(Autobot ship: Ark)
(Location: Near Earth's system)

Walking down the halls of the Autobot ship known as the Ark. We see the leader of the Autobots named Optimus Prime walking up to the doors of the Ark's bridge and once there the doors open and he step inside and see his crew of Autobots at the control console and maintaining the Ark ad they travelled to a new planet so they can be safe from Megatron and his Decepticons.

Optimus prime: Jazz, Cliffjumper, report on our progress?

Then two Autobots named Jazz and Cliffjumper walks up to Optimus Prime and the two tell him.

Jazz: (smile) Things are smoothly as usual Prime. Soon we be arriving on where our main bot Y/n has set for us.

Cliffjumper: It's been a while since we heard from him and his crew. We thought they will be scrapped.

Optimus Prime: I knew one day we can heard back from him when we left Cybertron. I am glad to hear his voice.

Jazz: (smile) Same here Prime. Wanna play his transmission so we can be sure we're in the right coordinations.

Optimus Prime: Play it away Jazz.

Jazz plays the transmission as a hologram image of Y/n is shown in front of the Autobot as it is to play.

Y/n: (transmission) This is Captain Y/n from the Autobot ship called the Galactic of Free worlds ship. To any Autobots who is listening to this we have found a planet called Earth. Come to these coordinations, it has life that you never dream off. Good luck and stay safe. Captain Y/n out. (Transmission ends)

Jazz: Earth huh? Not a bad planet.

Cliffjumper: Still I worry if that was Y/n snd not a Decepticon trap. All we know he and his crew are already dead and the Decepticons uses this as a way to lower us in.

Optimus Prime: Let us hope this is not a trap Cliffjumper. In case if it was (looks over to Prowl) Prowl, active the Arks shields and have all cannons to be ready in case if it was a trap.

Prowl: Yes Optimus Prime.

He press some buttons and soon the shields of the Ark is online and the cannons are also online as well as the Ark flies towards Earth not knowing that this will be their doom.

(Planet: Earth)
(Location: Crack Rocky Valley)

We see the Decepticons cannon still aiming at the sky just waiting for the Ark to come but whioe that's happening we see other Decepticons on the ground getting their gears ready in case the Ark will crash near them.

We see Snapdragon and Apeface carrying some large cargoes while Triggerhappy and Spinster watch them as Triggerhappy says while he set a box of Energon onto the ground.

Triggerhappy: Looks at those beast. Why are they with us and since when they are apart of our crew?

Spinster: I have no idea but maybe it's best not to make them mad. I heard they ripe off a Decepticon commanders head off and eat him for dinner.

Triggerhappy: I'm not scared at them.

Then the two were hit at the back of thr heads by Slipstream as she bark at them.

Slipstream: Will you two hurry up and do your jobs!

Triggerhappy: (turns to Slipstream) Oh will you relax Slipstream. The Ark hasn't arrived yet and those pathetic Autobots that try to strike at us ain't gonna come back.

After he said that there was a shot fired ans seconds later a energon cube blows up, killing a vee Decepticon troopers and sending their bodies flying.

Barricade: We're under attack!

Flamewar: Finally. Some Autobots to kill!

Then Joshua, Madison, Zero, Chromedome, Smokescreen, Joshua, Warpath, Hardhead, and Powerglide appear on top of the hill and they open fire at the Decepticons. The Decepticons find some cover and return fire. Apeface and Snapped sees this and drop their cargo and transform into their beats forms and charge towards then.

Warpath sees this and fired his chest cannon at Snapdragon, sending him flying while he rush down and tackle Apeface to the ground as they rolled down the hill and land hard onto thr ground.

Warpath: You don't look so tough! Let me show you what I can do!

He starts beating up Apeface and then grabbing him and tossed him towards Snapdragon which the two crashed and land hard onto thr ground.

Chromedome: Don't let them up! Keep firing at them!

Brainstorm: (coms) Chromedome this is Brainstorm. Sorry to interrupted but I believe there is a huge Decepticon cannon on top of that mountain at the Decepticon base.

Chromedome: (Looks up and spots it) I see it Brainstorm. Continue monitor things with Dr Logen. We got this.

Brainstorm: (coms) Roger that.

Joshua: Just hope Turbospike and the others are okay?

Chromedome: Remember the plan. Let's keep them busy.

They continue to fire while we see Turbospike in his vehicle form as he quickly gotten inside the Decepticons base and drip through the halls as we see Alex, Ben, Verity and Sorrel inside as they raced to find Y/n and save him.

(Meanwhile)

Y/n yells out loud as Shockblast shocks him in electricity with Knockout within thr room watching this happen as he smirked.

Soon Shockblast stopped and Y/n lower his head down to the ground as Shockblast looks at him and asked.

Shockblast: Aww what's wrong? Not want to beg for your life?

Y/n: (slowly looks up at Shockblast) Go Scrap yourself.

