"I'm tired." I yawned leaning on Dai shoulder, he was so comfortable.

"You did better on the plane." JoJo said making me chuckle.

"Y'all know my name-"

"JaeBx3, Jae Big Body Benz. We know." Baby and JoJo said making me laugh.

"Done told us this these whole 5 days." Baby said.

"Uh uh don't be saying it like you tired of me."

"Nah, you cool as hell. We fucks with you." Baby nudged my head making me smile.

"Thank you." I smiled. "You miss Spencer?"

"Do I?" He smiled making me smile. "I'm tryna be under her right now but imma go see my daughter first."

"As you should, I love how you care about your daughter."

"It wouldn't be a her without me, that's my baby girl yo."

"With her pretty self."

"Thank you." He smirked.

"What everybody doing?" Dai asked once we got in the car.

"Take me to my grandmother house." Baby said.

"Take me home." JoJo said.

"Jae?" He asked after I didn't say anything. I lowkey wanted to stay with them cause they was so fun and positive but good things must come to a end.

"I guess I'll go home." I shrugged.

"Sound like she don't wanna go home Dai." JoJo smirked.

"I'm not going straight home, so unless you wanna run a few errands with me-"

"Yeah, I'll run errands with you."

"Then you my shadow for the day." He said making me smile as he pulled over to a gas station. "You want something out of here?"

"Just something to drink, a cranberry ginger ale."

"Bet." He spoke as him and JoJo got out.

"Aye Jaelyn?" Baby called from the back making me look back.

"Wassup?"

"Don't get attached to him, aight? He ain't never been in a relationship and I don't want you to get attached and it's not what you want it to be. I seen a lot of girls fall for em and I actually fucks with you, I don't want to see you get hurt even though he not gon mean to."

"Dai and I are just friends, I don't see myself in a relationship right now either so we're on the same page." I said honestly.

"Alright good, I know you said you been heartbroken before, I'll hate to see that again."

"Baby, you actually a good ass dude."

"I try to be."

"You are." I nodded.

"Thank you." He grabbed my shoulder making me smile.

I watched as Dai and JoJo came back out with two bags, I looked at them shaking my head. They was always eating.

"This bag for you and this bag for you." JoJo said handing me and Baby a bag.

"I said a soda." I told them.

"Oh well." Dai shrugged.

I grabbed my phone going to Instagram seeing it was jumping, after arguing with bitches for the last three days I would think it was.

When I looked up, Baby and JoJo was getting out the car. I said bye to both then looked at Dai as he continued driving, he was so fucking fine.

"You ain't hungry?"

"Nah."

"Aight, well we gon put our running around on pause, I'm tired as fuck."

"I'm high key tired too, I just wanna lay down."

"Why you ain't tell me that so I could take you home?"

"I wanted to be with you." I shrugged making me smirk as he side glanced me.

"I don't wanna be away from you either, that's why I just wanna go lay down with you." He spoke making me smile.

"A nap it is." I yelled making him laugh.

"I feel so rejuvenated." I smiled laying on Dai chest.

"Word, that was well needed." He yawned.

"I want a job." I told him.

"What you wanna do?"

"I don't know." I shrugged. "I don't want to be a cashier or something like that, I can't deal with it."

"Why don't you work at your sister shop?"

"Boy I can't do hair, you see how mine look."

"I like ya natural hair, you ain't bald head."

"I know but it's too hard to keep up with, I would rather have my sew ins."

"How much you need to get it done?"

"Boy bye, you just took me out the country I don't want shit from you no more. You can't even get me a water." I scoffed making him laugh.

"Money is meant to be spent."

"But not on me." I rolled my eyes. "Plus I can just get my sister to do it then pay it back whenever I have to."

"She'll let you do that?"

"This my first time ever asking, just because she my sister don't mean I take advantage. That's how she eat so I would never ask anything for free."

"You wanna do this three week program and become a home health aide?"

"I gotta clean asses?"

"It depends on the patient."

"Ehh, I'm broke so I'm not going to be picky. When do I start?"

"You can start Monday if you want."

"How much do they want?"

"Just a few hundreds but I got you."

"Dai I'm not-"

"I just paid for it." He cut me off shrugging. "Call it a loan and pay me back if you feel bad."

"I will." I chuckled sitting up to stretch my arms. "Where's my phone?"

"You probably left it in the car, I'll go look."

"Thank you." I smiled as his started to ring. "Your phone ringing!"

"Answer it and tell whoever I'll call them back!"

I saw it was the girl who work for Esme making me roll my eyes but I answered the phone anyway.

