Unfortunately, Abhi flew in the air and smashed against the ground while Vaishu was pushed to the other side, which made her fall down on the ground. She looked behind her to see Abhi laying there unconscious, with blood ozing from his head and arm. There formed a rush of people while Vaishu stood up in hurry, running towarda him. She looked at him to see the blood on his forehead and cheeks.

Vaishu (yelling, falling on her knees): ABHIIII......!!!!

She kept his head on her lap, patting his cheeks.

Vaishu (patting his cheeks, in panic, shivering): Abhi! Abhi, open your eyes and look at me. Abhi...!!!!!

Someone from the crowd: Ma'am! Who is he to you?

Vaishu (shivering): H-He is my husband. Call the ambulance fast.

Vaishu (crying badly, patting his cheeks): Abhi, please wake up. I will forgive you but wake up, Please!

She was crying badly keeping her head on his chest, listening his slow heartbeats.

In the U.S.A., Sidd was sitting in his cabin after the meeting was dismissed and he was feeling uncomfortable from the time he heard his dada's voice. He was managing all this but deep down, he wasn't feeling well but was keeping himself busy to get rid of that thought. There stood two girls outside his cabin staring at him continuously without his knowledge.

Girl 1= He is so handsome yaar, I don't know what he has seen in Avneet ma'am that he married her. Does he lack girls?

Girls 2: I don't know yaar but yes, I know one thing and that is he has married her for her money otherwise he would have looked for someone else, Why only her?

they were continuously gossiping unaware of Avneet's presence. She was standing behind them as she was approaching Sidd's cabin. She stood there, listening to their talks.

Girl 1: I wonder how he bears her.

Girl 2: Only he would know but I have also seen that she really gives him a tough time.

Girl 1 (rolling her hair): I wish he wouldn't have married Avneet ma'am. I would have dated him.  

Girl 2 (looking at Sidd): He is so handsome, a god freak. 

Avneet (fake coughing): Ahem! Ahem!

They both turned back with the jerk to see Avneet standing there. They gulped down, acting all normal and innocent. They were trying to control their nervousness.

Girl 1 (innocently, nervous): Ma'am, you here. We were just coming to you.

Avneet (crossing her arms across her chest): Yeah, I can see that. Well, you both are fired.

Girl 2 (shocked): What?, b-but ma'am what did we do?

Avneet stepped close to the girls while they were backing off in fear.

Avneet (dangerous voice): Your job is to manage finance here but unfortunately, you forgot your job and are cringing over other's men. Then, how can you ask that what have you done.

Girls looked at each other in fear.

Avu: You both may leave and don't dare to come tomorrow because I don't have space in my office for back stabbers.

Girl 2 (joining her hands): No ma'am, please! We are sorry. We won't do it again. Please!

That's when, Sidd's attention went towards them and he also looked out at everything confused.

Avu (yelling): I said Leave!

Girl 1 (crying): No ma'am, please! We won't repeat it again. Ma'am, we don't have any other sources. Ma'am please!

Avu (yelling): Alright but if I saw you both near Siddharth's cabin again, you will not be tolerated. Get out.

Sidd was looking at her in shock while she turned and entered inside his cabin. She sat on the couch infront of his table, sipping the glass of water placed infront of him.

Sidd (raising his eyebrow): What was that?

Avu (calming herself): Nothing! They were just checking out my man without my permission.

Sidd chuckled, shaking his head in disrelief.

Sidd (checking out email): Checking out other's men isn't a crime.

Avu (suddenly, loud): It is!

Sidd chuckled but then his smile faded away and it got noticed by Avneet. She raised her eyebrow while he got lost in his thoughts.

Avu (keeping her hand on his): What happened? Where did you got lost?

Sidd who came out of his thoughts looked at her while she raised her eyebrow with question expressions.

Avu: Is everything fine?

Sidd: Avneet, I don't know why but I am getting bad vibes from the time I talked with Vaishu di.

Avu (confused): Why? Tell me in detail.

Sidd told her everything from how he called Vaishu and at the end, he heard his brother's voice.

Sidd (concerned): I don't know why I am getting bad vibes from that time only.

Avu: Relax Siddharth, it might be your assumption only.

