13.
Anakin looked at himself in the mirror of the bathroom on the Millennium Falcon. He heard them speaking outside. Anakin didn't mind Obi-Wan teaching Luke, Anakin was never the teaching type.
He stared at his scruffy beard and itched it. He was suddenly so angry at everything. How could (Y/N) be able to commit all these crimes? He doesn't know what she did, but he could tell it was horrific. Every crime, every life she took it all added into her pain like points on a scoreboard. He had to save her, why wouldn't she let him save her?
He saw a razor on the counter. It must be Han's and Anakin didn't want to think about it too much. It didn't take long before the razor was on his face, shaving the beard that made him look like a hermit. A beard was apart of Anakin Starkiller, Anakin Skywalker hated beards.
He splashed water on his face, and stared ar himself. Clean shaven for the first time in too long. He hoped Han didn't mind too much, but he also didn't care.
He walked out of the bathroom and put himself back into the action. Han had just entered from the cock pit and was sitting, relaxed in his chair. Luke had just begun his lightsaber training with (Y/N)'s lightsaber. The training droid shot at him and Luke held his leg.
"You're not feeling it." Anakin entered, "A Jedi can feel the force flowing through him."
"You mean it controls your actions?" Luke asked.
"In a way. But it also obeys your commands." Anakin shared.
"Didn't you have a-?" Han asked, staring at Anakin's face. But then Luke was hit again in the hip and Han found himself laughing, "Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side." Han chuckled.
"You don't believe in the Force do you?" Luke asked, shutting down (Y/N)'s lightsaber.
"Kid, I've flown from one side of the galaxy to the other. I've seen a lot of strange stuff, but I've never seen something that made me believe there was one all powerful Force controlling everything." Han explained. "There's no mystical field of energy that controls my destiny. It's all a lot of simple tricks and nonsense." Anakin and Obi-Wan only shook their heads. If only he was intelligent enough during the days of the Clone Wars, then he would know. When Anakin was younger he would find a way to prove it to him, but Anakin didn't need to prove anything anymore.
"I suggest you try it again, Luke." Obi-Wan changed the subject, he turned around to grab a helmet that had an attached blast shield. "And act on instinct."
"What? But the blast shields are down, how am I supposed to fight?" Luke asked, he thought old Obi-Wan was joking.
"Your eyes can deceive you. Don't trust them." Obi-Wan told him simply. Something Anakin had heard a million times from his former master.
"Alright.." Luke said, uncomfortably, then reignited the saber in his hands. The training droid floated a bit. Then shot... And hit Luke's left shoulder. "Ow!"
"Stretch out with your feelings." Anakin butted in, "I know it sounds ridiculous, I didn't think I could either at first but trust me, you can."
Luke let out a sigh and let his shoulders relax. Then Luke felt the muscles in his bicep begin to tingle. The training droid gave Luke three blasts, but he was ready. Luke's saber absorbed all three of them, not a single one went into his skin.
"See! I knew you could do it!" Anakin smiled, clapping his son on the shoulder.
"I call it 'luck.'" Han rolled his eyes.
"In my experience there's no such thing as luck." Obi-Wan said.
"Look, good against remotes is one thing, good against the living? That's something else." Han gave a charming smile.
"Well that's the real trick, isn't it?" Anakin repeated the phrase Han had said only hours before with an exhale of breath. A beeping was displayed on the navi-computer which indicated that they would be coming out of hyper space. Han and Chewie left the room and left the passengers on their own.
"You know, I think I did feel something. It was like I almost could see the remote." Luke told them with happiness.
"That's good!" Obi-Wan smiled at the young boy. Then they went to join the others in the cock pit.

Back on the Death Star Lady Majka stands in Grand Moff Tarkin's office. She had just tried prying to see if he was really going to kill the princess.
"But she could be of some use to us." Majka offered.
"Lady Majka?" Tarkin stared up from his work, "I have never known you to step away from killing anything. Perhaps the Emperor should hear about this.."
