Avu (getting serious): I also wanted to talk to you about something.

Sidd nodded, signing her to continue. Avu didn't speak anything but gripped his hand and dragged him to the couch. She made him sit on the couch, making him confused.

Sidd (confused): What happened? What is it?

Avu (holding his both hands in his, looking into his eyes): Siddharth, I know mom behaved weird, and you felt awkward too. Actually, she is a little possessive about me, and as I hadn't told her anything, she acted like that.

Sidd (holding her hands): It's alright! I understand. There is no need to apologize.

Avu smiled, looking at him. That's when they heard a knock. They looked towards the door.

Avu: Come in!

Faisu came in with a file in his hand. His eyes caught their intertwined hands, and Sidd noticed it. He tried to back off, but unfortunately, Avneet didn't let him back off. He looked at her while she smiled, looking at Faisu, who was laughing internally.

Avu: Yes, Faisu, anything important?

Faisu (handing her file): Yes, ma'am. Here is the file you asked me to double-check.

Avu: Keep it on my table, and yeah, arrange a good outfit for Siddharth for the seminar.

Sidd (looking at her): There is no need for it. I have many outfits. I can wear any.....

Avu (cuts him, looking at him): Siddharth, now you aren't a P.A. only, but my fiance too. Everyone should know your position in my life and company.

Sidd looked down, not knowing what to say while Faisu chuckled.

Avu (looking at Faisu): Arrange an outfit for him, and you can leave now.

Faisu nodded and left from there. As soon as he left, Sidd burst with his hands still captured by hers.

Sidd: What was the need of that?

Avu (getting closer to him): It is Siddharth. There would be many businessmen, and you are also now the 2nd C.E.O. of this company. Don't forget that.

Sidd (looking down, nervous): If you would favour me like that, everyone would call me greedy.

Avu lifted his chin, placing her index finger under his chin.

Avu (politely): Don't think about others. People say rubbish daily. Just do what you feel like to do.

Sidd smiled, hearing her and nodding his head.

Avu (smiling): You also don't have to worry about mom. She will agree soon.

Sidd nodded, not knowing what to say.

Avu's mom was standing in her room's balcony, lost in deep thoughts. That's when Avu's father came there and stood beside her. She glanced at him and again turned her face. Avu's dad signed standing beside her, facing the window pretending to see outside.

Avu's dad: I know Avu didn't tell you, and she should have, but that doesn't mean you act like that.

Avu's mom (turning to him with stern voice): Why shouldn't I have not acted like that? Avu got into a relationship without knowing who that boy was? From where had he come? Nothing?

Avu's dad (turning to her): Do you think I will let her jump into well?

Avu's mom looked at him blankly.

Avu's dad: No! I have investigated everything about him. He is from a well-known family, and his brother is a businessman.

Avu's mom (suspicious): If his brother is a businessman, then what is he doing here?

Avu's dad (exhaling sharply): Sonia, every siblings have their own problems and issues. We wre no one to ask him. If he is comfortable, he will tell himself, and I guess it is enough for us to know that our daughter will be in his right hands only.

Avu's mom relaxed hearing him as she trusted her husband. She glanced at him while he raised his eyebrow. She smiled.

Avu's mom: I trust you, and as long as you know about him. I have no problem.

Avu's dad (encircling his arm around her neck): That's like a good wife.

She chuckled, flipping her hair and hugging him through his waist.

The next day,

It was 7 in the morning when the aeroplane landed with pretty smooth landing. Abhishek was seen walking on the airport, being surrounded by 5 guards. He was fully suited, glasses on and expressionless face. His slight grown beard highlights his dashing personality. Many girls were looking at him as a snack for them. Someone's juice fell from her hand, and someone jumped to take his attention, but nahh, everything was useless. He walked out of the airport and sat in Range Rover. As soon as he sat in the backseat, the driver started the call. He removed his glasses and looked out of the window. He felt something familiar.

Avneet was discussing a file with Siddharth, who was sitting in front of her in her room. Avneet was explaining the project while Siddharth was listening to her attentively and fully focused. She collected the papers kept on the side and arranged them, leaning back. 

Avu (arranging the papers): Alright! This seminar is important for us as it can give us many new things. 

Sidd (flipping the pages): Will everyone really consider this project? 

Avu (looking at him): Why not? It's a big investment and can give billions if it's successful. 

Sidd nodded, smiling, and stood up, closing the file. 

Sidd (teasing her, innocently): Anything else ma'am? 

Avu glanced at him and raised her eyebrow seducingly. She placed her elbows on her table and looked up with attitude, love in her eyes. 

Avu (mocking him): No, just make sure to discuss it with my manager Faisu and the finance manager. 

Sidd bends down. 

Sidd (obediently): As you say, ma'am. Can I leave now? 

Avu shook her head, chuckling. Sidd also chuckled and left her room. That's when another employee came there and informed Avneet. 

Employe: Ma'am, an Indian businessman has come and he wants to meet you. 

Avu (looking at him confusingly): Who is he?

Employee: Ma'am he is the C.E.O of Nigam Empires, ABHISHEK NIGAM. 

Avu frowned but then spoke. 

Avu: Alright, let him come inside. 

Employee: Ma'am he is on the way. 

Avu nodded, and the employee left from there in rush. She felt weird as if she has heard this name but where? That she couldn't remember.

Avu (in mind, leaning back on seat): Abhishek Nigam. Nigam, Why I feel like I have heard this name somewhere but the question is where?

Abhishek walked out of his car and stepped inside the office. His attitude, personality was full of grace and luxury. From head to toe, everything was branded. He stopped a little far from Avneet's office when he felt someone's presence. That someone might be very close to him. Abhishek could even feel him. It was Siddharth, who was standing a little far from him discussing the project with the manager. Abhishek looked in the direction but couldn't see his brother's face. He was feeling different but he decided to ignore it and walked into Avneet's office while Siddharth was unaware of his brother's presence, whom he was running from.
