Paul Lahote- Rain (h)
It wasn't difficult to see the differences in people's lives.
Some people preferred the hustle and bustle of the city whilst others opted to live in a quieter area.
Certain people weren't fans of going out and making a day of something whereas different people would rather spend their time exploring or sightseeing.
You'd lived in Forks all your life, and La Push was only half an hour drive away so moving there with Paul wasn't a difficult thing to do.
The weather would always be a deciding factor for you and Paul when it came to if the two of you were going to go out.
When you woke up in the morning, you woke up to the sound of rain hitting the windows and the roof of your house.
Groaning you rolled over to Paul and you cuddled up to him, still being slightly half asleep.
Your boyfriend chuckled as he wrapped his arm around your shoulder.
"Good morning to you too Baby," he greeted with his voice laced with sleep.
"It's raining," you told him with a pout on your face.
Paul smiled at your actions before pressing a kiss to your forehead. "That's nothing new for La Push Baby."
"But I wanted to go to Emily's place today," you complained at him.
Slowly Paul sat up from bed, leaving you lying on your side. "We can just have a day in," he reasoned with you as he leant down to kiss you gently.
Sometimes you could go out in the rain, but it seemed pretty torrential and there was just no point in going out.
"You know as well as I do that if we go out in that, you'll get sick."
You nodded in agreement with Paul. "Just because you can't get sick doesn't mean you can act all smug."
He chuckled, getting out of bed and you unashamedly admired you boyfriend in only his boxers – why on earth wouldn't you?
Of course, he knew your eyes were on him and a smirk was on his face as he looked at you.
"You know it's all yours Baby," he joked with you. "You could even take a picture if you want."
Rolling your eyes, you threw your pillow at him causing him to burst out laughing as he launched the pillow back at you.
You stuck your tongue out at Paul before he disappeared into the bathroom, shedding his boxers as he walked and throwing them towards you on the bed.
It wasn't unusual for you and Paul to act so childish sometimes – the two of you always joked around together, and Paul never failed to make you laugh which was one of the things that you loved so much about him.
By the time Paul was out of the shower, you had gotten up and thrown one of his shirts over yourself before heading downstairs to make the both of you something to eat.
Whilst you were stood in the kitchen, you leant back against the counter and stared out the two patio doors at the rain that was absolutely chucking it down.
Paul came downstairs and pulled you into his arms. "Aren't I a lucky guy to have you to cook for me," he joked as he kissed you again.
You smiled up at him. "Clearly you knew what you were doing when you met me."
Your boyfriend shook his head, holding you tightly in his arms and pressing a kiss to the top of your head. "Nah Baby, this was decided for us and you know it."
Giggling, you nodded in agreement with him. "Guess I'm the lucky one to have been imprinted on."
"It was the best thing to happen to me Baby," he told you sincerely. "And I wouldn't want to spend my rainy days with anyone else."
