Ryu's POV
Currently, I'm walking down past the halls of the castle to guide myself to the indoors sparing room. Obi told me that Kiroyuki was training to get herself back into shape with her swordplay and archery and that he too will be there later. I honestly never been to the indoor sparing room.... I guess it's a first..... At least Obi wrote down the instructions on this piece of parchment paper...

As a few minutes passed by within the world of ours, I came to wonder about yesterday's events.

'I wonder what happened to Kiroyuki..... Was the lack of sleep getting to her or is she worrying about Hyoushou? Who is Hanayuki?.... I remember her saying the name "Hanayuki" in her sleep.... What was she dreaming of.... Or rather, was she having a nightmare?.... I don't think I should pry on it.... If she's comfortable to tell me then she will do it on her own will.'

I stopped in my tracks and came across a two large and grand doors of such extravagant engravings. I looked onto the parchment of paper and back up to the doors. Sighing, I pushed open the door to an alternative room of square marble tiles and large and tall white columns that held up the ceiling. The whole entire room was expanded in its length and width and had a large outdoor balcony with open ends. You can clearly see from the outside with no doors and such wide opening.

"One. Two. Three. Four. Dodge anddd strike! Back! Position and lift! Left, right, left and done!"

My eyes diverted from the beauty of the sparing room and to the small form a girl training. Immediately, I knew it was Kiroyuki that showed excellent form. Even if I don't know anything about swordsmanship, I know that she's super good. I stared at awe for her performance and held wide eyes.

"Yo Ryu! I know you're by the door even with my back facing towards you." I jumped and flinched as she turned her head to me with her twin tails shifting in motion. She smirked at me playfully and turned her body fully towards me with one of her hands on her hip and the other holding onto a wooden sword.

"H-hey Kiroyuki..." I closed the doors carefully and took a few steps down the small stairs and onto the sparing platform of large squares. I stood in front of Kiroyuki and saw her gracious smile of glee.

"So whatcha doing here for Ryu? I believe this is a first for you to be in here, right?" I nodded my head and looked at my surroundings and back to Kiroyuki.

"Yeah. I've never been I here...." I nervously avoided eye contact with Kiroyuki and turned my head sideways to hide majority of my flush face. "Obi told me that you were "getting in shape" in the sparing room and decided to check it out.... A-and to see your training..."

Kiroyuki giggled softly and lightly like an angel which made me blush. I faced towards her properly to see her eyes closed and her hand over her mouth as she giggled in delight.

"S-sorry!" She claimed herself down and cleared her throat before looking into my eyes with a gaze that can make anyone flush in awe or amusement. "I'm flatter that you want to see my training!"

She cutely cocked her head to her right and gave a closed eye smile with a lace of enjoyment and kindness.

"Obi told me that he would also come here later.... Did he come by earlier and left before I came or did he not?" She hummed in thought and lifted her chin into the air then set her eyes at the same level as mines.

"Well he did come by earlier than you but had to leave real quick for some kind of errand."

I sweat dropped and felt like I knew what the "errand" Obi had to do was. I bet it was to tell me that Kiroyuki was in the sparing room and to give us some time alone before coming back.......

I sighed out physically and mentally which made Kiroyuki look at me in questioning.

"Never mind....." She nodded her head and after a few seconds of silence passed by, Kiroyuki jumped in founding achievement.

"Oh! I have an idea!" I stared at Kiroyuki's strange pose of her pointing to the sky with a proud look of her idea and turned to face me with a smirk. I flinched and gulped in questioning to whether to fear of her idea or not.

"W-what is your i-idea?...." She continued to smirk then whipped the wooden sword in her hands in such ways that it seemed like the sword was a blur of a fast spinning windmill. She threw the wooden sword up and continued to stare at me. I looked up to the sky as the sword reached its climax and started descending downwards with twirls in the air.

"Kiroyuki-" I was cut off when the sword was caught in Kiroyuki's grasps without her looking up to catch it. I was left with wide eyes and an agape mouth in awe and shock. Once the sword was in her hands, she whipped it besides her as if she was slashing the air on half.

"H-how did you do that K-kiroyuki?! Y-you didn't l-look at the s-sword...." She gave an innocent smile and walked closer to me. I felt myself tense up of not knowing her intentions are gulped. She stopped closely in front of me and grinned.

"I will teach you how to use a sword and hero to draw your bow!" I blinked a few times to process what she said and jumped.

"W-what?!" She tilted her head to the side and gave a nervous chuckle.

"What's with the late reaction?...." I blushed and shook my head and looked into her bright and passionate eyes.

"B-but, I don't know a-anything about f-fighting..... I'm probably w-weaker than y-you..."

"Huh?... Of course you're weaker than me." I was struck by lightning and held a shock face.

'Is this how Zen feels like to get shot by lightning?...'

She giggled a slight bit and cleared her throat. "That doesn't mean that you don't have potential! I think you'll be quite strong to be honest! When you clean out the storage rooms, you have to carry large boxes and a tons of books every second you have! Even that would build the slightest bit of muscles!" She lightly punched my left shoulder which made me blush in embarrassment.

"So are you up for the challenge? You've helped me with my herb studies so I want to help you with fighting! It's like my specialty!" She still held onto that bright smile of hope and assurance with beauty and grace laced on it. I smiled kneeling that I'll be in good hands and that maybe learning how to fight from Kiroyuki is an honor.

"S-sure. Why not. I'm honored." I felt stupid for stuttering but she excitedly smiled and nodded her head.

"Good! Now... Shall we get to work?" She played with the wooden sword for a it while staring into my eyes with a smile and I nodded my head.

"Yes. I'm ready..." (For promotion! Eh! You get it or no? *slap*.... Sorry)

"Perfect! I love the spirit!" She smiled widely and took her free hand into mines as a small blush crept its way to my cheeks with a small burning passion.

'I fallen for you..... Kiroyuki.....'
