It was about seven 'o clock so you and Ulaz were starting to get your kids ready for bed. Their bed time was seven thirty. When you both walked into the living room you saw that your kids were already falling asleep.

"Come on, it's bed time." You told your kids.

"Kay mommy." Gev said as she yawned.

You picked Gev and Kocho up and Ulaz picked Laz and Mur up. As you both carried your kids to the bathroom they each let out a yawn. Once you both got your kids to your bathroom you got their toothbrushes ready. This was their favorite part before bed because they had bubble gum flavored toothpaste and light up toothbrushes. After you and Ulaz brushed Mur, Gev, Laz and Kocho's teeth you both took them to their bedroom.

The first thing you both did was set your kids down on the floor. Then you both changed each of their diapers. Then Ulaz got each of their pajamas out of the dresser. Mur had a pair of fluffy, pink pajamas, Laz had pajamas with birds on them, Kocho had pajamas with hearts and clouds and Gev had pajamas with flowers. Normally your kids would be full of energy before bed, but tonight they were tired from playing out in the snow. Right after you got them into their pajamas you and Ulaz put them in their cribs.

"St-stowy pwease." Kocho said as she yawned.

"Which one?" You asked her.

"Gingew bwead man." Mur said.

You then told them the story of the gingerbread man. Ulaz was interested in this particular story since he found it fascinating that a cookie could come to life. After you finished with the story you saw that Laz, Kocho, Mur and Gev were all fast asleep. You and Ulaz then quietly walked out of their room and cracked the door open.
