this is my topaz setting:

for those of you who dont know topaz clean: it is a photoshop plug-in that gives your image a smooth texture thus, making it "hd". you can download it from www.topazlabs.com and you can search up a serial key for that. i think i got mine somewhere in tumblr, i can't remember where.

tip: you can adjust the sharpness and the strength according to your likes :)
