Volume two. 

I sighed walking through the door hearing loud ass music and something being knocked over, I walked in seeing Kee and his friends. His friend Face was chasing Kreed while his other friend Benji rolled up and his other friend Reem was in the kitchen going through the refrigerator. 

"Imma curse all y'all out as soon as I come back." I spoke getting their attention.

"Hey ba-"

"Save it." I held my hand up locking the door going to the bathroom. 

I used it then washed my hands, I walked back out seeing they was all sitting on the couch like I didn't see the mess they made before I walked in. Kreed stood up stumbling to me as I picked him up, he grabbed both sides of my face giving me wet kisses.

"You missed me mommies baby?" I smiled as he kept kissing me.

"Aight lil nigga." Kee grabbed him from me putting him down kissing me on my lips. 

"So let me just curse y'all out because I'm hungry." I spoke turning off the music. "When y'all walk through my door, take y'all shoes off. I don't give a fuck if y'all feet stink, don't got socks on, or nothing. Take em off."

"I told them baby." Kee spoke grabbing my waist as they all started taking they shoes off.

"Nigga, you got ya shoes on." Benji smacked his teeth putting his can on the table. 

"You see that coaster? I didn't buy those for them to sit next to your drink. Are you going to pay for my glass table when you scratch it up?" 

"My bad." He laughed as him and Reem grabbed a coaster. 

"Last thing, you see him? He's a toddler, he puts shit in his mouth so don't leave shit like this-" I picked up a wrap. "On the ground and is this a pill on the floor? Really Keohn?" 

"Oh shit, my bad." Kee picked it up stuffing it in a bag filled with other pills. "I don't even know how that got out." 

"Y'all gon make me fuck y'all up if my baby accidentally pop a pill." I glared at all of them while they apologized. 

I walked in the kitchen as he turned the music back on, I looked in the refrigerator seeing Keohn sat out multiple meats. I furrowed my eyebrows, I don't know what he thought I was but I wasn't about to cook multiple things after coming from work. 

"Why did you set out so many meats?" I asked him. 

"I couldn't decided what I wanted to eat." 

"That don't mean sit everything out, go decide what you want to eat before you be eating a hot pocket." 

"Tacos."

"What kind?" 

"Can I say beef and steak?" 

"Just because I want both too." I spoke making him chuckle as I took out the ground beef and the rest of the seasonings.

"Lemme talk to you in the room real quick." Kee said making me furrow my eyebrows as I followed him. "I told Face he could stay for a few days." 

"Shouldn't that been discussed with me before you decided that?" 

"His mother kicked em out, we got a extra room. You know how it feel to be kicked out, don't do that Spence." 

"I'm not saying he can't, you know I love Face like he's a brother but I just would have liked to be included in the decision."

"You know your soft ass was gon say yes but I'll run everything by you next time." 

"All I ask." I spoke as he leaned down to kiss me. 

"Ma!" I heard Kree yell crying. 

"What are y'all doing to my baby?" I walked in the living room to see him and Face was wrestling.  

"Ain't no ma, you should of never threw nothing in my face." Face yelled picking him up and slamming him on the couch as he laughed. 

"Whoop his lil bad ass Face." Kee laughed. "They be jumping me, ain't gon be no jumping for a few days since Face here." 

"Yeah, okay." I scoffed grabbing my baby walking in the kitchen. I handed him my phone to watch whatever he wanted to while I made the food. 

In the middle of making everything, Reem and Benji left leaving. I put the soft and hard shells in the over then taking them out after a minute so they wouldn't get burned. I called Face and Kee in the kitchen so they could make they tacos after I made mine and Kree's. 

"Here." I handed Kree a soft taco sitting him on the floor so he wouldn't spill anything on the couch. 

"Dank you." He smiled eating with his hands.

"You welcome baby." I kissed his cheek sitting on the couch. "Can one of y'all bring me a grape soda?" 

Face handed me my grape soda sitting on the other couch while Kee sat next to me, they turned on the t.v while I ate looking up new recipes to try. When we was finished Keohn cleared Kree and I dish while I sat back waiting for him to come back. 

"This look good? Should I try it?" I asked Keohn showing him my phone so he can look at the cheese steak rolls. 

"Yeah, when you gon try it?" 