Shockblast: What a shame.

He then stabbed him in elections as Y/n yells out in pain and before they would continue anymore, the doors open and Knockout turned onto for him to get punched in the face by Turbospike which cost Shockblast to turn and see him.

Shockblast: Hey what are you-

But Turn immediately punched Shockblast to the ground which he and Knockout were unconscious as Alex, Ben, Verity and Sorrel enter as they see Y/n chained up.

Alex: Be use Iron tail and cut him lose!

Ben: Eevee!

Ben uses Iron tail to try to cut the chains but they didn't break.

Turbospike: Cybertronian chains. Allow me.

Turbospike pulls out his SMG and fired at the chains qhich they break. Y/n fell but Turbospike catched him before he hit the ground.

Turbospike: You okay Captain?

Y/n: (groan) I order you to leave me.

Turbospike: (smirk) Well that's not what Autobots do.

Verity: (smile) Yeah we stick together!

Sorrel: (smile) No matter what.

Alex: (smile) That's right.

Y/n: (small smile) I owe you all for this. Still we have to stop the cannon before it fires at the Ark.

Turbospike: Right. Let's grab you some weapons and head to the bridge.

Y/n: Right.

(Decepticons bridge)

We see them enter the bridge and once inside they see no one in the bridge as they look around and see no one here.

Y/n: Looks like the room is clear. We should-

Alex: Look out!

Suddenly Turbospike and Y/n immediately move out of the way and dodge Soundblaster fire who was hiding near the door when they came in. Turbospike immediately pulled out his SMG and fire a few rounds at him which he immediately dodges and then opens his chest and Buzzsaw came out amd fire at them from the sky.

Y/n: Turbospike take down that minicon! I'll deal with Soundblaster!

Turbospike: Roger that!

Sorrel: Lucario come on out and use Rock smash!

Sorrel throws his Pokeball into the air and Lucario came up and then use Rock Smash and hits Buzzsaw. Buzzsaw falls from the sky but Turbospike lands a punch and sent Buzzsaw into a wall and slide down and hit the floor. Lucario lands on his feet as Turbospike looks down at him and said.

Turbospike: (smirk) Nice smash.

Lucario nodes while Y/n battles Soundblaster ad they strike blows at each other. Soundblaster lands several blows at Y/n a few times but Y/n stays strong and land some quick blows at Soundblaster and then finish it off with a punch that sent him flying and crashing through a window and sent him outside.

Y/n: Okay plant some explosions and let's get out of here!

Turbospike: You got it!

Turbospike did so as he plant some explosions and once that was done they were about to leave when the doors open and Bludgeon step out and see them trying to escape.

Bludgeon: Ah I see your friends have returned Captain. How great because I cannot wait to kill them slowly and painful.

Y/n: No. Your fight is with me Bludgeon. Not them.

Bludgeon: Oh really? We want a duel then?

Y/n:......Yes.

Turbospike: What are you doing?!

Y/n: Take Alex and the rest and get out of here! Bludgeon is mine.

Turbospike: But-

Y/n: Now!

Turbospike have no choice so he transform into hid vehicle form and Alex and the rest get inside and once inside Turbospike drives off. Once they were gone it was just Y/n and Bludgeon as he tossed Y/n a sword which he catched as Bludgeon asked him.

Bludgeon: I don't understand you Autobots. We are Cybertronians from another planet that is high tech and superior to thie rock filled planet and yet you still defend the weak and pathetic humans and pokemon. Why? What means them so special?

Y/n: That's simple Bludgeon. They are living beings that give this planet life. Without them, this planet would be dead without any life to walk around in. This is their home and us Autobots will defend their home and their life's no matter the cost!

Bludgeon: If you wish to die along side with these pathetic life forms then so be it then.

(Epic battle theme)

Bludgeon charged towards Y/n while he ready his sword and then he blocks Bludgeon first strike as their blades locked and then they clash blades even more at each other as they duel as Y/n steps back while Bludgeon pushes him back more and more as he strike some blows at Y/n many times over and over.

Soon Y/n start to strike at him with his blade as the two clash as sparks flies out of their swords as they clash. Y/n even dodges Bludgeon's swings and then perfectly blocks Bludgeon's sword which made Bludgeon step back from the impact.

Bludgeon: Hehehehehehe, your not bad Autobot. I must say i am impressed indeed.

Y/n: My name is Captain Y/n!

Bludgeon: Who cares.

Bludgeon charges at him and the two clash more or their blades more and more while they move around the bridge. Then Bludgeon kicked him which he crashed into a wall and then he move as Bludgeon missed and stabbed his sword into the wall while Y/n moves back as Bludgeon sticks out his sword and then charge towards Y/n and the clashed this time Bludgeon was being rough as he lands a head butt at Y/n which made him stumble back.

