It was another Monday, and Sidd had joined the office again. According to him, whatever is done can't be reversed, but yes, now he decided that he won't be suffering anymore. He would arrange and help his di in any way possible. He also decided not to contact Abhi from today. It is true that he is his brother, but everyone have their own limit of tolerance and now his level was to the extreme, where he don't want anything but to spend his life as he wants, according to his rules. Currently, he was sitting in his cabin typing an email, focusing on the screen when the door knocked.

Sidd (typing looking at screen): Come in!

There, Avneet came in, and she grinned, seeing her husband back to work after such a big trauma. She paced inside, coming near his table.

Avu (innocently): May I sit, Mr. Nigam?

Sidd looked at her and leaned back on his chair.

Sidd (dramatically): You need no permission, Mrs. Nigam. Kindly have a seat.

Avu chuckled, sitting on the sofa in front of his table.

Avu: So, how are you feeling coming here after so many days?

Sidd (raising his eyebrows): Well, I think no one has done anything in my absence. I have a lot of work pending.

Avu (chuckled): It's nothing special, but as you have come back to work after so many. You are feeling a burden.

Sidd (finishing typing): Yeah, maybe! Look, I have sent an approval letter to you as well as the manager. I don't think there is something missing. Send me back as soon as possible for further procedures.

Avu (struggling her shoulders): Whose approval letter it is?

Sidd (looking at her): Vaishu di's, who else!

Avu: That's good, but Sidd, she won't accept it.

Sidd (closing the screen of his laptop): Why? She is in need, and she would be happy working here.

Avu (exhaled sharply): Sidd, actually the thing is I already offered her, but she denied it.

Sidd: But why?

Avu: According to her, she is the only child of her parents and she can't leave her parents like this alone and come here. In fact, Sam also lives with her only. Sam is really attached to her papa, and she can't separate them because of her selfishness.

Sidd (chuckled humorously): I wish dada had also thought the same about her.

Avneet looked down.

Sidd: Anyways, It's okay! I will send her a good amount in her account.

Avu: I don't think she would accept it.

Sidd: She will, Avneet. When I would insist on her, she would. Above all, I don't want to see her in crisis, looking at other's hands. She is in this crisis because of my brother, and as a brother-in-law as well as her brother, at least I can do this much for her.

Avu smiled, nodding at him.

Avu (suddenly remembering): Oh, I forgot. We have a meeting with Mr. Khan and some other clients.

Sidd (standing up): Ya, let's leave.

He stood up, opening his arm and gesturing for her to come closer to him. She also stood up, smiling, and he encircled his arm around her neck, and both left the room, discussing the meetings that were going to happen in a while.

In India, Vaishu was in her boutique, setting up all the dresses and alling them in a row. That's when a notification popped into her phone. She opened it to find a big amount tranfered in her account. She was left astonished. She read the email to find it Siddharth, and she exhaled sharply.

There, Siddharth was standing in the hall, giving a presentation on the latest project while everyone else was listening to him carefully. That's when his phone vibrated, but as he was presenting, he didn't notice it. Once again, it rang, and this time, his eyes caught the phone. He picked up his phone, gesturing Avu to come and continue at his place. She nodded, standing up while he left the place excusing himself.

Sidd (coming out of meeting hall): Hello!

Vaishu: Sidd, is that you?

Sidd: Yeah, di is that you?

Vaishu (scratching her nails): Umm.. Yeah! It's me.

She went silent as she didn't know how to say that she didn't need the money he sent. That's when Sidd spoke, breaking the silence.

Sidd: Are you worried about the amount I sent you in your account?

Vaishu (astonished):How did you know?

Sidd (chuckled): I am your brother, di. I can know easily what you are thinking right now.

Vaishu: Sidd, when you already know, please, take this amount back. It is too much for me.

Sidd: Di, on one hand, you address me, your brother, and on the other hand, you are refusing too. I know whatever happened should'nt have happened, but one's misunderstanding can not break our pure relationship. Isn't it?

Vaishu (with tears in her eyes): I don't have words. Thank you for listening to me and helping me out. I....

Sidd (cutting her): You don't need to say anything. I don't want you to suffer because of my brother's deeds. Your brother will always be by your side.

Vaishu smiled with tears and opened her mouth to speak when her phone was snatched by someone. She turned back to see Abhi standing there.

Abhi (in a hurry): Hello! Ashu, is that you?

Sidd's smile faded as soon as he heard his brother's voice.

Sidd (gulping down): I'm sorry, I don't know anyone named Ashu.

Saying this, he dropped the call.

Abhi: Hello? Hello?!

Vaishu (snatching her phone): What do you want now? Stop playing with our lives, Mr. Abhishek Nigam. Enough is enough.

Abhi (in guilt): Vaishu, just call Ashu and ask him to talk to me once. Just once, please.

Vaishu (blank expressions): You have unfortunately lost him. Kodus for that.

She walked past him and left the boutique, picking up her bag while Abhi was continuously insisting her to listen to him. Vaishu stood by the street, waiting for the street light to turn red while Abhi was continuously following her.

Abhi (in guilt): See, we can sort everything out, right? We can be together again.

Vaishu (turning to him, loud): Enough Abhishek Nigam. What do you think of yourself? Huh? It will be you to end it first and then you to start it again. It won't happen in your wildest dreams. Remember that I also own my life, and now I will take decisions, which I find better, not you.

A tear rolled down Abhi's eyes while Vaishu turned towards the street. She didn't wait for the street light to turn red and started walking, crossing the road. Abhi looked up at her, and that's when something horrifying caught his eyes. A car is coming towards Vaishu at a high speed, which won't stop easily. His mind went in shock. He heard the car's horning. He yelled her name aloud while running towards her.

Abhi (yelling aloud): Vaishnavi.....!!!

She turned back to see him running towards her. She got confused, but that's when she noticed the car, too close to her. She shut her eyes in fear, and a drifting voice was heard all around.