"Tomorrow, I'll buy everything tomorrow since I don't got work." 

"Can you make me breakfast in the morning? I gotta do that ACT makeup shit." 

"Yeah, Imma just have to get up early and go to the store, we don't have any breakfast food." 

"You really living the life yo." Face said making us look at him. "This some shit you supposed to have when you old with ya wife, y'all really goals."

"She know she my bitch." Kee said wrapping him arm around my waist to pull me closer. 

"You showing off in front of company." I looked at him. "If anything you're my bitch."

"Who really showing off baby?" He smirked making me laugh. 

"You got it." I surrendered. 

"I know what I got." He gripped my face kissing me. "This my baby."

"You too touchy feely today." I laughed as he kept pecking my lips until Kreed jumped on the couch moving him face kissing me. "Tell him you the only man who can put lips on mommy." 

"You wouldn't be here without me lil nigga." He plucked him making Kreed punch him. 

"Kee stop before you have him fighting other kids." 

"He a boy." He looked at me.

"So what? He don't gotta be a bully." I said cradling my baby rocking him side to side. 

"So how long I could stay?" Face asked. 

"Take that up with Spence, she run everything." Kee said making me roll my eyes. 

"You could stay as long as you want." I answered. 

"I don't wanna overstay my welcome-"

"I've been pregnant and kicked out sleeping on people couches and floors, you're good Saheed." I spoke calling him by his real name. 

"Shit, you could rent that room out and live here so you don't feel like you overstaying anything." Kee said. 

"Or you could do that." I nodded. "We rotate paying the rent each month so you can do that or decide to pay for food and cleaning supplies." 

"What you mean you rotate?" 

"I pay the rent this month while he pay for food and cleaning supplies so if you join, you'll pay rent while Kee pay for food and I'll pay for cable and WiFi." 

"Oh that's dope, yeah let's do that." Face agreed. "I just gotta pay off somebody then we could start that up." 

"It's a plan." I smiled. 

"Aight so what's the rules?" He asked. "This still y'all house so I wanna know what can I do and can't do?" 

"Nigga stop looking at me, take all this up with Spencer. She run everything." Keohn said again making me laugh.

"I just have simple rules. Shoes off at the door, use my coasters, if you gon smoke do it in the bathroom or outside but Kreed can't inhale it, if you wanna bring girls home I'm cool with it just make sure my son isn't around and they stay in your room unless she have to go to the bathroom, if she ya girlfriend then that don't apply." 

"Face don't do girlfriends, he smash then pass." Kee laughed. 

"Shut up bitch." Face laughed. 

"Last thing, no cursing round him. He repeats everything and we already had to come to the school cause of what Keohn?" 

"Lil nigga called some girl a silly bitch." Kee laughed making Face laugh. 

"After I left him with y'all so no cursing or saying stuff around him that he could repeat." 

"Aight, I could dig it." He nodded. 

"Imma go clean the guest room out, Kreed go get ready for bath." I spoke making him start crying. 

"Son, you do this every night nobody wanna hear that shit." Kee said as Kreed had a full blown fit. "Kreed."

"This your son, he get not washing up from your dirty self." 

"You don't wash up son?" Face asked laughing. 

"I do bitch." Kee said making me hit him. "My bad but Imma go wash em up then I'm leaving."

"Where you going?" I frowned. 

"Me and Face gotta bust some moves, I'll be back before you go to sleep." 

"Okay." I nodded going to clean the guest room.

"I seen baby daddy this morning, he finally back in school?" My best friend, Brenda, asked as I sat down at the table. 

"He gotta take that ACT makeup test." I spoke eating the muffin I made this morning. 

"My sister saw him and Face yesterday in some girls face." Meeka said making me look at her. 

"Why you always feel like you gotta report something back to her?" Brenda asked staring at her blankly. 

"Because I'm her friend." She gave her the same face. "If my boyfriend was in bitches face I would want to know so I'm telling her."

"Knowing your hoe ass sister, she was probably one of them." My other friend Madi said making us laugh. 

"I'm not worried about Kee wandering off." I waved her off. 

"I still had to tell you." She spoke making me nod. 