"Oh I see you finally wanna answer now that you not catering to bitches needs, you real funny acting Daina. You just met that bitch."

"First of all, bitch watch your fucking mouth."

"You sneaking to answer his phone?" She chuckled. "Girl give that man his phone."

"Bitch I will never be you!" I laughed. "You gotta wait till he sleep to put that man face in his phone."

"Girl, you wanna argue over a nigga who eating my pussy so bad. That lil pussy ass, don't let that trip fool you."

"First of all, I ain't even fucking this nigga and this nigga took me out the country." I laughed. "What ya pussy get you? A fofofo?"

"Don't tell me you arguing." Dai said walking in.

"Dai, I promise you all I did was answer your phone and this bitch started going the fuck off. I'll stab this bitch, fuck is she talking about?"

"Jae, I can't-"

"No I let the shit go the first time when she came on my page commenting under all my pictures, I let the shit go the second time when she said something about Face-which if I told Esme, the bitch wouldn't have a job but now I'm going to go off. Check your bitch before I beat her the fuck up." I handed him his phone as he started talking to her.

"What you doing, love?" I asked Esme once she answered.

"Doing hair, regular shit."

"Your schedule free?"

"After her yes, what you want?"

"Braids straight to the back." I thought of something quick and simple. "I only got like thirty dollars-"

"So take that thirty dollars and get me something to eat then come get your hair done so you could tell me everything."

"What you want?"

"I want some buffalo wings but some pickles too and a strawberry shake." She said making me laugh. "Oh and some chocolate cookies."

"Okay, I'll be there."

I hung up going in my bag to take a shower along with washing my hair and conditioning it. After doing that I put a towel on my head as I started getting dress.

"Can you drop me off so I can go get my car?"

"Where you gotta go?"

"Gotta go get Es some food then get my hair done."

"I'll take you cause I want you to come back wimme."

"What you gotta do?"

"Those errands I held off."

"Well just text me when you done so I know."

"We gon go out to eat too cause I'm starving."

I waited for him to get ready so we can leave once he was done, he took me to get Es food and now we were on our way to the shop.

"Would you let me post myself on your IG?" I asked as he glanced at me.

"I don't care for social media so yeah."

"I'm not saying I want to be posted or anything but I'm just asking."

"I don't care if you was asking, you could be posted if you wanted to."

"What you got to do?"

"My grandfather birthday in a few weeks so I gotta go put this cake order in then go look around for a place to rent out, get a haircut, pay my bills and go pick my kittens up."

"You got kittens?"

"Yeah, my mother cat just had kids."

"I don't know how I feel about this, I don't think I like cats."

"Well." He shrugged pulling up. "I'll call you before I pull up."

"Okay." I smiled getting out as I walked in the shop making everybody glance then finish doing what they had to do. "Hey sisterrrr!"

"Always so damn loud." She chuckled as I hugged her.

"I miss you so much sissy, next summer we have to take a trip."

"I'm down." She shrugged.

"You getting big mamas." I whispered a little looking at her stomach.

"Girl, I woke up two days ago looking fucking bloated. I was so shocked, I cried. I'm really have a baby."

"We're having a baby." I covered my mouth. "I'm the god mommy, aunt and allat in one."

"I showed Dylan my sonogram the other day at visit and she cried making me cry, she so happy."

"I know she is." I smiled. "I can't wait until me, you and Dylan all back together."

"You really not talking to Jala?"

"Nope." I shook my head. "Q called me to check up on me and I knew she made him call me just so she could know."

"She miss you." Esme shrugged. "Have you spoken to Reem?"

"I hate to say it, I hope I don't ridiculous I don't know who this man is. Sorry to this man."

"Jaelyn!" She yelled as we both laughed. "You get the fuck on my nerves."

"How's Face?"

"You ain't hear?" Her face saddened making my heart drop.

"He died Esme?!" I damn near yelled.

"No, they're moving him to a hospice. He lost all functioning in his brain but Yana wants to give him a fighting chance."

"I'm so sad." I frowned wiping my eyes as she started parting my hair.

"I try not to be but that boy really mean more to me than most people so it's hard but I know he wouldn't want me to stop my life."

"Hell no, he would fuck you up."

"So tell me about Barcelona."

"Bitch, I had the best time!" I smiled. "First of all, Dai, Baby and JoJo the best people to go on vacation with. I had so much fun Essy, like I ate so much and-"

"How was the sex bitch?"

"I didn't fuck him." I chuckled making her stop and tilt her head towards me.

"First of all, Face took me to a nice hotel and we barely took a breather because we kept fucking. How the fuck you had the tolerance?"

