Announcer:Attention all players logged in on Gun Gale Online.Beginning today at 14:00,we're hosting the team battle royale tournament, Squad Jam!23 teams will enter the battlefield and only one shall remain.

Kise:I'm gettin hyped!

Azure: Same here. This is gonna be fun!

Announcer: Squad Jam! Game Start!

Kise:Locked and loaded.

Our black surroundings disappeared revealing us in the ruined city.

Kise:Oh? Really putting us dead smack in the middle.

Kise pulled up the map and checked the scan.

Kise: We got a team northeast of us. They have no teams near them. My best bet is that they'll probably come to us.

Azure:I see. Well, might as well get into position. Can't have us standing out here in the open waiting to get pumped of lead. How bout you go into the building next to us while I go to the smaller adjacent one.

Kise nodded as he ran into a building while I dashed into the adjacent one and made my way to the rooftop. I crouched down and pulled my binos out.

Kise:I have a pretty wide field of view.It anyone comes,I'll see it.Be careful though,that squad might be waiting for the next scan.

Azure: Rog. Standing by.

I laid down on the rooftop and stared at the sky before inspecting my gear. My body was hyped. Adrenaline was building in my veins as I awaited our first combat scenario. Then Kise said the magic words.

Kise:Players spotted!

I jumped up and looked over the edge of the building with my binocs. A full group of six. Two M40 snipers, one MK14 DMR, and three different ARs. I watched as they tactically made their way towards some far away gunfire. I ran in the direction of their flank and leapt off the building as I threw a small disk onto the ground. The disc slowed my fall so I didn't hurt myself. I made my way towards the group until I was following behind them. I raised my comms to signal Kise.

Azure: Take out the DMR.

Kise: Affirmative. Adjusting sights.....firing.

A loud crack resounded as the DMR player dropped to the floor as I sat up from cover and fired my Scar gunning down two of the AR players before we engaged in combat. Kise fired another round killing one of the snipers as the last AR player fired on my position before getting into cover I peeked from cover and advanced towards the player. I quickly hid behind a destroyed car when the other sniper player fired on my position. I stood back up seeing the AR player peeking from out of cover as I fired and clipped him in the head as he recoiled back onto the ground. The sniper popped out and fired on me only for a bullet to explode his head as he tried to go back into cover.

Azure: All tangos down. Let's regroup.

Kise:Copy that, heading your way now.

I waited at the entrance of the ruined building for Kise as he walked out with his sniper in hand.

Kise:Ha! Those guys didn't even know what hit them!

Kise gave me a fist bump.

Azure: Good shit as always. Let's get out of here. Your sniper is loud enough for the whole damn server to hear.

Kise:Yep. And it's the last things players hear before their missing a piece of their body.

I chuckled as we checked the satellite scan.

Kise:Hm......It seems that there's a couple of teams near us and one in the forest.Looks like it's LLENN's team.

I checked the map and saw "LM" in the forest.

Azure:Well,let's go.

Kise:Wait!

Kise stopped me only to have a bullet pierce his chest.I watched as Kise fell to the ground.

Azure:Kise!

I grabbed Kise as bullet began flying towards us with some smoke grenades.

Azure:Shit! Gotta find a place to dig in.

I ran through the smoke as bullets struck my leg and arms.I finally made it into an abandoned grocery store. I set Kise down and pulled out my small medkit.

Azure:I only have 5 syringes so once you use this we'll only have the three you brought.

Kise:Yeah......thanks.

Kise began to heal himself as he chuckled.

Kise:That was a 308.Thank god I'm wearing a good bulletproof plate.

Kise continued to heal himself as I kept a lookout.

Kise:I'm gonna be out of commission for awhile.This is bad.I'm sorry Y/N,I should've been more careful.I predicted that the next team near us was farther than I initially thought.

Azure: I'm going ahead. Place some claymores for me,will ya?

Kise:You can't take them on by yourself.

Azure:Heh,I find your lack of faith, disturbing.

Kise stared at me before laughing.

Kise: Well, go get em then.

I nodded leapt over the counter as I loaded my Scar.

The squad that tried to take out the "TWO" team was now nearing the convenience store.Three DMRs,Two SMGs, and one shotgun.

Player: Stay close....they could be anywhere.

The squad slowly approached the convenience store as one guy opened the door only to see two laser at his feet.

*BOOM!*

Player:What the?!

The players turned to see their shotgun friend laying on the ground with a dead logo above his avatar.

Player2:There!

Azure stood up from the roof and fired down at the squad taking out one DMR guy before they rained bullets at his position. Azure backed up and threw a semtex.

DMR Player: GRENADE!

Azure jumped off the side of the building and peek around the side killing another DMR player that couldn't get to cover in time. Azure quickly left the side of the store and double-backed around the store dashing towards the SMG player and shooting his stomach with his Deagle as his friends turned around only for them to be shot in the head in rapid succession. Azure looked all around and saw no more enemies as he entered the convenience store.

A TV showed off Y/N's feats as a group of school girls watched in awe.

Girl1: Wow! Look at him go!

Girl2: To think, this is who we were up against. You were incredible Mr.Y/N!

Y/N looked at the screen and scratched his head in slight embarrassment.

Y/N: It's nothing special really....