I looked around the cafeteria missing my baby, he was getting a cold and I just wanted to cuddle with him. I was thinking about going to pick him up from school but I'll let him stay there so I could go food shopping. I got interrupted from my thoughts because someone was standing above me, I saw it was Face sister. 

"Hey, my brother came by your house yesterday right?" She asked. 

"Yeah." I said making her sigh in relief.

"He wasn't answering my calls last night and this morning so I was a lil scared." 

"He and Kee was out all late yesterday so by time I left he was still knocked out." I told her as she rolled her eyes. "If you wanna see him, you could come home with me after school." 

"Really? Thank you." She smiled. "I'll meet you by the exit." 

"Face spent the night? Why you ain't tell me I would've popped up." Meeka spoke making us laugh. 

"Bitch, you won't come visit my son but will come for Face?" I asked.

"Last time I saw Kreed, he punched me in my face. I don't want them problems no more, you could keep his bad ass." 

"My baby not bad." I defended him. 

"Mothers love saying this." Madi said. "Whole time they defending Chucky and shit." 

"Leave my Godchild alone, he just misunderstood." Brenda said making us laugh. "I miss my baby, I gotta get him one day when I'm off work."

"Bitch, you always working." Meeka said. 

"I gotta secure the bag sis." She winked. "I bought him some clothes though, I'm off today maybe y'all could come over." 

"Or maybe you could come spend time with your godson and let him try on his clothes while I cook?" 

"No, Face live with y'all now." 

"Girl, you still got this crush on him?" Meeka asked. "You done had this crush since we was in 5th grade, if you don't go ride that boy face." 

"Shut up." She glared at her making me laugh. 

"Face and Kee be out all night anyway, just come please. I be bored." I spoke.

"Fine, I'll meet you after school." She rolled her eyes making me smile.

"How was the test baby?" I asked walking to his car. 

"Shit was easy and irrelevant as fuck."

"As least you did it, I picked up your work from the rest of your classes. You have to turn them in tomorrow."

"Thank you." He kissed me. 

"I need money to go pick some things up." I held out. 

"Say please daddy." He pulled out some money counting through it. 

"You thought." I laughed snatching the whole stack out his hand. "We're having company over." 

"Who? Not that bitch Meeka right?"

"Stop calling her out her name." 

"I don't like that bitch, she stay tryna put some bullshit in your head."

"I don't be believing it though." 

"You used to." He shook his head. "Her bum ass sister and her friends was all in our face yesterday, they some groupie ass bitches yo." 

"Relax, it's only Brenda and Face little sister coming." I said seeing both of them walk towards us. 

"Gimme back my money girl." He said making me remember I had all this money in my hand. 

"Why you carrying all this anyway?" I asked as he handed me $200. 

"I'll tell you at home." 

"Hey Kee." They spoke in unison as he hugged both of them. 

"Wassup y'all? I'mma go pick up Kree while I'm out." 

"Okay, thank you." I kissed him then walked away but not before he could slap my ass. "So childish." 

"Y'all annoy me being all cute and shit." Brenda said making me laugh as we walked to her car. "Like damn, us single people don't gotta see allat."

"Seriously." Sanaa agreed making me laugh. 

"Y'all sickening."

"Who doing something to you baby?" I asked looking down at Kreed as he held onto my leg for dear life. 

"Kreed Imma whoop ya motherfucking ass." I heard Keohn yell as he squeezed me tighter crying. 

"What he do?" I asked as Kee came in the kitchen. 

"His bad ass poured the whole bottle of powder in the living room." He grabbed him while Kreed tried to reach for me. 

"That's your fault for not putting it back in the right spot, you know he touch stuff."

"I don't wanna hear that, you not saving him this time." He grabbed his hands popping both of them making Kreed cry harder. "He knew he was gon get in trouble for the shit and still did it." 

"Maa!" He yelled crying.

"Nah, go clean that shit up. Come on." 

"Keohn stop cursing at him!" I glared at him. 

"Shut up." He said turning around grabbing the broom and napkins. 

"So they do have disagreements and arguments." Brenda spoke to Sanaa make me laugh. 

"I can't wait until Face get back, you ain't gon be doing all this." 

"You like my brother?" Sanaa asked.

"Like is an understatement." I scoffed. "The girl in love with the boy and ain't never have a conversation with em." 