"Exactly Esme! Then the bitch you hired found me from JoJo tagging me in something and she commented on every single one of my pictures." I handed her my phone to show her the screenshots.

"Hold on, who this about? Who she talking about?"

"Damn, I ain't mean to show you that one." I shook my head.

"Lemme read this over." She stopped doing my hair to look at it. "This nigga not coming back to life, get off my nigga dick and grieve yours. Fuck ya homie, he dead."

"Esme I ain't show you that for a reason."

"She fired." She said. "She lucky I'm pregnant."

"Es-"

"This shit so fucking ignorant, I even hate when y'all say that about Meeka brother or anybody else. It's not fucking funny when someone is dead like what the hell is wrong with y'all?"

"You getting red, go eat your food in ya office and take a break."

"I'm good, I just hate that shit so much Jaelyn. Like I really my wanna fight and fire that bitch but I'm not. I always tell them to leave they personal shit outside my shop so imma do the same thing but the minute she do some dumb shit she getting fired."

"You don't even gotta do allat, imma beat her up."

"Do it." She shrugged. "I do need to take a damn break, I'm going to eat."

I laughed cause Esme voice was so damn soft so hearing her go off it's hilarious.

I got a notification from Instagram making me click the notification, Reem made me his woman crush everyday in his story.

I laughed.

"You saw what I mentioned you in?" He asked once I called him.

"You know that's why I called, take it down."

"For what?"

"You really only posted that because you saw I was with another nigga in another country having the time of my life."

"Jaelyn, can we just talk face to face?"

"No. Last time you wanted to talk "face to face" I got Insulted by your family members then you lied to me so I'll rather not."

"I recorded y'all conversation because I felt like y'all were talking on me and I got a friend to translate and they confirmed so next time your sisters got some shit to say about me while in my face tell them they can run me a fade and to say that shit in English."

"I could explain that too."

"Well, I'm busy today."

"Then Monday, I could take you-"

"I start classes Monday."

"How about Monday after you get out? We could spend the day-"

"We'll see." I told him not even believing it.

Shelly walked in with food making me look at her, she told Dai whenever she see me it's on sight so I wanted to see if she was going to do something. She stopped laughing when she saw me making me smirk.

I love when bitches stopped enjoying theirself when they see me.

I smiled showing teeth then blew a kiss.

Just as I did that, Dai called me. I answered his Facetime as he didn't say anything, he was just staring. I just stared at him too since we was playing games.

"Alright, you win." I chuckled.

"You-" That's all I heard before it started messing up making me hang up.

"When it disconnect, you supposed to call back."

"No." I chuckled. "You got ya haircut already? You fine as hell."

"I got ya name in the back of my head." He said as we both started dying.

"Yo bitch all in my mouth, she just know I'm talking to you."

"Don't fight that girl in ya sister shop-"

"Dai, I would neverrr disrespect my sister by fighting in her shop, my sister is stressed and pregnant-" I said then stopping myself. "Damn, keep that between me and you."

"I been connected the dots, I was just waiting for you to say it."

"I'm a bad sister." I frowned making him laugh.

"Why you a bad sister?" Esme asked scaring me.

"I told Dai about yaknow by accident."

"I told the important people already so I'm ready to tell everybody else."

"The best sister." Esme kissed my cheek.

"Let me formally introduce y'all."

"I'll be there in like 10 minutes to introduce myself." Dai said making me roll my eyes.

"Okay, see you when you get here."

"Girl, stop that damn smiling." Esme smiled as I looked at her.

"Girl, cause if you knew the half." I chuckled. Shelly walked towards me and stood in front of me making me look at her. "He really be making me smile by not even trying."

"So I could talk to you?" She said.

"Talk." I shrugged.

"I believe we got off on the wrong foot, Daina isn't my boyfriend and we both came off wrong talking to each other-"

"Who's we?"

"And how did I come off wrong?"

"By even posting pictures-"

"Girl, he's not your man." I chuckled.

"I'm trying to be an adult about the situation-"

Just as I said that Dai walked in as everybody in the shop looked at him, his tall ass had to duck over the door just to walk in making me chuckle. He looked around for a minute then spotted me, he squinted his eyes at Shelly but walked to us.

"Finally looking like something." He smirked.

"I been looking like something." I chuckled. "Your sister wish she could look as good as me."

"Cut it out." He chuckled. "How you doing? I'm Dai."

"Esme." She smiled shaking his hand.

"This nice, how much is it?" He asked.

"This style is $45." Esme said. "It's $5 per braid."

"You do men styles too?"

