so.. y'all have probably heard the news already...

i just wanna tell my thoughts here...

if you happen to know someone who is suffering from depression, pls be there beside them. listen.

that's all you have to do, encourage them, tell them ending your life isn't a way to end the pain.

tell them how much they mean to you. comfort them, remind them of the things hey love to do.

depression isn't a thing to joke about or to think about it as a joke itself if you haven't experienced it yet.

depression should be taken seriously, it's not smth easy to "get over with", like most people say.

yes, they might be smiling. but you don't know anything about behind it.

pls be someone they can relay to, someone to talk to. :))

ps. it reminded me of my friend, her mother died so she moved to our province. she's sort of mad @ her dad for marrying someone else and she later found out that her dad has a disease. and like i was legit crying while we were on the fourth floor of the sch building. and how ppl were blaming her as the cause of her mother's death. how more can ppl be dumb??????? her mother died bcs of giving birth to her sister how tf does that connect to her???? just wanna share it. sorry for making this chapter too long.