"I'll approve of this." Sanaa spoke. "The girls he brings around me is all ghetto and do too much, I'm here for this." 

"That's if she ever talk to him." I laughed. "A closed mouth don't get fed."

"Shut up." 

Just as she said that Face, Benji, Reem and Knockout walked in, she pulled out her phone looking at nothing. Sanaa ran to Face hugging him catching him off guard, he furrowed his eyebrows then smiled knowing it was her. 

"Your dramatic ass ain't even have to come here, it ain't even been a full day." He told her as she smiled. 

"I miss you already." 

"I miss you too sis." He smiled. "What's on yo neck?" 

"Huh?" 

"Look like a hickie to me bro." Kee said making them laugh except Face. 

"Keohn, mind your business." I glared at him. 

"We gon talk about that later." He pointed in her face. "Wassup Spence?" 

"Hey y'all, this my best friend Brenda." I said making her look up. She did a shy lil wave then went back to her phone. 

"No her loud ass not gon act like she shy." Keohn said making me laugh. 

"She is shy." I laughed. 

"She still got that big ass crush on Face?" He asked making my mouth drop while her head shot up looking at him. 

"Keohn." I groaned.

"He's so embarrassing, omg." Sanaa laughed as Face raised a eyebrow. 

"You know me?" He asked. Everybody looked at her, she opened her mouth to say something but nothing came out. 

"Keohn." I hit his dumb ass.

"We grown, I didn't know it was a secret." He laughed. "She better tell that man wassup with them."

"How she gon shoot her shot when you just embarrassed her like that?" Reem asked laughing. 

"Face, she ain't ugly right?" He asked making me hit him. 

"Keohn!" I glared a hole in his face.

"Nah, she ain't ugly." He laughed going in the refrigerator. "I'm a stand up ass nigga, why you ain't just talk to me? I'll treat you right." 

"There you go, my boy!" Kee gassed clapping. "The ball in your court now Bren." 

"If I call your name again, Imma punch you." I told him. 

"You better be like your best friend, she came over and told me I was her boyfriend. Ain't ask or nothing, better be her bold." 

"I wasn't giving you a option to say no to me." I scoffed. 

"Y'all are so cute." Sanaa laughed.  

"We waiting Brenda." Benji laughed rolling up as everybody looked at her. 

"She just slid in my Dm's." Face laughed. "Mind y'all business now."

"Get out." I told them since they was surrounding the kitchen and I couldn't focus on my food. 

"Hey baby, let me tell you why I can't live my life without you! Every time I see you walking by I get a thrill." Kee sung wrapping his arms around my waist from behind swaying us making me laugh. "I must make you understand, I wanna be yo man! I wanna be yo man, yes I doo!" 

"Get it KeKe." They laughed recording while I covered my face as he started getting louder. 

"Cause what I got to say is sealed with a kiss and a wedding ring. My mind is blind at times, I can't see anyone but you." He yelled in my ear making us laugh. "Don't other girls don't matter, no, they can't spoil my view! I must make you understand, I wanna be your man!" 

"What you wanna be?" Face gassed as all they held they phones out. 

"I wanna be her man!" He yelled making all of us laugh. 

"Let him be your man!" Reem laughed. 

"I wanna be your man!" He grabbed my neck making me look at him.

"Y'all are annoying." I covered my face laughing. 

"Words could never say what I feel, it's too intense. Ohh ohhhh I've tried, I've tried, I've tried, I've tried to tell you how I feel but I get mixed up! I wanna be your man!" 

"He just wanna be your man!" Knockout yelled as the song went off. 

"Get off me now." I laughed as he kissed my cheek multiple times. 

"If you ain't tryna be like this, don't bother telling me ya feelings." Face joked looking down at Brenda making us laugh. 

"Sanaa, get your brother!" I laughed as they finally got out. 

"This how y'all be everyday?" She asked. 

"Yes, Kee so annoying and them niggas make it worse. I be needing a girl around but Brenda always working." I rolled my eyes looking at her as she chuckled. 

"I guess you want me to be a broke bitch." 

"Of course not, get that shmoney sis." I laughed. "Sanaa, you could come over any time to save me from my boredom boo."

"I'll take you up on that." She nodded making me smile. 

My life was surrounded around so much positivity, I loved it.
