🕊️ Chapter-10🕊️

3 Years Later

After coming to America, everything changed in Yoongi's life. He became happy. He came out of his depression. He made new friends. He started to smile more. He opened up completely.

And that's the reason he became successful. Wanna know how much success he earned in this three years?
Here is a little glimpse

"Best Producer of the year award goes to..... Kim Yoongi. Congratulations!!"

"Kim Yoongi once again won the award of Best Songwriter"

"Song of the year award goes to Amygdala by Yoongi!!"

And so on. He became one of the most popular rapper, songwriter, composer and producer.

Now to the present, Yoongi came to the green room after he was finsihed with his last concert.

The staff came and congratulated him for his successful concert. He thanked all of them while removing his coat.

"Yoongi, there is someone who came meet you" Yoongi heard a staff saying. He turned behind and saw a man standing while holding  a big flower bouquet.

Yoongi stood up and immediately went to the person infront of him knowing very well who he is.

"Hyungie" He called and hugged his Hyung. Jin, who was in Korea for the past 1 year due to company work. He just came to America and the first thing he did was meet his younger brother.

Yoongi held onto Jin tightly, feeling a rush of emotions flooding over him. Jin returned the hug just as tightly, his eyes glistening with unshed tears of pride and joy.

"I'm so proud of you, Yoongs," Jin whispered, his voice choked with emotion. "You've come so far, and you've become everything you've ever dreamed of."

Yoongi pulled back slightly to look into Jin's eyes, his own eyes reflecting gratitude and love. "I couldn't have done it without you, Hyung. You've always believed in me, even when I didn't believe in myself."

Jin smiled warmly, brushing a tear from Yoongi's cheek. "You were always destined for greatness, Yoongs. I just helped you see it."

As they stood there, embracing in the warmth of their bond, Yoongi felt a sense of peace wash over him. He knew that no matter where life took him, Jin would always be there by his side, supporting him every step of the way.

"Thank you, Hyung," Yoongi murmured, his voice barely above a whisper. "For everything."

Jin squeezed him gently, his heart overflowing with love for his little brother. "Anytime, Yoongs. Anytime."

"By the way, I didn't came alone. There is someone else too who wants to meet you" Jin said breaking the hug.

Yoongi looked back to see who it was but didn't saw anyone. He looked at his Hyung who was just smiling. "Who Hyung?" He asked

"You can come in" Jin said. And soon Yoongi saw two persons coming inside but he couldn't see them properly cause Jin was standing infront of him.

Jin moved to the side so Yoongi could see them. And as Yoongi saw them, he froze. His eyes filled with tears.

"W..what are you both doing here?" He managed to ask in his shaky voice. He looked at his Hyung and asked, "Hyungie, why are they here?"

"Yoongs, they are here to apologise. They are here to tell you that they are proud of you. They are here to take back their son" Jin said while holding his hand.

"What? No, No. You are joking Hyung. They will never do that. They hate me Hyung!! Mom and Dad hate me!!" Yoongi yelled while shaking his head.

Jin looked at the persons infront of him. Their Mom and Dad who were standing with a guilty expression on their faces. He noticed it and mouthed them to wait outside, he will talk with Yoongi. They both nodded their heads and with a heavy heart, went out.

Jin placed a comforting hand on Yoongi's shoulder, his expression gentle yet firm. "Yoongs, they're here because they've realized their mistakes. They've seen how much you've accomplished, how far you've come, and they want to make things right."

Yoongi's heart pounded in his chest as he struggled to process Jin's words. The idea of his parents actually acknowledging him, let alone apologizing, seemed like a distant dream.

"But... but why now?" Yoongi stammered, his voice barely above a whisper. "Why after all this time?"

Jin sighed, his gaze softening with understanding. "Sometimes, people need time to see things clearly, to understand the impact of their actions. And maybe, just maybe, they've finally realized the kind of incredible person you are, Yoongs."

Tears welled up in Yoongi's eyes as he tried to comprehend the magnitude of what Jin was saying. After years of feeling abandoned and unloved, the possibility of reconciliation with his parents felt both daunting and hopeful.

"Yoongi, they're waiting for you," Jin said gently, his voice filled with encouragement. "It's your choice whether you want to see them or not. But just know that they're here because they want to make amends."

Yoongi took a deep breath, his heart pounding in his chest. He knew that facing his parents wouldn't be easy, that it would reopen old wounds and stir up painful memories. But deep down, a part of him longed for closure, for the chance to heal the rift that had torn their family apart.

With a shaky nod, Yoongi wiped away his tears and squared his shoulders, steeling himself for what lay ahead. "Okay, Hyung," he said, his voice trembling but resolute. "I'll see them."

Jin smiled warmly, squeezing Yoongi's hand in silent support. "I'll be right here with you, Yoongs. No matter what happens, you're not alone."

Jin smiled, "Thanks Yoongs. Let me call them in. Talk with them and try to forgive them. Hmm?" Yoongi nodded his head while wiping his tears.

Jin stepped away briefly to usher their parents into the room, leaving Yoongi to gather his thoughts and emotions. As his parents entered, Yoongi couldn't help but feel a mix of apprehension and longing wash over him.

"Mom, Dad," Yoongi greeted softly, his voice tinged with emotion. His parents looked at him with a mixture of guilt and remorse in their eyes, their expressions reflecting the weight of their past mistakes.

"We're so sorry, Yoongi," his mother began, her voice trembling with emotion. "We were blind to the pain we caused you, to the sacrifices you made. We should have been there for you, supported you, loved you unconditionally."

Yoongi's throat tightened as he listened to his mother's words, the years of hurt and resentment threatening to engulf him. But amidst the pain, he also felt a glimmer of hope, a desire to mend the broken bonds that had torn their family apart.

"Dad, Mom," Yoongi spoke, his voice steady despite the turmoil raging within him. "I've spent so long feeling angry and abandoned. But I realize now that holding onto that anger only hurt me more."

Tears welled up in his parents' eyes as they listened to Yoongi's words, their hearts heavy with regret. "We understand if you can't forgive us, Yoongi," his father said, his voice choked with emotion. "But please know that we love you, and we're here to make things right."

Yoongi took a deep breath, his gaze locking with his parents', his heart heavy yet hopeful. "I want to forgive you," he said softly. "Not just for your sake, but for mine. Because holding onto anger and resentment only poisons my own heart."

His parents nodded, their eyes brimming with tears as they reached out to embrace Yoongi, their arms encircling him in a warm, comforting embrace. In that moment, amidst the tears and apologies, Yoongi felt a sense of peace wash over him, a healing balm for the wounds of the past.

As they stood there, united in love and forgiveness, Yoongi knew that their journey toward reconciliation would be a long and difficult one. But with the love and support of his family by his side, he was ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

And as he looked into the eyes of his parents, Yoongi knew that no matter what trials they faced, they would always be bound together by the unbreakable bonds of family.

"Yah! I am here too!!" Jin reminded. All three of them looked at him and chuckled. His Mom opened her arms and both of them immediately hugged her. Their Dad also joined the hug.

"Complete family, Happy Family. Right Hobi Hyung?" Hoseok nodded his head and looked at his younger (cousin) brother.

They both were standing outside the room witnessing the sweet family having their heartily talks.

"Right Jimin. And I am glad everything sorted out" Jimin nodded his head.

They both looked at the brothers who were now giggling at some thing. A smile came on their lips too.

"You know Hyung, they are like two persons, but one soul" Jimin said. Hoseok nodded his head, "Yup. They are Two bodies, One Soul. Not, Two Souls, One Name"
