"Well, well, look who is trying look like us," Charles sneered, looking at my hair in disgust.

I rolled my eyes in response. Ashely look at Charles and shook her head as if trying to say 'let me do the talking' before turning to look at me.

"You're Hunter's friend aren't you? Charles told me," Ashely asked nicely.

I just nodded my head in response as I was at a loss for words. Why is she being so nice to me?!

"You're actually quite pretty," Ashely continued.

Glad you noticed, two-faced bitch.

"But, you're always stealing Hunter away from me," Ashely stated while pouting.

"Can you, by any chance, ask Hunter to go on a date with me tomorrow? I tried asking him but he says no," She continues doing her ugly sad face.

I hesitated for a moment before asking,

"What do I get in return?"

"Hmm... Charles won't bother you anymore, right boo?"

Boo? What kind of nickname is that?!
Ashely turn her head to look at Charles, smiling her fake smiles. Charles rolled her eyes before nodding, faking a smile.

Wow Charles, You left me just to be friends with Ashely and become one of her dogs? Nice job bimbo.

"It's a deal then," She says before walking past me and bumping my shoulder purposefully in the process. Charles follows behind, staring daggers at me.

A bitch stays a bitch.

After my last lesson has ended, I heaved a sigh of relieve. Finally! I thought to myself. I put my books all in my locker and before closing and locking it.

I step out of school and began walking home. I heard someone running up to me so I turn around and saw Hunter. I gave him a grin and waited for him. Once he catch up to me, we began walking.

"I thought you took your car to school?" I asked, curiously.

"My car broke down," He replied, shrugging his shoulders.

" Can I sleep over at your place again? I don't feel like going home," He asked, his eyes filled with sadness.

I nodded. I wanted to asked him why but by the look on his face, he doesn't seem to want to talk about it. So I changed the subject.

"Your girlfriend wants to go on a date with you,"

Hunter groaned and shook his head.

"I've already said no to her and she literally asked my mom to bribe me to come with her,"

"Please? At least do it for me. Charles won't bother me anymore," I asked, sounding hopeful.

He look at me and sighed, "Fine, but you have to come,"

"I don't want to be a third wheeler!" I said.

"You can go with that pizza guy, I don't care," He stated.

I nodded and continued to walk in silence. When we had reach my house, we walked in and saw my parents in the kitchen. I smiled at them while Hunter waved. They smiled and continued their talking. We walked up towards my bedroom

"Have you forgiven me about yesterday night?" Hunter said for the second time.

"Hmm... Nope," I jokingly said.

"Do you remember what I said during English lesson? I said 'I would have chase you around the house until you say you forgiven me'," Hunter smirked.

I stared at him bewildered. But when realization hit me, My eyes widen and I began running towards my bedroom. Hunter followed closely behind me. We were like little kids again. Just when I reached inside my bedroom, Hunter LITERALLY jump on me and we both fell hard on the wooden floor. I hit my head hard on it and I groaned in pain.

"Ow...Puppy! You stupid shit! Why would you jump on me!" I snapped, glaring at him who was on top of me.

"Sorry Kitty," Hunter mumbled softly.

"What? I can't hear you," I said, childishly.

Hunter, who was still on top of me, sighed and look at me in the eyes.

"I said I am..." Hunter stopped and leaned in closer making my breath hitched.

"Sorry," He finishes.

I opened my mouth to say something when my mom interrupted.

"Kids! Come down! We are going to have a movie night!" My mom gushed excitedly.

Hunter and me chuckled and we faced each other.

"Get off me you fatty," I exclaimed.

Hunter got off me and stood up, lending me a hand. I eyed him warily and decide whether I should take his hand or not.

"Come on, We don't have all day! I won't let go of you, promise," Hunter said, smiling.

I grabbed his hand and he help me out. I feel the throbbing pain on my head and I winced. Hunter looked concern but I just smiled telling him I'm okay. We went down and I smelled popcorns and I saw that my parents were waiting for us. When they saw us, my mom smiled smugly at me while my dad smirk. I send them a death glare in which they returned it with a laugh. Hunter and I laughed along with them. We both sat on the same couch while my mom and dad sat on the other.

"So, what do you two want to watch?" My dad asked, handing me the bag of popcorns.

"Frozen 2!" I yelled excitedly while taking the popcorn bag.

"Ew... No, let's watch the Avengers, End Game," Hunter suggested.

"What do you mean ew? Frozen 2 is like, damn good. Better than End Game," I said, crossing my arms.

"Frozen 2 is for kids!" Hunter whined.

"Alright you two, we don't have all day. Just choose which one to watch first and we watch the others second," My mom insisted.

We both stared at each other without blinking our eyes. About a minute, Hunter eyes became watery and he blinked. I punch the air in enjoyment and Hunter just smiled cutely at me. He's smile always just warm my heart.

"Frozen 2 it is," My dad said, chuckling at our silliness.

After about 5 straight hours of watching movies nonstop, my eyes felt heavy and my eye lids close as I lean on Hunter's shoulder.

"Kitty, let's go to bed," Hunter said, waking me up.

"Why can't you just carry me?" I whined and snuggled on his chest.

"Because your heavy so let's go," Hunter said, grabbing my hand leading me towards my bedroom.

When we reached, I immediately dive into the bed and sighed happily as I felt the cushion on my back. I heard Hunter chuckled as he lay down beside me.

"Goodnight kitty, love you," Hunter said, smiling. When he saw my reaction he continued, "as a friend,"

"Goodnight Puppy.... Love you too," I replied, my last three words barely audible.

Little did I noticed that I meant it as more than friends