"Like haircuts?"

"Yeah."

"I gotta get stronger with it cause I barely do them unless my brothers want one but I deflee can do it."

"I was just mad." She grabbed his arm. "Can we go talk in your truck?"

"Nah, I'm good love. I told you from the beginning what we were and what I was trying to do-"

"You took this bitch to Barcelona! The most money you spent was on my fucking booth rent!"

"I could've took you but I would've rather been around Jaelyn-"

"Jaelyn doesn't bring me drama, every time I speak to you it's about a different girl or something I did for someone else. I'm not your boyfriend, I have never been your boyfriend. When I met you I told you I didn't want a relationship, I just wanted to have fun. I said the same thing to Jaelyn and all the other girls, you're the only one who acts like a child and cause drama. So after today this will be your last day talking to me, let alone seeing me."

"He's so polite." Esme furrowed her eyebrows.

"His grandmother don't play that disrespectful shit."

"I like him." Esme shrugged.

"He aight." I smirked.

"Here's $70." He said holding out the money to Esme.

"Oh no, she already paid me in food." Esme chuckled doing my edges.

"I know you have other responsibilities so you can't afford to do anything for free, I also know Jaelyn didn't want to even sit in your chair without having money so just take this. Think of it as a babyshower gift." He chuckled as she smiled.

"You're going to make me cry." Esme fanned her eyes. "Thank you Dai."

"You're welcome." He hugged her just as Q, Mickey, Benji and Reem walked in making me roll my eyes.

"Fave!" I yelled jumping up as I rushed into his arms.

"I missed you." He put his arm over my shoulder. "You letting niggas kidnap you and play house?"

"Noooo." I dragged out. "I moved in with my brother, I'm going to text you everything. I do wanna introduce you to Dai though, are you going to be nice?"

"Until I got a reason not to be."

"You won't, promise." I smiled pulling his hand. "Dai this is my favorite favorite favorite brother Mickey, along with Q, Benji and Reem."

"Wassup?" Q dabbed him up along with Reem and Mickey.

"I heard a lot about y'all." Dai nodded.

"We been seeing a lot of you." Benji said making them laugh as I glared at him.

"We bout to leave." I hugged Esme. "Come spend the night with me tomorrow."

"Okay." She spoke making me nod.

"I love you sister." I smiled hugging her. "I love y'all too, be safe."

"Always, we love you too." Q said.

Dai walked in front of me as we started to walk out. "Where are you taking me?" I smiled.

"Steakhouse."

"Yes, I been wanting some bbq ribs." I whined. "Like some-"

I got cut off my sentence because I felt somebody hit me in back of my head which was followed by somebody else pushing me. I turned around to see Shelly and some other people, I punched that bitch in her face following up with another.

"Esme back your ass up!" I heard Q yell as another person tired to hit me but Dai was blocking my way.

"Aye brah, you ain't serious?" Benji said to some boy.

"Benji beat him the fuck up!" I yelled since he pushed me.

"Come outside, I ain't doing shit in here come outside." Benji spoke.

Reem walked over to him and just knocked him out, I attempted to go back over to Shelly but I couldn't making me even madder. She better be so fucking glad I can't get to her.

"In my shop?" Esme asked. "You know what I'm not even mad Shelly and Nina pack your station up, you're done here."

"Bitch what?" Nina asked. "Bitch-"

"Who you talking to?" Q asked making her back up in fear. "Watch ya fucking mouth talking to my fucking sister."

"Aight, we finna make this simple." Mickey said making me look at him as he held a big ass knife in one hand and a medium sized one in the other. "Y'all got three options and y'all don't wanna know two of em so I suggest y'all leave."

"Stab that bitch fave." I told him.

"No no no, Jaelyn!" Esme called my name as Mickey threw a knife.

"You know that feeling of feeling the knife going past your head? The lil bit of wind you feel? I promise you the next time you won't feel shit but you'll still be able to see your body without the head attached." He smiled. "Leave."

Shelly and Nina rushed for their station taking all their things, I wasn't going to move but Dai moved me making me roll my eyes. Imma just get bitches addresses and blow they house up.

"I'll pay for any damages." Dai told Esme.

"It's fine, as long as my sister fine I'm fine."

"I'm goodt but they better not eveerrr think they can walk past me periodtttt."

"Come on Jae." He grabbed my hand as I took it out.

"Thank you Reem." I told him going to hug him.

"Always." He kissed my forehead making me nod as I walked away holding Dai hand.

"Wanna go to my house or still out to eat?"

"Out to eat, fuck them bitches I want ribs." I said making him laugh.