"Not necessary." Majka back tracked, "I was only pointing out the reason. Perhaps she gave us false information, or knows more. It would be beneficial to keep a Rebel here as long as they are still breathing."
"I've worked with the Princess before. She's feisty, strange-humored, and against the reign of the Empire. But if there's one thing she isn't it's a liar, I know that much." Tarkin told Majka.
Before the two could finish their conversation they were interrupted by another Admiral joining them.
"My scout ships have reached Dantooine." He reported, "They found remains of a Rebel base but one that seems to have been deserted for some time. They are now conducting an extensive search around the surrounding systems." Then he leaves.
Majka looks at Tarkin who stays in shock. Majka folds her arms in an "I told you so." pose.
"She lied.." Tarkin sat confused then quickly shot up, "She lied to us!"
"I told you." Majka stated, "That girl will never consciously betray the Rebellion."
"Terminate her, immediately." Tarkin demanded.
Majka stood there. She had said all the wrong things, she could never be a Mother. She stood there for a moment as Tarkin stared expectantly.
"Majka." Tarkin snapped her back to reality.
"As you wish." Majka pulled her strings, all she was was merely a puppet and she had multiple puppeteers pulling her strings.

"That a boy, Chewie. Here we go, cut off the sub-light engines." Han commanded while simultaneously shutting off the hyper drive.
Coming out, immediately they felt the shake. It wasn't like being hit by blaster fire but as if they were to skid across a rocky pavement.
"What the?" Han complained. Chewie groaned in detest.
"Looks like we came out of hyperspace in the middle of some kind of meteor shower?" Han looked around surveying his obstacles and doing the best he could to weave through the incredible amount of rock, "Like an astroid collision; but it's not on any of the charts?"
"What's going on?" Luke asked, followed by Anakin and Obi-Wan who heard all the ruckus.
"Our position it correct except there's no Alderaan." Han looked around, truly confused.
"What do you mean? Where is it?" Luke asked in confusion.
"That's what I'm trying to tell you, kid, it ain't there. It's been totally blown away." Han said, beginning to busy himself in other tasks. He brought them to Alderaan, technically.
"What? How?" Luke asked in disbelief. How could anything destroy an entire planet into this much dust and debris.
"The Empire." Obi-Wan said, hearing himself think.
"A star fleet couldn't blow up an entire planet. It would've taken thousand ships with more fire power than I've-." Han pointed out during his maneuvers. But suddenly a beeping began, fast and loud, "There's another ship coming in." Han announced checking the scanners.
With no hesitation, Anakin could feel it. He didn't need to check the scanners. "It's an Imperial fighter."
"It followed us!" Luke thought, scared to be arrested.
"No, it's a short range fighter." Anakin noticed, staring at the ship making as it flew above them.
"There aren't any bases around here. Where'd it come from?" Han asked, suspicious of what kind of trouble he was getting himself into. He started to follow it.
"It sure is leaving in a big hurry. And if they identify us we're in big trouble." Luke said, on the edge of his seat. Oh, how he wanted the power to do something, anything. His whole life he's just felt like he's been the one watching the movie and yelling at the characters to make the right decisions.
"Not if I can help it. Chewie, jam its transmissions." Han ordered, and Chewbacca began his work.
"You might as well let it go." Obi-Wan suggested, "It's too far out of range."
"Not for long." Han kicked up his speed.
"A fighter that size couldn't get this deep into space on its own.." Anakin started thinking. He worried about the Empire for than anything in his life.
"Well, he must've gotten lost. Been part of a convoy or something?" Luke furrowed his brow.
"Well he ain't going to be around long enough to tell anybody." Han said, keeping his determination to keep after the TIE fighter.
"Look at him, he's heading for that small moon." Luke pointed at it.
"That's no moon." Anakin whispered. The connection was so strong here. The darkness was overwhelming, "That's a space station."
