet, but they weren't in any of those places. Wnen you and Ulaz started looking around the living room you heard giggling coming from behind one of the couches. You and Ulaz both quietly walked over to where you heard the giggling coming from and you both saw Mur looking up at both of you.

"Mom! Dada!" Mur said happily as Ulaz picked her up.

"Where are your sisters and brother?" You asked Mur.

"Me don't know." Mur said with a smile.

"Are you sure?" Ulaz asked Mur.

"Yeah." Mur said shyly.

Just then, you and Ulaz heard something fall in the kitchen followed by giggling and running and you both knew something was definitely happening. When you and Ulaz walked into the kitchen you both saw Kocho sitting on the counter, eating a cookie out of the cookie jar. You didn't see a chair or anything and you realized that Kocho must have jumped up onto the counter.

"Mama! Dada!" Kocho said as she reached her arms out towards you and Ulaz.

"How did you get on the counter?" You asked Kocho as you picked her up.

"Me and Gev was hungry so me jump on counter where cookie jar was and give Gev cookie while me stay up here." Kocho said happily.

"Kocho, next time you're hungry, could you please just tell me or your father?" You asked Kocho.

"Okay, me will." Kocho said as she finished her cookie.

"I believe the trail of cookie crumbs will lead us to Gev." Ulaz told you.

"Yes, and I should probably clean the crumbs up later." You said as you both followed the cookie crumb trail to the laundry room.

"The trail stops here." Ulaz said as he stood in front of a laundry basket that had towels in it.

"I think I know where Gev is." You said as you heard giggling coming from the laundry basket.

"I'm here mommy!" Gev said as she popped up from under a towel.

"There you are, we were wondering where you were." Ulaz said as he picked Gev up with his other arm and held her.

"Cookie?" Gev asked as she offered her half eaten cookie to Ulaz.

"No thank you, I believe you should finish it." He told Gev politely.

When you and Ulaz went back to the living room you both saw Laz coloring on a blank piece of paper with a purple crayon.

"Laz, were you here the entire time?" You asked Laz curiously.

"No, me went to get paper and crayons." Laz told you before he went back to drawing.

"Well, at least we found them all, but I think that I should move the cookie jar somewhere else." You said as you put Kocho down on the floor.

"Yes, and I will make sure that I won't lose sight of our kits again." Ulaz said as he put Mur and Gev down on the floor.