Sidd (concerned): I hope so!

Avu: Anyways, Let's go! It's already 9 and I recieved Mom's call.

Sidd nodded and both left for home.

Vaishu was standing outside the operation theatre, shivering in fear. She stared at her hands which were covered in her husband's blood. Her head spined seeing the blood as Abhi's every word echoed in her ears. She suddenly dropped herself on the seat in shock, afraid of what will happen now. That's when the doctor arrived, making Vaishu stand up in shock.

Vaishu (panicked): Doctor, Is Abhi fine? Anything serious?

Doctor: Who are you to him, ma'am?

Vaishu (stammering): I-I am his wife.

Doctor: Oh, I'm sorry to say but his condition is serious. He got internal injury on head, which is not good for him and also he has lost a lot of blood. Kindly arrange blood as soon as possible and submit handsome amount for operation. We have to operate him as soon as possible otherwise, the internal bleeding will form a clot in his brain. Excuse me!

The doctor left, leaving Vaishu in shock.

Vaishu (covering her mouth, sobbing): Operation!? From where will I pay?!

That's when, Sidd's voice echoed in her ears.

"You don't need to say anything. I don't want you to suffer because of my brother's deeds. Your brother will always be by your side."

Vaishu (mumbling): Yeah, Sidd transferred a huge amount. I-I can use that money for Abhi's operation.

She walked towards the reception and fulfilled all the formalities for the operation and the operation was about to start in 10 minutes. Vaishu who was sitting on the couch didn't know what to do now. Whether to tell Sidd about it or not. With shaking hands, she dragged the phone out of her bag and somehow called him. On the other hand, Sidd was sleeping peacefully on his bed hugging Avneet, unaware of everything when his phone rang. Vaishu got frustrated as Sidd didn't attend the call. She called again. Sidd stirred and moved a bit, getting disturbed due to the ringtone. He slowly picked up the phone, without confirming who it was.

Sidd (closed eyes, sleepy voice): Hello?

Suddenly, words got stuck in Vaishu's throat and she started sobbing. Sidd got disturbed hearing sobbing voices. He looked at the caller id.

Sidd: Vaishu di, is that you? Why are you crying? Is everything fine?

Avneet, who was also sleeping opened her eyes, getting disturbed by his talks.

Vaishu (sobbing): Sidd...!!

Sidd (sitting on bed): Di, atleast tell me what happened? Why are you crying like this? Is dada alright?

Vaishu (controlling her sobs): Abhi is not fine, Ashu.

Sidd (worried): What do you mean?

That's when, the doctor passed across Vaishu and she stood up, stopping him.

Vaishu (sobbing): doctor, please tell his brother his current situation. I-I am not able to tell him.

The doctor nodded, taking the phone.

Sidd (panicked): Hello? Hello?

Doctor: Who are you to patient Abhishek Nigam?

Sidd (worried): I am his brother.

Doctor: Where are you at this time?

Sidd: I am out of country. Just tell me if my brother is fine or not.

Doctor: I'm sorry sir but your brother's condition is serious. He met with an accident due to which, he faced internal bleeding and it can form a clot inside his brain. Along with it, he has lost a huge amount of blood and he needs blood as soon as possible otherwise, we won't be able to save him.

The phone dropped down from Sidd's hand as soon as he heard it. His eyes clouded while head spinned listening about his brother. Avneet, who noticed him also sat down infront of him.

Avu (worried): Sidd, what happened? Whose call it was?

Sidd (tears rolling down his eyes): dada met an accident and he is serious.

Avu (shocked): What?!

Sidd (panicking): I-I need to go as soon as possible. I can't stay here. He needs me and I have to reach him as soon as possible. I don't want to lose him.

He didn't wait for Avneet to speak and stood up, leaving for washroom. Avneet quickly called Sidd's P.A.

Avneet (in rush): Hello, Rahul. Book 2 tickets for India right now. Yes, it is an emergency. Inform me about the earliest flight and book it's tickets now no matter how expensive they are.

She dropped the call and looked out of the window.

Avu (in mind): God, nothing should happen to Abhishek. He is Sidd's life. If anything bad would happen to him, Sidd wouldn't be able to tolerate it. Please, do everything good for them.