He then kicked him, sent him flying into the controls and breaking them as Bludgeon walks up to him, grab his head and tossed him across the bridge and he lands hard onto the grounr and near the exit. Bludgeon walks up towards Y/n and stomp his foot onto Y/n's chest as Bludgeon tells him.

Bludgeon: You were a fool to come here little Autobot. Oncei kill you and your Autobot resistance, the Decepticons will take over this planet and bring a new age for Lord Megatron! Now, any last words?

Y/n: (smirk) Hehehe. Three words Bludgeons. Autobots. Never. Surrender!

He then stabbed his sword into Bludgeons foot which cost him to remove his foot off of Y/n and groan in pain while Y/n transform into hid vehicle form and rides out of the bridge while he calls out to Turbospike.

Y/n: Turbospike blow it up now!

Bludgeon heard what he said and looks up only to see a detonator right in front of him as it turns red along with the rest around the bridge.

Bludgeon: Oh sca-

Then there was a huge explosion that shattered the windows as Slipstream and the other Decepticons sees this and they realise they have lost so they fall back. Once all of them are gone the other Autobots watched as they see Y/n racing out with a fire blast came out behind him as he transform into hid bot form and rolled onto the ground.

He breaths a sigh as he looks up to see the cannon above blowing up follow by the mountain to collapse and after the explosion it was nothing but rubble as the Decepticons bass is destroyed.

(Epic battle theme ends)

Y/n gets up and breath a sigh as the other Autobots cheered to see they have won.

Madison: We did it! (Hugs Turbospike)

Turbospike: Haha! So long Decepticons! The Autobots have won!

They all cheered as Y/n turns to them and smiled. Suddenly they heard something above the skies so they all look up and to their surprised they see the Autobot Ark bursting out from the clouds and flying towards a clear landing spot as they see the Ark disappeared behind the mountains.

Alex: (shocked) What in the world was that!

Y/n: (smile) The rest of the Autobots.

(Later)

Soon Y/n and others made it to where the Ark had landed and once there they transform and look down at the hill and it was no trick to them. It was real....the Ark is here.

Hardhead: Looks like back up has arrived!

Warpath: Heck yeah! We're saved!

They slide down the hill and they rush towards the Ark and once there the huge ramp suddenly opens and slowly lowers down and soon lands onto the ground. They heard footsteps as they look up and see Optimus prime coming down from the ramp first as Alex, Ben, Verity and Sorrel were surprised how huge Optimus prime is as he approach them, looks at them and said.

Optimus Prime: My old friends. It has been a while. I am so glad  to see you all here and safe.

Y/n step forward and then salute to Optimus Prime and said.

Y/n: Allow me to say this. Welcome to Planet Earth Optimus Prime.

Optimus prime looks at Y/n and then he place one hand onto Y/n's shoulder and tells him.

Optimus prime: Captain Y/n you have done your job well. Not onky you have lead your team but you along with your team have saved what's left of the Autobots. I knew I can count on you to succeed.

Y/n: Thank you Optimus prime.

He nodes and then spots Alex and the rest as he ask Y/n.

Optimus prime: And who are they? Your nee friends?

Y/n: Yes sir. This is Alex, his Eevee named Ben, Verity and Sorrel. They helped us explore around Earth and what life has on this planet.

Optimus prime turns back to them and kneel down and tells them.

Optimus prime: Hello. My name is Optimus prime, leader of the Autobots and I just want to say thank you for everything for us.

Alex: (smile) It's no problem Optimus. I'm glad we can finally meet you.

Y/n: Sir would it be fine if these humans help us? I know this is not their war but.....they are apart of my team.

Optimus prime: Of course. A friend of one of my Autobots is a friend of mine.

They smiled as Optimus prime gets up and they enter the Ark to see the other Autobots and earn a good rest since now their mission is finally complete and the Autobots find a planet to rest and plan their attack against Megatron and his Decepticons on Cybertron.

(Location: Unknown)

We see a Meowth blimp balloon as we see Jessie, James and Meowth a bit sadden because they have failed to capture Ash's Pikachu once again.

Jessie: This sucks. I have it being shocked by that Pikachu.

James: You can say that again. What do you think the boss is going to say?

Meowth: Probably not pleased as always, what do you think?

Suddenly there was a sudden shake which they immediately sat up and look around to see what was that.

Jessie: Hey is it me or is the blimp shaking all of sudden?

James: Nope I also feel it as well. But I can't figure out what.

Suddenly something came down beside them as Meowth turns to his left and froze in shock as he said in a feared tone.

Meowth: (scared) G-G-Guys.....w-w-we might be in big trouble.

Jessie: What do you mean?

James: What is it?

They turn to Meowth to see his fear so they turn to what Meowth is looking at and they too were struck in fear because in front of them was a large space ship that little did they know is the Decepticons ship called The Nemesis.

Megatron and his Decepticon forces on Cybertron......has followed Optimus and his Autobots and finally they have arrived.......at Earth.
